1. Pretty great I would say! I am happy they are here.

2. I think Bo Johansson would be a great addition to allow Galvins to score more goals.

3. He loves to spend time with his family but isn't the type to go crazy about holiday festivities.

4. Listen, sometimes you forget your towel/clothes when leaving the pool (or they get stolen by your teammates as a prank), so you have to sprint back to your room. It happens to everyone.

5. Brian Payne and I would have a great time, I think.

6. It's kind of disgusting. It is unfair. They should share the success.

1. If there is a trade that will help us win, I think we should.

2. I think they are both great teams, but I think D.C. would be a bigger challenge.

3. I think second would be a good spot to sit.

4. I think it has to be this one. We have some elite scoring talent on this team, and I think it can be clearly seen.

5. After the trade deadline would be a good time.

6. I think that it needs to involve two players who, at the time, are classified as "elite" players for their team. I also believe a blockbuster trade could include multiple first round picks and prospects.

1. We absolutely can! We just gotta play hard.

2. I feel like saying any team will be a jinx, so instead I will just say that I am confident we can beat anybody.

1. Tough end to the season after the kind of year a lot of our players had I felt we could go deep and win the cup but sometimes just doesn't go your way. I felt our new GM tried his best.

 

2. Cheese was a nice pick up. Lamb is an impossible player to replace, so I would say bring in the best goal scorer we can find to try and make up for Lamb's 50+ goals last season. 

 

3. Take the best players available as always or trade up to get a star. 

 

4. Took a real nice dump back in June. 

 

5. I'd say the 6th fwd so we can roll the lines. We proved in the past we can win the cup with a BOT D, so I'd say bring in a forward to fill out the lines is more important right now.

1. Seems pretty good.  I like that I’ve already met a few in discord which is good as they are active.

4. I went right to VHLe after draft.  At that time you had to have 400 to get to VHL and I was at like 275 when I joined.  It was fun. Met some good people

1. I think we did pretty well and picked up some good players for the future.

2. The team just seems to keep getting better.

3. I always have to root for team Canada!

4. My players development in the VHLE was very beneficial. I was able to earn more experience and figure out what type of player I wanted to be.

5. I am expecting to make the playoffs, but I do not want to jinx anything further. Personally, I want to have a similar, or better, season.

6. I like Montreal and it has not been a great year. I think they should be sending some of their younger players back down to the AHL in order to give them some more playing time instead of burying them on the bottom line (*cough* Slafkovsky).

Honestly havent been following that this season, but I think we probably did good with our GM picking.

Its looking good, mostly the same roster with a couple of changed pieces.

Canada will win no problem

 

4. How has your player developed over the seasons? Was it more beneficial to head straight into the VHL or develop in VHLe?

 

My player has developed well some trouble after the first season, but he's getting better totals now (again)

 

5. What are your Season 87 VHL expectations?

 

Winning it all, just like every season

Good actually, I want them to keep winning, but there is honestly no need for them to win so much, I think they are in a good spot for the playoffs

1. I think we did well, looks like we took 3 forwards and a defenseman all with decent tpe. I'm sure they will work hard and pan out for us. 

 

2. I think we're looking pretty good, we can always use more VHL ready defenseman but we should be good again. 

 

3. I want to say Latvia but we weren't in the world juniors, not sure about the world championships, but I usually root for Canada. 

 

4. I enjoyed my time in the VHLe for Bratislava, I learned a ton and had a great time, I definitely think it's better to play at least one season there. 

 

5. I want the cup again. Nothing else. I expect us to win it all. 

 

6. We are doing okay, could be better, could be worse. That how it goes though, you team never does what you expect them to.

6. In your opinion, how useful are midseason coaching changes? And when during the season is the best time to make the changes?

1. Def NOT.  Team USA WC had a rough go of it.  We couldn't get any offense going to keep up with the European powerhouses.   We did hold Canada to 11 shots one game but still barely won.  Rough go

 

2. I did.  I missed out on Vasile Lamb but did get Payne and Thunder on Defense.  Trying to get our own Girts Galvins next pick

 

3. Truly, I am not sure I understand it all.  I know I am banking but I am clueless as to what will happen

 

4. Maybe 10 days or so to recharge.  I also think a free TPE week would be nice during off season

Well its a tricky one.  Mid season coaching changes are hard for players I think and takes a strong personality of the new coach to connect with players who might feel responsible for the former coach being fired. Currently the Vancouver situation comes to mind.  They treated Bruce poorly in that one.  I love Rich Tocchet but think it should have been handled better.
