Hey everyone,

 

As you may or may not know, there was a bit of a situation in the S48 VHL Draft, where the Quebec Meute mistakenly selected Titan Kronos, a S49 draftee, at 11th overall due to him being included on the draft list.

 

Without getting into all the specific details that have occurred between then and now, I now want to let everyone know that we have decided to remove Kronos from the Meute, and place him back in the S49 Draft where he belongs.

 

To compensate Quebec for our error, they will be given the 11th overall pick in the upcoming S49 VHL Draft. Which is to say, there will be 11 picks in the 2nd round now, instead of 10, as all the other teams' 2nd rounders will be retained and treated as normal. Hopefully that's not confusing.

 

This 11th Overall WILL still be tradeable by Quebec if they wish, potentially contrary to what I may have told Dewie earlier.

 

If you have any complaints or concerns, I request you take them up with me over PM, rather than potentially clogging this thread with arguments and negativity.

Because they effectively wasted their 11th overall due a league error.

 

Which I know you could make an argument that that pick wasn't going to be valuable anyway, or that it will be more valuable this season, but they also had the Kronos rug pulled out from them too, which sucks.

I made an edit. And we don't know that for sure either anyway. After the Top 5 for S49, there's really no guarantees. And even Jala's not that much of a guarantee in that top 5.

 

Lots of promise, for sure. I'm sure there's a solid amount of studs outside the top 5.
