I think this worked like Skyfall did. They are actually quite similar stylistically with same director and all. I would say Skyfall is better but I also think Skyfall is less like the old Bond I love (much like Casino Royale, which doesn't take away from both films but they're different). Spectre is a worse film but it's forgivable, for me anyway, because it's very much Bond.

Yup, seems like circumvention to me. Mosley wouldn't be traded for a 2nd in normal circumstances.

Every time there's been GM openings without an internal replacement (and usually that's basically one person per team), we've often struggled to get enough credible candidates to pick from. I don't think it's a particularly sought-after job.

Wouldn't them earning TPE to apply to their player be a better example? That's exactly what I mean. GM players counting against the cap sometimes makes them not earn as much TPE to reduce their salary.
