I mean doing the 45 everything route most of us did as new players also effectively did nothing for a lot more TPE, different exact circumstance, but the same outcome since people who min/max will have much lower STHS attributes than before, so the actual difference is the same.

Most importantly they don't LOSE 19 tpe to nothing, and since they are 1 increase off going +1 in basically everything with that setup. They are just one week away from getting a tonne. Actually properly losing TPE doesn't become an issue until you approach your peak build and you don't plan accordingly. Then you really can lose hundreds of TPE to nothing but air. On the way there it's just an ebb and flow of when exactly you hit the breakpoints. Same as how it is now with the updating scale, when swapping which attribute you are updating, just with another layer added.
