You can't do your optimal work until the sun reaches the optimal spot in the sky.  I believe everyone should naturally wake up around 10 or 11 (whatever works better for you) and be ready for solid productivity for their best hour of work from either 11-12 or 12-1.  Then you eat breakfast/lunch and have a rollercoaster round of good and negative production.  Eat dinner then relax and have nap time.  Then after waking up from post dinner nap be productive again till 9ish or 10pm then be unproductive till you sleep in the early mornings of 2-3 Sleep 9 hours again and repeat.
