1 for the VHLE I would go with Cologne so I would be playing at home, while on the VHL I do not know, I am fine with everything.

2 Seattle, always loved their logo

3 Everything, my player needs to work hard everyday

4 My favorite team is pittsburgh and I love this season playoffs even if my penguins have been eliminated in the first round

5   a lot of things but I would go with offside, I spent a year trying to understand it

1. Jesse is feeling pretty jazzed. Going 30th overall after joining the league only a week before the draft is pretty great.

 

2. I think a bit more experience would benefit us but I always appreciate newbies getting a chance to prove themselves.

 

3. I think we'll come out swinging and hopefully our veterans will give us the support we need to get our feet under us.

 

4. It doesn't grow on trees, but I would argue for maple syrup.

 

5. From what I've heard, Las Vegas seems to be the favorite to take it a second year in a row. I think we really need to keep and eye on them.

 

6. Given the long flight, Jesse is probably going to take a much needed nap followed by a walk around the city to take in the sights. More than likely they would also stop by the arena and try to check out what they can.

1. Feeling good! I was initially surprised that the Wild had chosen me. I had MANY teams reach out to me before draft and they we're one of them so it was a cool to see they took a chance on me!

 

2. I feel like the roster looks solid so far. I haven't gotten to dissect it further than surface level but it looks solid to say the least. 

 

3. Its going to be a good season. How good, couldn't tell you, but I think it'll be good.

 

4. Mangos and this shit isn't even close. 

 

5. I honestly have no idea about the league and whos good or who's not. 

 

6. I'm going to Regina for a Riders game!!

1. Surprised, but excited!

2. Unsure how to feel about it since I'm still new to this.

1. Jesse definitely has some nerves but they are doing all they can to be prepared for their first game.

2. I've always personally enjoyed watching the fights break out. But maybe that's just me.

3. Thank the hockey gods! Lightning didn't get to have a "dynasty", and finally so many guys deserving of a cup win! Was a great series to watch. Sad that they didn't get to close it out at home though.

4. Probably bacon and pineapple on a lightly cheese but moderately sauced pie.

5. Xavier Booberry, defintiely.

6. Rebound Control is Jesse's top priority heading into this season.

1. Kauppi mostly can't wait for the first game to show what he's got and learn how to play better against the other teams.

2. The players. The speed and skill they put on the ice every game day is electrifying.

3. It's about time! The Avalanche have an incredible lineup jam-packed with talent that were able to win as a team. That's how they became Champions.

4. Pepperoni, Italian sausage, meatballs, and bacon!

5. Jason Robertson.

6. Faceoffs. It's been his focus in the practice facility lately.

1. Doing well! first game was a 2 point and two assist game so off on the right foot. Need to get the goals flowing though because thats what Astro does. 

 

2. The hits by far. No other sport can give you a hit that hard that has anticipation built up to it. With football, theres always hits, but with hockey, every hit is special. 

 

3. Dynasty incoming I feel. They did a great job being patient with their team. 

 

4. pepperoni, sausage, extra cheese, and 3 kinds of mushroom. Sounds strange but it's the bomb dot com I promise. 

 

5. Ovechkin. Hit score hit score hit score hit score hit score. Need I say more, just check out the name... 

 

6. Defense. Right now he's all offense but defense can lead to offence so it'll be important to improve that.

1. Jesse is doing pretty well considering the circumstances. They have kept most games pretty tight. I think with some more time they will really get a handle on their skills.

 

2. I think Nikolas Kauppi ( @Tetricide ) since as of the end of the first week, he had the highest shot percentage at 18.75% which given out low shot numbers, is pretty impressive.

 

3. Jesse was feeling frustrated after the first game. So close yet so far with that 5-4 loss. They felt good for being able to keep it such a close game but it was still a disappointment.

 

4. Old school Mighty Ducks! But modern, Seattle Kraken. Love me a good teal.

 

5. I love traveling. My dream vacation is a cruise up to Canada during the spring or fall. Beautiful colors, great food, and always a fun trip on land.

 

6. Hamburgers for sure. But it's gotta have thin sliced swiss.

1. I feel good about my performance so far. I feel like I'm doing everything I need to do to help my team and get my name out as a real contender in this draft. 

 

2. Jack the Ripper has been pretty awesome so far. I feel like when we turn it around, he will play a huge part in the success the team will have.

 

3. Feeling good! I think that I am learning the game a little more each time we play. I want to be able to maximize my assets and skills each time I come out there and with more experience comes better decision making in terms of where to put my efforts.

 

4. Vancouver Skate Jersey and this isn't even a debate. Hands down best jersey in the history of the NHL. Logo, colors, a sleek black look. What's not to like?

 

5. My team vacation is probably going around Africa. I would like to experience a safari, as well as all the variations of local cuisine. People don't realize how many religions and cultures reside in Africa so there is literally something for anyone. 

 

6. Hamburgers. I'm a big dude so I need something that is filling. Hammies all the way.

1. His performance has been pretty good! I would love to see him put more points up and PIM down... 

 

2. Astro Singh (@8Ovechkin8) for sure with the most points.

 

3. He didn't get his first goal, but he did get two assists. So he was pretty excited to get his first couple of points in the first game.

 

4.  The Canes home alternate because I love the colors and the flag logo.

 

5. I LOVE traveling. My dream vacation is anywhere with sights that countries like Switzerland and New Zealand have to offer. I'd probably just never leave.

1. Jesse's performance certainly could be better but I think their save percentage given the number of shots faced it pretty good.

 

2. Probably the skating 

 

3. Penguin!

 

4. The ability to steal other people's super powers on demand.

 

5. Jesse tends to take out their frustrations in the gym and in practices. They know the only way to get better and to move on is to work hard.

 

6. Minor league baseball! Small crowds and lots of fun theme nights. One of the best sports to just chill at and have a great time.

1. Are you satisfied with your player’s performance so far?

Kauppi has definitely picked up more points over the past week, but I really need him to pick up more on scoring.

 

2. What’s the hardest aspect of Hockey in your opinion?

It's easy to judge from the stands or the couch how a play should've gone, but you don't have that same view playing on the ice.

 

3. If you could choose any pet to adopt what would it be?

A barn owl.

 

4. If you could choose any superpower, what would it be?

Teleportation.

 

5. How does your player overcome challenges and adversity on the ice?

He's a big guy, so he'll let a person know what they just did isn't OK. Physically.

 

6. Other than hockey, which other sport peaks your interest?

None that get me as excited at hockey. Closest would be basketball, but I don't follow it.

1. So far I’m fairly satisfied! About what I expected going into the season but hoping he’ll pick up the pace soon as well!

 

2. The hardest aspect is the speed of the game and how much it differs based on the level you play at. It’s noticeable as you change levels that’s for sure! 
 

3. GIVE ME A PUPPPPYYY. I’m a dog person so I’ll take any pupper Ill get. 
 

4. Teleportation. I currently rotate my weekends between 3 cities all hours apart so that would make my life waaaaaay easier. 
 

5. My player goes to the gym and lifts. Best way to handle adversity is to go lift and get huge because why the heck not.

 

6. Basketball! I have a history of playing at a high level so it’s always been of interest for me.

1. For sure a night owl but I need to transition more into a early bird. 

2. I bought strippers for the locker room and a bunch of coke zeros. 

3. Wait the trade deadline passed and there were trades? I need to update myself here. It was expected though. 

4. I think the season has been a little underwhelming but its how the cookie crumbles sometimes but its not due to a lack of effort thats for sure!

5. Christmas! Brings the family together and everyone is generally happier.

6. Anything brownie. I'm absolutely addicted to brownie related ice cream it may be a problem.

Saskatoon hasn't done the best in the world, but my player is 3rd in scoring for VHL defensemen. It has gone well.
5. What’s your favourite holiday?

Christmas is the best by far.

I have no idea. I guess blueberry, but I like the soft serve a lot better.
