  1. Cough cough
  2. Thanks I would have just done an emoji but I'm locked out for the rest of the day. Tune in next draft I hope to make this look like a joke. And possibly with more User integration.
  3. Wow Im smart. If you look at my spread sheet I even had a column for picked to not do that. Thanks for the info though. Ill have to look into a better way not to re-pick for next time. I think I have something cool for everyone next draft.
  4. When you originally were in the league, what did you look for in a team? What was the expectations of a GM/AGM during that time? What made a good GM/AGM in your book? Now that the league has grown and more excitement is around even the VHLM. Do you think your opinion on some of the questions above has changed? Now that Discord is also an integrable part of a team has locker room dynamics changed in your mind? For the better or worse if they have changed? Do you look at GM'ing and AGM'ing at least in the VHLM different now that we are expanding every day? What do you think makes a good GM/AGM now? Note: I'm not sure if you GM'd before but even from a player perspective it would be interesting to see what is perceived to be good qualities.
  5. Well keep up earning and make me right
  6. Well you have to be careful not to get more TPE until the cutoff time.
  7. Second Center off the board isn't bad at all. But I would love to see a lot of people see this and say screw @rjfryman I'm going higher and grab more TPE.
  8. Still working on deeper descriptions for more players. but since people are seeing it I might as well ping those in the Mock Draft.
  9. Think you can do better? Here is my Spreadsheet. See what you can do? Make a Copy and show it off if you like.

  11. Season 66 MOCK VHLM Dispersal Draft Written By: rjfryman Nashville, TN Real draft will be April 28th, 2019 Round 1: 1st: Philadelphia Reapers Rusty Shackleford Rusty is a stud of a Defenseman who has written an Article about staying in the VHLM for one more season. He may move up but if he talked with Philly and ensures that he will stay down he could easily be the 1st overall in this VHLM Draft 2nd: Mexico City Kings (From Las Vegas Aces) Aleksander Rodriguez Along with Rusty Aleksander wrote an article as well. Aleksander is a well rounded checking forward that can lead a team with that tough physical presence that is often needed in the post season. 3rd: Ottawa Lynx Rhys Chism Rhys is a scoring center that Ottawa can use since they lost every Center to the VHL. 4th: Saskatoon Wild Rayz Funk A Goalie who is going to be drafted in the VHL in season 67. He is the second top goalie prospect in this draft but He most likely will eclipse the other Goalie rather quickly. 5th: Yukon Rush Aston Martin Another S67 prospect. Aston is a Center prospect that will help lead Yukon to hopefully a great season. 6th: Saskatoon Wild (From Houston Bulls) Beau Buefordsson Saskatoon is in need of Defense and Beau is the second best D in this draft behind Rusty. Beau should be hitting the 200 mark shortly after the season starts which is why he will be picked up early. 7th: Philadelphia Reapers (From Halifax 21st) Bjorn Scoringsonn Another S67 Prospect who is tearing up the prospect pool in this VHLM. Bjorn is tearing up at training camp and is tied with Rayz with overall skill from S67. 8th: Saskatoon Wild (From Minnesota Storm) Kevin Low Saskatoon needs all the defense they can get and Kevin Low will be a rock on the blue line. 9th: Mexico City Kings Wrike Chyrnoble All of the Expansion Teams need goalies and at this point Wrike is probably a great bet with him 116 TPE with a season 67 draft day. 10th: San Diego Marlins Kolur Bjoernsson San Diego doesn't have the luxury of getting a hot S67 goalie prospect but they will totally be ok with getting Kolur since he is 40 TPE from maxing. He should hit that early in the season leaving San Diego with plenty of time with a great backstop. 11th: Mississauga Hounds Juan Jaundice The 4th Goalie picked in this draft and that is due to the fact that many teams need a solid goalie right now in this draft. Teams will either go and trade for one or draft one early. 12th: Philadelphia Reapers Phil Marleau Philly has many picks in this draft and with that luxury They are going to go for the top Center in S67 Round 2: 13th: Philadelphia Reapers Edgar Tannahill Edgar is the top LW in this draft and Philly with Edgar still on the board it is an easy choice to sure up their LW position 14th: Mississauga Hounds (From Ottawa Lynx) Kevin Low Mississauga needs everything and Kevin Low is a great Defensive prospect that will make sure they don't crash and burn this starting season 15th: Saskatoon Wild Boomer Kuwanger Another S67 D who will be a great piece for any team but Saskatoon will be lucky to get him if he is still on the board. 16th: San Diego Marlins (From Las Vegas Aces) ACL TEAR quik creating a RW is just what San Diego and this draft needs. There are actually a small number of great RW's in this draft 17th: Mexico City Kings (From Yukon Rush) Brendan James Lawn Mexico seeking Defense will be glad to get Brendan to help lead this defense to be good from the start. 18th: Minnesota Storm (From Houston Bulls) Anthony Amberback Might not be a S67 Defense but Anthony should sure up Minnesota's blue line and max out well before the playoffs. We might be seeing Minnesota Again but From where Im looking it will be a much tougher road this season. 19th: Philadelphia Reapers (From Halifax 21st) Edward Vigneault Philly should really do well this season, they have many draft picks and with Edward on the blue line Philly should have a rock solid team this season. 20th: Yukon Rush (From Minnesota Storm) Mat Tocco Yukon needs winger and Mat is the second best RW in this draft. I would be shocked if he made it this far but when I was trying to get team needs Mat feel a lot more than he should. He is a week maybe less from maxing and will have a killer season in the VHLM. 21st: Minnesota Storm (From Mexico City Kings) Lucas Nygren Minnesota will be getting a steal with Lucas since they need a center and Advantage will be tearing it up and quickly jumping up with the TPE this season 22nd: San Diego Marlins Boris the Forest San Diego still has almost an open depth chart and one of the best positions to get since its harder to get good ones is center and Boris being a S67 hopefully will continue to grow and quickly surpass some of the centers still on the board. 23rd: Mississauga Hounds Vladimir Pavlov Mississauga might not get Vladimir at this point in the draft but if they do they will be rather lucky 24th: Ottawa Lynx (From VHL) Emil Passerelli Ottawa traded down but in this draft it does not look like it will hurt them with a player like Emil still on the board and will not be upset dropping a few positions and still snagging a player like Emil. Round 3: 25th: Halifax 21st (From Philadelphia Reapers) Greg Eagles 26th: Las Vegas Aces (From Ottawa Lynx) Samuel Sparrow 27th: Saskatoon Wild Tormund Giantsbane 28th: Philadelphia Reapers (From Las Vegas Aces) Pascal Batz 29th: San Diego Marlins (From Yukon Rush) Hulk Hogan 30th: Houston Bulls John Frostbeard 31st: Yukon Rush (From Halifax 21st) Cody Smith 32nd: Minnesota Storm Devin Gabella 33rd: Mexico City Kings Cody Parkey 34th: San Diego Marlins Guillaume Fontenette 35th: Mississauga Hounds Andrei Mikhailov Round 4: 36th: Philadelphia Reapers Duncan Jeffers 37th: Philadelphia Reapers (From Ottawa Lynx) Brandon LeBlanc 38th: Mississauga Hounds (From Saskatoon Wild) Dean Clarke 39th: Philadelphia Reapers (From Las Vegas Aces) BALLS McZehrl 40th: Yukon Rush Dan Gles 41st: Ottawa Lynx (From Houston Bulls) Eeli Harju 42nd: Philadelphia Reapers (From Halifax 21st) Sami Van Den Dreissche 43rd: Ottawa Lynx (From Minnesota Storm) Srraxxarrakex II 44th: Minnesota Storm (From Mexico City Kings) David Lindberg 45th: San Diego Marlins Boone Jenton 46th: Mississauga Hounds Papa Gage

  14. Hopefully I can do every duty to the best of my ability and reward you all with the faith you have put into me.
  15. FrostBeard great job keep it up.
  16. Claim for April 22-28th
  17. Im personally a fan of the Vancouver Wolves. It is simple yet bold, with a good color palette. You know what it is and it does a good job at making it work. Julius Freeman is a brunette but it is darker than most other brunettes. Julius always has a book of logic puzzles in his bag and it has so many scribbles on it since he uses it before every game and in intermission. He believes if he can use logic puzzles to keep him sharp and use it to exploit other teams weaknesses. Colored grip tape YES, colored tape for my toe and blade Nope. I have no problem with color on my hands its a cool way to express how I feel but I cannot deal with anything other than white on my blade b/c I try not to look down at all and when I do I need to do it quik, any other color doesn't help me the way white tape does. He likes to go an crank up the music and play his synth pop female artist playlist every overtime. starting with Bulletproof by La Roux and ending with Remedy by Little Boots Remedy by Little Boots starting around 1:30 and lasting around 30 seconds.
  18. After a brutal loss against Minnesota, Julius Freeman had a hard time shaking his disappointment with himself and his performance in the playoffs. He lead Halifax as best as he could but it was not enough to overcome the powerhouse that is Minnesota. Julius was the highest point getter in the playoffs with 13 points consisting of 5 goals and 8 assists. He had a respectable plus minus of +4 the highest on the team and one of three who had a positive plus minus. The team played well but it was not enough. Julius was hard on himself wondering what would have happened if he played more time or what would happen if he was just a little more impactful. Julius only had a 18.45 average minutes per game where as Minnesota's top line was sitting closer to 26 average minutes per game. Julius understood that the VHLM is more about involving everyone but in the back of his mind he had to wonder what would have happened in such close games if he played 8 more minutes a game. Maybe a game would have swapped and the close series would have gone to 7 where they might have overcome. Either way Julius understood that it was a great experience for some of the younger players who now has the experience of a deep playoff run can now go on and have great careers. Julius now needs to look ahead toward the sponsor games as well as the VHL Draft.
  19. I see myself dropping to maybe the 4th overall Pick this Draft. #1 and #2 are almost all but locked. I would be more supriesed in the GM's who don't go with the sure fire picks. #3 is tough when I look at @Bushito and his Calgary Wranglers. They have a number of Wingers who could play ahead of me and when I look at players around me in the draft I see @gorlab "Jet Jaguar" being the same TPE as me but in a position that Calgary actually needs in Center. That means I drop to 4th where Vancouver's only LW is an aging Konstantin Mulligan, whom I may not beat out right away but could be the LW of the future for the team. It could work out well. If we are going based solely on whomever I could pick It would have to be HHH since my playmaking ability matched with his sniper ability would lite up any team that would come against us. Thank you so much for the questions. @Sullvino
  20. Congratulations Minnesota. It was a hard fought series.
  21. Julius Freeman finally woke up and played a game.
  22. Julius was invisible in another game. He is a scrub.
  23. Not a great result. Julius needs to step up like Mars has.
  24. Ohh GG Halifax. Good to steal a game in their barn. We took away home ice advantage. Let's go into game 3 and show them what Halifax home ice looks like.
  25. If you mean a VHLM player win MVP of the VHL, then thats tough since they would need to join a team that is weak in only that position and get first line minutes and have one of the best seasons ever by a rookie. In short Great Team - that one players position, have best season by a rookie ever. If you mean a VHLM player win MVP of the VHLM, then that seems a little more likely and I would say either get lucky with what team drafts you in that it's a good team but not a super team. This year Minnesota in my opinion is a super team. They are amazing and might very well likely win the whole thing. But if you ask me who the MVP from that team would be it would be super tough since if you take away any 1 player there would be an equally good player to take his place. However when you look at Yukon with HHH yes he had a good surrounding cast but in the end he lead that team and they lived or died base on his performance at times. To me MVP is more than just best player on the best team because if you go by that you look at the super teams its hard to say who the best player is. So you need a good team but not a super team and be the best player on that team that goes decently far. I think since MVP is normally from a goal scorer I would simply look at Defense, Scoring, and Puck Handling. If you have those pretty well you will be a scoring machine. If you get those decently high you will out perform everyone else on the ice. If I picked a 4th skill it would probably be skating, but that one is nice to have where as the 3 above are musts. That being said, that is just from what other people have told me and what articles I have read rather than me having intimate knowledge of the sims. Thank You for those questions @Jtv123
