  1. So what you're saying... is you want to be banned from the VHL for a week. @Beketov grant the wish.
  2. I mean that's what they're cheering anyway. Our rink or not. >_>
  3. Twenty six wins in a row, Saskatoon! Great job! I think I jynx'd you @animal74. Before my article you were scoring goals. Seems like STHS saw that and went 'Yeah, but now he's a playmaker so deal with it." lol
  4. Yeah but you suck at predictions so Mississauga will beat you cleanly in the second round.
  5. You shouldn't be predicting your teams future like that. Positive vibes, man!
  6. Mexico had to beat YUK to feel better.
  7. Game Notes Rylan Peace has scored a Hat Trick!
  8. Well yes, but no... I'm taking over for Toronto. *Looks at the picks not there.*
  9. And you thought you'd be dishing me L's after I ate your chicken strips.
  10. That's not true! We wanted you, but you weren't available until after Saskatoon was pretty much done buying. It's not my fault @InstantRockstar won't take a bag of pucks, a fresh Meat Lovers Supreme xtra-extra large Pizza and a $150 gift card to Walmart in exchange for the two of 'ya.
  11. SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN -- The Saskatoon Wild are in nearing the end of the first half of perhaps their greatest season, but one player in particular is in position to climb the franchises records to a spot rarely anyone reaches. Scoring triple digit goals with a VHLM franchise is without a doubt a significant personal achievement, but it is also a double edged sword similarly to how individual accomplishments between NHL and AHL players work as well. For the VHL it's an amazing moment for the player, but it also indicates that the GM hasn't developed the player as fast as they maybe could have. For Peace, I don't think he cares too much. Ondrej Ohradka is thirty goals away from tying Saskatoon's current all-time goals leader, but it it possible for him to score thirty one more goals and take the number one spot for the foreseeable future? Well there's good news here, Ohradka is on pace to finish the final fifty one games with thirty one goals and that's giving him the benefit of the doubt by using a lesser equation within the calculation. We know Ohradka is capable of finishing with fifty goals, as displayed during his first full season with Saskatoon just last year, and if he does hit the fifty mark again he'd have one hundred and twenty three goals in a Wild uniform. The current leader - Josh Stronk - has one hundred and sixteen goals with the Saskatoon Wild, but Stronk was a 'career VHLM player' that played for many teams during his career in the minors including two full one hundred point season with the Wild during the S50 through S60 decade. Officially, however, Stronk also holds the most points by any Saskatoon player and it's unlikely anyone soon will contest with Stronk's three hundred plus points. Fortunately for Ohradka he'll be satisfied taking the goals leader from him this season. And we hope he does.
  12. Nice! Rift's third shutout of the season, too.
  13. @Cran Who made you a forward? @animal74 Ohradka returning to previous form maybe? @diamond_ace 4 assists with 6 minutes of ice time. Well done. :golf_clap: It should be noted that we scored six of our goals on the power play, and we actually had players in the negative on plus/negative on five on five. Special teams carried hard on this game.
  14. Ice Footsie a lot of puns in the future!
  15. Yeah, yeah, you keep telling yourself that.
