Guess you weren't as shocked as I thought you would be. Early retirements have been linked to many players that DT has represented and quite frankly it's kind of comical now. It's like you are just awaiting word of him on when he will be retiring and trying to recreate a new player. In fact in his last representatives retirement speech section, there is a kind of wager going on how long the career of Dallas Jones will last. Quite frankly it doesn't surprise me that this has happened or that it may have happened before. We aren't quite sure of what we will get with him, but I guess for now things are going smooth. Before I go any further, let's get back to the task at hand and here is the information you will need to know: PROS Passing: This young man has been known to dish out sweet assists in his play as it has been showcased so far in his few appearances with the Saskatoon Wild. This man makes a career out of setting up his teammates with some pretty solid goals. Of course everyone is so quick to be a scorer, but he would prefer to do the small things that helps his team get the points that they need. Physicality: Another strong suit for Dallas is his physical presence. He loves lining up the perfect hit so he can watch his opponent eat the ice. He has been known to hit pretty hard and rarely ever will he miss a hit. If he is lining you up, just think of it as you will be getting knocked on your rear in the very short future. This kid has even put a couple of people through the glass at some games and has seen more than his fair share of time in the penalty box. Puck Handling: The final good thing about this young man is that he protects the puck very well. He hasn't really been known to have a lot of giveaways and he tends to make the right call of when to pass it and when not to pass it. CONS Scoring: Despite being a solid point grabber, don't really look for Dallas to snag many goals. Being a pass first kind of player, he tends to have lesser amounts of goals and he has came to terms with his game. Once in awhile you will see him get an open chance to score or he will get a goal off of a penalty shot but rarely will you ever see him average more than one goal every two to three games. Leadership: Dallas has always been a follow the leader kind of player when it comes to hockey. Rarely does he ever voice his opinion and he tends to just blend in with the crowd. This kid could end up rectifying this one day but for now he tends to keep a very low profile and he just wants to go out and win games. Face-offs: Don't look for Dallas when it comes time for face-offs. This kid is an absolute nightmare when placed in the circle. He had to do the duty more than a few games during his high school years and it seems like his coaches regretted it every single time they had him attempt to play center. Sneaky Industries is back at it again with the leaked reports. One has to think that they are getting the reports straight from Da Trifecta's desk as he tends to leave the profiles out in the open. When will he ever learn that it's not a good thing to do and he tends to forget that he does so.
