Seattle, WA. Scott Greene, center for the Seattle Bears, was found drunk and passed out in a bear costume this past Wednesday night outside of a local bar. “It was weird,” says the paramedic who was called to the scene. “It seemed like the suit was stuck to him somehow. It was very strange.” Greene woke up and proceeded to take a bottle of whiskey out from the suit and drank the whole thing, fleeing the scene after being questioned by paramedics. He then appeared dressed in the suit on the ice during Wednesday’s games. “We thought it was some kind of bizarre form of team spirit. We didn’t realize that he was really drunk,” said one fan at the arena. “Hell yeah, I’d watch that again, for sure,” said another. Greene couldn’t be reached for comment, but appears to have somehow gotten the suit off between last night and this morning. We will keep you updated if this becomes a regular occurrence.
