I wouldn't hate the idea of becoming of a blue. I've been a VHLM Commie, VHLE Commie, so the progression would make sense. As far as offsetting the thinker/visionary I think I can put a foot in both and wear a few different hats. Can discuss it more with you and Josh if you wanted.

I wish we had more positions to give but alas we cannot have everyone be a GM but I hope that everyone who truly wants the opportunity will get it in some capacity eventually.
