I see no rule against it, so see no reason not. I don't have to wait 3 seasons and need a GM player. When my next player is in the VHL, Wolf will be retired. Unfair to GM's. So I enter a rebuild and that's it? Why not give Wolf one chance to win?

Pretty much, but what rules would I not be following? 1. GM's need a GM player at all times. 2. GM's don't have to follow the 3 seasons wait. 3. You're able to recreate after retiring a player. DAD did it with his players? Ironside just being drafted, Boeser being in the next one as his GM player.. lol

Accepted. Unfortunate to retire, but excited to go to Stockholm and chase the cup with the guys there. Figured with the rebuild, no point holding onto Wolf. His "pass first" type of career has prevented him from possibly loading up on points, but I created him as Seattle needed a center. Now, I'll recreate coming Trade Deadline likely. Gives me time to focus on Federov a bit more too.

For this draft, idk. Likely have to look at it next draft imo. But next draft, I think maybe looking at allowing 2 would be fitting and maybe just increase the round amount.

We had no say really when it came to who was retracted. I'm a Watchmen til the day I die. Couple cups as a player there I believe, 2 as a GM. Will be missed!

Either way, it's a different alternative which in my opinion, wouldn't sky jack the retention rates but having other ways to earn TPE definitely will help with retention in my opinion. If a member doesn't like writing, nor can they do graphics, they leave the site. fuck that, I'm not writing 600-1,200 words every week is what some likely say. Well, I can't do graphics so guess I can't really make a good player. Different alternatives will make it better for veteran members. DUR. Thanks for pointing out the opposite, but we're no different than new members. As it benefits them, it would obviously also benefit us (and that's not a bad thing). In my eyes, if we can take a look as a community and find effective, beneficial ways to revamp the TPE earning system and potentially bring in alternative ways ot earn TPE, that would be a bonus for the site as a whole (which includes retention and possibly recruitment). This, VHL Big Brother, was a simple - enjoyable way of doing so. Doesn't have to be this - was merely a suggestion that I know some people would like and see no harm in doing.Maybe the prizes could go down, sure, but it is lengthy to mind you.

All depends on who gets picked/wants to play. If there's 2 seasons (for example), hopefully 90% or 100% of the members who would completely different than the season prior.Also, who knows who would in tbh
