As you have seen @Rayzor_7 has graciously stepped down. The league wants to thank him for his time behind the bench in Helsinki.
 
Those who have applied to Chicago will also be considered for this position. If you would like to apply to Helsinki but haven't posted in the Chicago thread please post here.

I mean I won like 50% or something but @enigmaticwon a few times as a few others. 

It doesn't affect this season since it's way to late to make this change but can we all agree to do this next season? Seems like the Majority are okay with lowering the rookie to 1.5 for 400-500.
