His grandfather Shawn Glade has a storied career at the VHLM and VHL level, winning the Continental Cup 3 times and setting the record for most defenseman playoff goals in league history. His father Shawn Glade Jr has a great career in the minors as a top defenseman in the league, and was drafted by the Davos Dynamo in the first round, yet was out of the league before his sophomore season. It'll be interesting to see where SG3 takes his career, as he was rumored to be in talks with the Minnesota Storm of the VHLM. Shawn Glade played for Halifax and Yukon, while SGjr played for Ottawa, so Minnesota is a new place in the glade family. "It would've been nice to play for a team that my family played for in the past but I'm here to create my own legacy."

1) You could say I've been around these woods before 3) San Diego has a nice team, well rounded but we're here for a reason, the Storm are better and I think we take it in 5 4) It sucks but I don't think it'll hurt too much, just comes down to rosters and we're better 6) So huge obviously. Can't get here without guys stepping up and we've certainly had that so I think it's amazing 7) Playoff time in general is amazing, the atmosphere of guys competing hard and everything being on the line 8. The end of the season always means the team is making it's last push together as a group which sucks as you hate leaving the locker room with such good guys

fair enough, but to be almost GPG pace in the playoffs over a career as a DMAN is still pretty insane. not saying glade is the best ever (FISTED ANALLY BY A CIRCUS MONKEY from the HOF) but its still impressive

1. Pretty cool watching a newer team win it, Victor and Co deserve it 10. Just fuck shit up this season, wouldn't hurt to pound their asses 24. I should be a bit more careful, I've had 6 flights in the pat week so I might already be fucked 35. Just being apart of a community where people are competitive but also have a friendly side to just shoot the shit with 37. Davos, just because it's me 38. IMO we need to stop hiring random active members as VHLM GMs and instead hire people who have shown that they can retain members
