First thanks to @Acydburn for answering these questions and second I hope you enjoy!! I have recently been traded to Ottawa from Yukon, and since I have been wanting to know my new GM better I asked him some questions so that I can get to know him better and how is the team in general, this are some basic questions that were in my mind, 1. What do you think it is more difficult part of creating a team that is a cup contender? I think the most difficult part of building a team thats a cup contender is having a lot of high end talent. You also want it spread out as having a front heavy team is going to guarantee anything. We can into the season without much defense, but through trades we've improved on the back end. I think we're in a better position going forward. 2. In what stat do you focus more when you are looking for players in the draft? I dont look at a particular stat so much as I look for how the player is earning. If the player is higher TPE and active and still earning I will draft them over someone who has 80 scoring or 80 defense but is inactive. The active person will grow with the team and contribute. 3. Are you planning on doing more trades before the deadline? I just did two "big" trades before the trade deadline. I think our team is set for the most part. If we can pick up a few more pieces that won't 4. What are you aiming for next season? I mean every team is trying to get another cup. Next season, I would like to be a top/middle team. I don't know if we can make another run but it's not impossible. 5. Anyone you think could be a surprise when they get to the VHL? I don't think anyone would be a surprise if they make it all the way up to the VHL. Since the cap has been raised to 250 you have to work at moving up. We have a lot of talent on the team and I think they'll do well at every stage of league. 6. Anything you want to say to our rivals? Good luck going forward, we're not going to make this easy on you. This where his answers, I loved the las one, and I totally agree on him, this year isn't going to be easy for other teams to win the cup, I don't mean it is going to be easy for us either, we have great rivals that are very capable of putting up a very difficult match but I think our team is ready and we'll keep fighting until we win this cup, so be careful, and another thing that I would like to point out is that everyone prefers active players rather than high TPE but unactive players, this makes me wanting to get my 14 TPE each week and get quickly to the VHL!!!! 1. I haven't become extremelly close as I haven't been for too long in the league but I think that I'm getting along with @Ricer13, I don't know if he feels the same though 2. I think so, we must all keep improving and if we're lucky we might even get into the playoffs 3. I'm sure he will, he is a great player and someone that improves constantly, I'm certain he will 4. I hope not, but some rivalry could be great as that would mean the team is improving and it will be fun 5. I am a little because he might think about trading me for a good pick, I hope not 6. This is something I've been wanting to write since I heard about it, but I've been waiting so I get to know how the league works and how I can improve and get into a good position in both the VHL and VHLM drafts. Now that I think I'm doing well in both (2nd and 18th overall) I can start writing my Scouting Report. I've started my career in the VHLM as a free agent. I didn't know anything about the league and I got a bit caught up in all those messages from teams wanting to sign my player. I didn't really want to stand out a lot as I just wanted to go through a smooth first year and have lots of ice time to work on my stats for the upcoming draft. I ended up getting into an incredible team, with incredible teammates. My player is a scoring defenceman, I like to put points up the board, my player is a very commited player, he is going to be very available, he is hard working and he is a good teammate, he is active in the locker room, he likes to learn and he is going to be at the top in no time I am getting to know the league better and I would recommend for all the new player to talk to everyone you can, try and get all the information you can, make a decision based on what you're looking for towards that season. You have to try and get all the information you can to be successful. I think that this league is great and I think that you can do lots of things. I think this junior year I'm not doing too bad. I'm really looking foward to this year's draft and I hope I go high in the draft. If you want to do great here are some things that my GM/AGM said about me that are things that GM's are looking in someone: "Currently @Zyrok has really surprised me. He's been super active in the locker room and I think he could go all the way." - GM Mexicancow "Work, work and work some more. Zyrok12 is always looking to train every chance he gets. He completed all of his training last week and was chomping at the bit to do more. The coaching staff has had to remind him not to overdue it as they want a fresh Zyrok12 at the start of the season. This year has started greatly! I've just entered into this league, and I joined a great team as the Yukon Rush, today it has been a great day, I've enjoyed it a lot, we have a great GM and a great AGM who enroll with us in activities such as paintball, in trainments, we make pranks on each other. They are great and my companions too, we have a great time together, we like ordering lots of food at the hotels we stay at, we like doing difficult trick shots, we are very competitive and there is always a good atmosphere in the locker room and outside it, we have so much fun, although we have some grumpy guys (myself included as I'm the one with most penalty minutes on the whole league) we all love spending time together. Today I'm going to talk about my great companions individually, just the ones that I have time, if I don't mention you don't get mad please (GM and AGM on another post) Jason Goeson This is really the man, he is very funny, although in my opinion I think he still has room for improvement and that he has lots to give for the league I understand that he can't give all his time to this. But I think he is someone who can give lots and that he eventually is going to become one of the best at this. Gary Neal He is one of the best of the team, he is quite active but I would like to see more of him, I think everyone in the team can do a bit more, this isn't critisizing, but he is one that made us look quite good at the begining, he was the one who started making goals, I really like him and I hope he grows with me Konig He was the one with most experience and most TPE when I first got here, I supposed that he was the man for the captain position, but he didn't want it and gave it to me, so I like him a lot for that but I've seen that he has been a bit inactive these days, hope he gets back on track Benet Dahl Our amazing goalie, the one that has more TPE of our team and the one I have a closest competitive relationship with, as he and I are in the road to getting the 100 TPE, he is ahead of me but I hope I can catch him and get there first, but I sincerelly like him and thanks to him were not losing of 20-0 Ray Shields He has been our latest signing, but he looks like he is really going to be someone to look at, he is quite good and I think he is going to someone to look at, he is being active in the locker room and he is surely going to be someone that is going to revolutionize this team I really think this team has amazing things to look at. If I didn't mention someone don't get mas is that I didn't have time, I think that all of you are amazing. Let's go YUKON!

Yukon last results has been the expected as our GM told us that we aren't going competitive and we're on a re-building fase, we are in a 10 losing streak, and that isn't good either for the team as we're last on the standing and we (the players) aren't able to get all the point's we would want to get, but although all this I think it is worth it, this may be because they are my first team, but I really think that it's worth it, as we're all new to the team we first have to get to know the league before getting to like it and I think this team's locker room is increadibly great, getting to know all my fellow companions and getting to know the league is what's making me want to keep upgrading my players, not because we're last I would want a trade, it's my rookie year, and I wouldn't want to win anything if I don't participate in it, I really want to win the cup, but I would love to win it with Yukon as they're the team that gave me my first chance and they're the ones who taught me everything and they're the ones who are keeping my hope for improving. Not particulary, I like them all except on the ice, there they are enemies that I've got to crush! But apart from that love them all 5.
