On that point, are you Anderson?
  2. @TheLastOlympian07 how the heck did I get 2 TPE/4 points; pretty sure I should only have 1 TPE/2 points.
  3. Maybe no one wants to sign you
  4. Why do you think Sokolov choked in the playoffs? Do you think he didn't get enough ice time to make an impact since there were a lot of dman additions at the end of the season?
  5. Fook Yu with the Cup-clinching goal!
  6. I have no idea how it plays but sign me up
  7. OK, not really, but he would have scored 253 points if he got teleported to S20. I just need an attention-grabber. Now go read this!
  8. I can't attach the spreadsheet, too big, so here's a teaser.
  9. So I just spent another hour or two and have finished a non-yet-final-but-almost-finished edition of translating stats to different eras. For example, Joel Jarvi, having scored 62 goals and 100 assists this season, would have had 94 goals and 159 assists for 253 points in S20. Edit: The top scorers in S20 were actually Tarik Saeijs (71G, 86A, 157P) and Max Kroenenburg (70G, 87A, 157P). This means Jarvi was a beast this season compared to Saejis and Kroenenburg. Too bad the data from S1 to S17 is gone; I wanted to see how Jarvi matched up with Campbell. This is because scoring was at an all-time high that season with 2313 total goals over 288 league games (8.03 goals per game). This is compared to S53 teams only scoring 1913 total goals, despite expansion leading to 360 league games (5.31 goals per game). @Kendrick @Corco @DollarAndADream @jRuutu @Banackock @ThePenultimateOlympian06 Also @gregreg why the fuck is Jarvi's update thread in the Reign forum?! Took me forever to find it. Maybe eventually I'll go find out how many goals @Da Trifecta would have given up in S20 if he played as amazing as he did these playoffs.
  10. Unfortunately no, the STHS PBP doesn't give enough information like who exactly is on the ice when.
  11. So I had this idea to possibly write a MS or just do some research for fun, and I was motivated enough to sit down for a hour or so and make this. This is just the tip of the iceberg as to what I'm working on and is still superficial, but whatever I have here is in publishable format for now. Just posting it here in case anyone finds it interesting or the other stat/research guys would find it helpful. Oh, and I was thinking of doing some statistic adjustment over the eras to account for the high-scoring and low-scoring eras, for example to see how impressive Joel Jarvi's 162 point season was compared to the leading scorers in other eras.
  12. I know some people eat veggies uncooked, but isn't raw meat like... food poisoning? And that is so random suddenly
  13. Just got a text from one of my sources saying Brampton's Clarence Fong will be retiring; he has only played 32 games total in his career. Not ready to E5 it, since I can't seem to get a hold of Fong at this moment. I'm assuming Fong will make his official statement near the end of the playoffs, and definitely before the draft. E3 - This rumor comes from a single source with ties somehow to the players or teams involved.
  14. I think you just nailed down my life with that one sentence.
  15. In this information age, more is always better. Wouldn't hurt to contact the host to see what would need for that missing driver to be enabled. Maybe it's just a flip of a switch. If it's anything troublesome that would require either considerable money, the site to be shut down for awhile, loss of all forum content, etc. then not worth it probably.
  16. Damn it sucks that Seattle didn't win was rooting for them
  17. Newsflash: Not all Asian goalies are as good as Kanou
  18. Get caught in a steroids scandal so Holik is eligible for the VHLM
  19. If we could make it as detailed as BaseballReference.com that would be OP
