Positive Influence - Sean and his agent, the elmo of fresco (also Bannister), has been mentored and brought up with quality and mature players. Understands when to joke around and when to be professional. Sean may not be a leader on his future team(s), but he brings no 'negative baggage', so to speak. 2). Was in before DT - just once 3) Training - Acknowledges what he needs to work on and how hard it will take to make it at the professional level. Will build on the pros, but focus on his cons. If his VHLM statistics are any indication of his future, it will be a good one. 4). Intangibles - Blacker realizes that most players are the same. 99 shooting, 99 passing, etc... Sean believe that doing the 'little things' will equate to more titles than merely scoring (but that does help). Face-offs, defense, who knows, maybe even throw in some leadership there? 5). Cost-Friendly - Let's be honest, Sean won't reach 1400 TPE (cough), so it's safe to say that when every other player wants to get out of dodge because he/she wants to get that max deal, Blacker won't even have that opportunity.
