1. Yeah he's having a career year although half of it has been inflated on Chicago, but he's still performing here.
2. Put up 30 goals, he hasn't done that in his career ever.
3. The +/- isn't great but hopefully goes up.
4. I mean ideally Vancouver but I'm not sure that's possible. I guess Helsinki, haven't seen them be good in a while
5. Seed 2 I guess, I hope we don't fall to wildcard.

Absolutely not.  Bollos is supposed to be blocking shots so that Soju doesn’t have to.  Bollos is supposed to be hitting opponents so they fear the Wolves, and he isnt doing that.  All the assists Bollos gets is are easy because Bollos is surrounded by goal scoring machines.

 

2.     What was the most impressive thing that your player did this season?

 

Bollos is leading the team in penalties and that indicates that he is at least not afraid to create chaos, but that is not very impressive…

 

3.     What was the most disappoint thing that your player did this season?

 

Bollos is a big dumb thug and is supposed to drop the gloves frequently, instead he lets others drop the gloves for him and defend the team for him.  

 

4.     Who do you want to win the Victory Cup? Why?

 

It doesnt matter who wins the Victory Cup, but I wouldnt mind the team I predicted to win it so I get at least 1 tpe out of it.  But I dont remember what that team is.

It doesnt really matter who is our victim in the first round because it will be a dominating effort by the wolves.  Playoff hockey baby.

Sure, I dont mind playing the wildcard because it gets us prepped for the other teams and we are going to crush them all so lets get started!

1. I was hoping to hit the 100 point mark again this season and thanks to a re-sim and not my poor start I won't. However, I would be a fool to be too disappointed with a 40 plus goal season. 

 

2. A third straight 40 goal season, especially for my history of poor performing and low TPE players. 

 

3. Not lead our team to a better place in the standings.

1: I was hoping for a 60+ point season or at least to have a positive plus/minus. I would say my player let me down But let's hope I can make up for my performance in the playoffs.

 

2: Reaching some career milestones like 400 points and 1000 blocked shots.

 

3: I think the plus/minus being negative is the most disappointing. I was expecting better.

 

4: Gonna assume this means besides us. I'll go with Davos since my first player played for them.

 

5: I believe Seattle is the reigning champion team so might as well have S96 vs S97.

 

6: I wanna play in the Wildcard. It gives my player an opportunity to have more playoff points.

1.     Has your player lived up to the expectations that you had set for him this season?

Not even close!! I was hoping he would have built on last season with a 50 - 50 -100 season but I guess last season was more of an outlier with a heavy emphases on the "Lairs" part!! I would be hopeful for a bounce back next season but his average suggest that he is 30 -40 - 70 type of player; which I guess isn`t bad if he was 900TPE build!!

 

2.     What was the most impressive thing that your player did this season?

I guess 30 goals and at least a point per game player!! Actually increase in Shot Blocked & hits as I am trying to build a him into a two-way forward. He is good but maybe not the best or one of the best in the league. He should have stayed more of goal scoring build; but hey the damage is done!!

 

3.     What was the most disappoint thing that your player did this season?

Not hitting 50-50-100 as that really has been my goal for him since he came close in VHLE and came close again last season. I will be extremely happy if I have a player hit 50-50-100 and might retire him on the spot!!!

 

4.     Who do you want to win the Victory Cup? Why?

I am leaning towards the Bears since I hope the curse hits again but Moscow would be funny as well if they claim the Victory cup and lose in the first round to Davos or London; London would be funnier!!

 

5.     Who do you want to play in the first round?

Doesn`t matter since we should be able to beat who ever we play and we have to beat who ever we play to win the cup!! That being said I think Seattle or Toronto will be the tougher outs these playoffs, so rather have them in the second round or 1st round if we play in the wildcard.

 

6.     Do you want to play in the Wildcard round or avoid it?

Wildcard 110% of the time as I am a believer!! Yup, I believe STHS gives a morale boost to the team that wins the Wildcard so they start with an advantage starting the second round for at least the first two games. It still depends on results of the first two games in the next round if the team coming from the wildcard will carry it even further then the first two games. Win equal boosted morale so win a series (boost) and win the next two games (boost). I think morale means more then a lot give it credit. So I want the boost!!

1. I guess I'm disappointed, however I still have a few more seasons left in the VHL so I'm not too worried

What?  We are eliminated?  I didnt realize that.  I thought there would be a re-sim to get us back in the playoffs.  Now I’m crushed.  We didnt seem to have the playoff hockey mentality this season, so it didnt surprise me how we got beaten by NY.  Ugh.  Hate it.

I’m not sure that it really matters now since Vancouver is no longer in the running.  I would only want the teams I selected for some TPE, otherwise it makes absolutely no difference.  I know… its selfish of me.

I will pay attention to the playoffs, only because i like this league and enjoy seeing what happens to the teams.

I think we were plenty competitive.  We have the best goalie in the league.  We have the top forwards in the league.  If anything our top TPE earning defender is shit.

I’m going to take a look at the TPE and where to strategically place it to get things back to balance.  Symmetry is key.

1. Unfortunately the whole season was a let down and the playoffs were the same. Time to re-tool for next season and hopefully I am still on the roster and can get up back to the promise land.

Rough!  Simon this year had it out for us. Could never really get it clicking at same time.  BUT, we have an off-season to prepare and get back in next season

I am currently working on scouting emails for Miami for draft.  Gonna hit the gym and look into some new procedure to attach a cadaver finger got NInefinger's missing one. Maybe it will help his shooting accuracy.

YES!!!  Miami defender Chase Breeze @C-Breeze.  This kid a beauty in the locker room and on the ice.  LR presence alone makes him 1OA material and he earns and mentors already.  Any team that sleeps on him, will regret It. Also @Kisslinger new player at forward.  Stud in the making there too and Kiss is a Cup winning machine!

1: Bummed out. I had 7 points, if we made it past them I could've had a legendary run.

 

2: New York is looking good and it'd feel better if we lost to the cup winning team.

 

3: I think so. I want to know who wins and I typically cheer for Davos since my first player played with them. We'll see how much I pay attention after they're out.

 

4: I think we got to a slow start not having enough players in those first few games. Just need to start hot and hopefully have a full roster from game 1.

 

5: I'm preparing to buy Old But Not Forgotten for my final season which will leave me close to 700TPA.

 

6: Drafting Zara Wolf would be funny but out of the range. Veiner Schnitzel would be a solid option, Spaz and I are pretty cool and I think he's more so in the range of our picks.

Like fucking dog shit, but it is what it is. Feels like we deserved some more luck after last seasons loss to Seattle.

I picked Moscow as the team not named Vancouver so I'll stick with that until they are eliminated. I think they have enough balance but the 3 dmen might be what costs them in the end as well as having the lowest TPA goalie of the final 4 even if it's not by a large margin against Riga.

I always do. I hope other teams pay attention when were in a as well. Plus as a GM we gotta see what the other teams did right and we did wrong and how we can improve for the following season.

Start off with a more complete roster. Took too many risks last off-season and none paid off.

Get Soju's TPA as a high as I possibly can before I start banking and hoping that will pay dividends for us.

I see a ton of intriguing prospects in this draft, we're lucky that Prague missed and we'll be picky high but there's risers in this draft we could pick just as high as the returning members. It'll be exciting to actually have a pick for once that we're not trading.

That’s an easy one.  I’m goin with New York.  @STZ is the GM for New York and he’s got a plan.  If STZ were the GM for the Maple Leafs, well then that would be a different story.

My wife got me sick and I spent the weekend on my ass coughing up a storm, sucking down theraflu, nyquill, and water.  Told the bunny to skip this house.

 

3.     Spring is the best time of year why?

 

I prefer the summer because its warmer and less rain, and I can kick back at the pool and soak i the sun and not have to run down to Mexico to turn my sculpture into the bronze bull.

 

4.     NHL Playoff or VHL playoffs; Which are you watching and why?

 

I’ve been watching playoff hockey.  Last night’s game was incredible.  Oilers pulled it off.  As far as VHL,  I read the results every day.  Sad to see NY go.

 

5.     White Chocolate or Milk Chocolate? Why?

 

I prefer milk chocolate over white chocolate.  I guess the reason would be that a 100 grand bar with white chocolate might look like an old piece of dog shit.

 

6.     Best Easter Candy why?

 

I’ve always been a fan of peeps or even marshmallow filled eggs or bunny’s.  I’m also partial to the old fashioned jelly beans.  Problem for me is if it’s in the house, I’ll eat it.  So, dont bring any home.

 

7.     Bonus: How do you eat your Easter Bunny by the ears, break him a part or by the feet?

 

it all depends on if its hollow or solid.  If it’s solid then I cut it with a knife.  If it’s hollow i go for the narrowest part.  But i cant remember the last time I had a bunny to eat.

They both serve their purpose.  Bacardi when its part of an alcoholic concoction, and Morgan when it is going with a soda or something similar.

1. I think New York is more likely to end their streak first, backed up by the fact they almost ended it this year, so i think they're close.

2. DIdn't do an ything special for bunny day, just played on my computer most of the day.

3. Spring is a good season because you have baseball starting up, and college football spring games.

4. VHL playoffs, mostly just to see the possible team's I can end up on in the VHL draft, curretnly i'm in Mexico City in the VHLM.

5. I think Milk Chocolate, i just feel chocolate should be brown i think.

6. Best easter candy i think is cadbury caramel egg's. I think they are iconic for easter.

7. I start from the ears down when I eat my easter bunny.

8. Probably Morgan, though I haven't drank alchohol in 9+ years, when i did though, i was much more likely to do a captain/coke than anything with bicardi.

1.     New York came close to ending one of the longer runs in the VHL of not making the finals at 37 season as they haven`t made the finals since S67 so share a date with the Maple Leafs of the NHL so who is more likely to break their curse first; New York or Toronto? Why?

New York.  They have some good talent coming up and Toronto is the team I love to root against the most.  I hope Ottawa comes back 

 

2.     Bunny day was last weekend did you do anything special for Bunny days since I think we were eliminated already by that time? What did you do if anything?

Not too much.   Had easter egg hunt for kiddo and dinner.

 

3.     Spring is the best time of year why?

Well, it's not.  Fall is.  But Spring is good because I know that I am getting close to rain stopping for a bit.

 

4.     NHL Playoff or VHL playoffs; Which are you watching and why?

NHL    Vancouver is out so, so am i.  lol.  No, paying a bit of attention. 

 

5.     White Chocolate or Milk Chocolate? Why?

Milk chocolate all the way.  White chocolate isn't even considered chocolate.  ITs a mish mash of chemicals with no actually cocoa in it .  But I will eat it

 

6.     Best Easter Candy why?

Reese peanut butter eggs

 

7.     Bonus: How do you eat your Easter Bunny by the ears, break him a part or by the feet? Ears all the way! 

 

8. Bonus Bonus: Bacardi or Morgan? Why?-  YUK!  both are terrible but since I am not fan of diarrhea I will stick with Morgan
