That's fair. I should point out an error in your previous conversation though. You said all teams face the bottom dwellers and therefore despite Riga being #1 in the league in the regular season they till faced the same competition as Quebec. Although that is true, if the other teams in your conference are weaker and you get the #1 position, then yes it is harder for you to make the playoffs.

At this point you are just complaining to see your own posts.

So you won't ask him, but you'll sit here and debate this until its dead? I mean I can't help you with much of an explanation if you won't even ask your GM (who didn't vote for himself). You can disagree sure, but I'd love to know why your own GM didn't vote for himself for an award you feel he should've one. You are in the minority, which isn't wrong but given the percentage of people that disagree with you, it doesn't bode well for your argument.

@jRuutu I'm interested to see who your own GM. Maybe ask him why he didn't vote for himself and maybe take that into consideration? It's one thing to argue things to death, but when the guy you are arguing for clearly disagrees, you may want to re-think.

Naw actually believe it or not it's kind of funny the way @bgreene21 came back. Had some computer issues from what I understand. It is a coincidence though and a profitable one at that. He's a good member and I remember talking to him elsewhere as well. I think when I was GM of Cologne I convinced some guys to come back as well...eh @Smarch and @Fire Hakstol

Are you implying a multi? I recruited this lad from another forum and I don't even think he lives in the same timezone as I do. That's the first time in the history of the VHL it's been implied that I have a multi. Maybe I'll soak it up for awhile.

Well I mean I did recruit him here so it's not like it's random haha. Not to mention since when is Keller not under contract with Cologne? News to me.

After the Cologne Express purged the toxic atmosphere of the last couple seasons, they decided to start over. Hiring Chris Miller as the Express General Manager was a way of righting the ship. Previous management wasn't too smart the it came to transactions, everyday interactions and just common sense so Miller has already got a leg up. Bringing in Shawn Brodeur in the recent VHL Draft (@TheLastOlympian07) was a huge move as they not only stole him but he already is better than the last few goalies the Express have chosen to go with. Bringing in Chase Keller is a big move for the Express as they add him to a roster for the future that also includes Kriztof Mueller down the center. Both these young centres are buying into the whole "win down the middle" tactic that so many professional hockey teams try to deploy. The future is bright in the German city and it happened rather quickly as they turned a sinking ship into a brand new yacht fairly fast.
