I just had a recent idea that I think it might be quite a possible idea, I think most of the people are familiar with the tournament WJ it is basically a world tournament and right now there is just one, and I thought that maybe the comissioners could create a VHLM type of competition for that league, I mean, they could get the ones who are doing the best or the ones with a higher TPE in the VHLM and do the WJ. I think that it would be enjoyable for the players of the VHLM as they can be included a bit more into this society, or we can divide the WJ by ages, as in real life of some sports, I mean, make a under 18 tournament, etc... This idea might take a lot of time but I think it could really be worth it. I think that also something that lot's of people would like is to make other tournaments apart from the Cup, I think that making the offseason longer but that the teams could enroll in some tournaments for preparing themselves for the regular season, and so the GM's can see how the team is working, I also think that they could do for the WJ is a special recruitment, I mean this is also an idea for the regular season but that GM's can have apart from a AGM a very specific team of recruiting, this may be not possible because of the lack of people, I might be getting it wrong, it's just and idea. I think also that anyone could make press conference when a draft is about to come up, when a player is doing extremelly well in his league, I mean very especifical questions directly for just one player, like a Q & A. I have another idea that this could might solve some of the inactive player situation, and that is implementing in the system that if a player doesn't upload any requests for TPE in a certain number of weeks, the comissioners might take off TPE points of their stats and if they were inactive for a certain amount of time they will have time to catch up. Thanks @MexicanCow123 for those nice words!! -
1) No, as our GM has told us we're on a re-building fase, I'll wish we won a few more games so we had a bit more of morale... but hope we win a few more games so at least we can have a bit more fun, because winning is always better than losing, hope we improve and get on a winning streak 2) I think @Legend0985, he's my partner at the defenseman spot, and I think he's putting up some really good number, I have lots of faith in him I hope we grow toguether 3) In my opinion the team is as good as it can be in a re-building fase, although I think we would all like a very high TPE veteran player so that he can lead us... Although I think we're good 4)I think lot's of us are very active we're becoming friends, and we have some good conversations mostly everyday, I personally like that a lot 5) My favourite sport in real life is football (soccer) I like the Seville FC and Clube de Regatas do Flamengo. I also like the american football and my team on that sport is the Philadelfia Eagles, also I watch sometimes bassketball and play it too, my favourite team right now are the Chicago Bullls, I also enjoy hockey, not as much as the other but I like watching it for fun 6) I'm from Spain

ZYROK Position: D Age: 16 Height: 6'1" Weight: 180 ibs Team: Yukon Rush He was born in a place where hockey wasn't popular at all, he always has been good at sports, he played soccer, football, but he didn't quite feel happy on those sports, one day his city organized a skating event, when he went and started skating he felt suddenly free, he started going all days, non-stop, one of those days the organizer told him to stay with him after they closed, he stayed and the organizer lended him a hockey suit, a stick and a puck, he setted up a goal aend told him, show me what you've got, they started training every day, three hours a day, but the one time none of those two wanted arrived, the event came to an end... Then he felt like if someone has stoled his heart, his grades went down, and when his parents asked him what happened, he just had one answer "I just want to play hockey". Then his parents did all they could to make him join a hockey team, there was one, 30 km away from his house, but he didn't care, he went all the days to train and he became the best one in his team. His grades went back up, he felt good again, and when the event came back, he was able to defeat esaily his first master easilly, then he was told about the VHL, he started watching their games non-stop, he started even focusing more on hockey, he got offers from greater teams, one that went to the national championships, managers started arriving, he knew what he wanted, he got into a better team, he was one of the worst of the team, but he was the one who more effort putted in, so he became one of the best ones in no time, he started leading his team into playoffs and the he won his first championship. This has been a great adventure through his first years into hockey, but this doesn't end here, when he graduated in highschool his manager got an offer for him to get into the VHL, that was one of the best moments in his life, but he arrived late to the draft, all his happiness started to go away and some pure sadness came, he thought he lost the opportunity of his life, he went back to his home, and the event was there, he went there and went skating where everything started, he started with some quick skating, when everyone went away he started with some half-court shots, full court shots, puck handling, and then his master entered in the ice, he tried to play offense but Zyrok wouldn't let him pass, he was making all his effort and suddendly he heard some clapping, and just one sentence that change his mood and life inmediatelly "You're great, want to join the Yukon Rush until the draft?" That is were it all started, now I'm playing for the rush, now I feel that I can reach all my potential, now it is the time for me to dominate the VHLM and get into the VHL... And at the end of the road, I hope that I'll be on the VHL Hall of Fame. Keep an eye on me because I will. (Word count 546)

Hey, I really need to tell what happened this evening with the Yukon Rush roster, it was so fun!!! We went paintballing for a special team bonding excersice and we were divided into two teams, I was on the @Krice13 team and we decided to attack suddendly, we caught them while they were still planning how to attack us @MexicanCow123 tried to shoot at us but he still had the gun lock on. It was so fun, I think I really got to know my team mates better, now for example I know @LittleRiDog is a multi-sport athlete, and that he knows how to throw a football... but he doesn't know how to dodge a paintball bullet. I really think this was a well spended evening with my team mates and that helped us get along better and it is going to help us in the ice, let's see how this season goes for us GO RUSH Word count: 157 words

Yukon Rush Press Conference Week Ending on January 26 2020: 1. Out of all the new waiver signings signed by the Yukon Rush, who is most likely to have the longest career and why? I've liked all the new players, and I think that as everyone they could get a good carrer if they keep active 2. Season 70 starts in a few days, where do you predict the Rush to end up in the standings by the end of the season? Our GM hopes we finish last as he wants to get high picks, but at least I am going to do everything I can to improve 3. How much TPE do you plan on earning each week? 12 capped and min 2 uncapped (practice facility) 4. On a scale of 1-10, How well do you know about the sport of hockey and do you have any interest in learning more about it? 3 I want to get to know the sport better, I know the basics but I am not a huge fan 5. Switching gears a little bit, the Super Bowl is only a few weeks away. Of the remaining teams (49ers, Titans, Packers and Chiefs), who do you predict wins the Super Bowl? My team (Philadelfia Eagles) have already been disqualified, but the one I like the most are the chiefs so I would like them to win 6. Lastly, are there any improvements that could be made to the Yukon Discord LR and if so what are they? I love it the way it is

I'm interested! If you want information dm in discord and I will explain why I can be a great AGM (Zyrok #9220)

Hello to everyone who might see this post, I am a new member in this platform but I want to say that I really like the idea of this game... And I also think it is great that this game doesn't have the pay-to-win thing that all games normally have: I was just thinking about this game and from my sincere opinion I think it's one of the bests games I ever had the oportunity to play, but I also think that there might be some things to improve, and I thought about one in particular... Stats; Stats are important in every game, and how you manage them wil make you a better player, but I think this game is keeping themselves like too basic on the stats,, for example there is just one mental stat and is leadership... Although I like the fighting and discipline I think they could do much more than that, but apart from that I think it is one of the games most underrated that I know and that should deserve more atention Thank you everyone for your time

In this Questions and Answers I have with me the known @Krice13 the assistant manager of the Yukon team, I think this is a very good interview as it gives us the point of view of someone who sees evrything that happens inside a team and he is as familiar with the players as he can and he does work for the GM so he is the perfect balance between boss and workers; 1) What is the favourite thing about being a AGM? My favourite thing about being an AGM is that I get to be apart of actually helping build a team that could potentially win a championship. It also gives me a chance to build relationships with players in different way as an Assistant GM rather than a teammate. I care more about the team than myself which is pretty cool. 2) What is your least favourite thing about being the AGM? My least favourite thing is that all the GMs think being an Assistant GM isn’t a real job hahaha. Nah I joke, I honestly don’t have anything to dislike about being an Assistant GM 3) Is it too difficult to get players to keep active? It can be troublesome to try and keep people active. A lot of people join because they like the idea of fantasy sports. The unfamiliarity of how it all works is what I think scares people off. Once you get the hang off it and figure everything out it is actually a lot of fun. As GMs and Assistant GMs it’s our job to help these new players transition easier so that they decided to stay active and have fun. 4) What tips would you give to someone who is aplying for that job? Be persistent. You aren’t going to get the first ten jobs you might apply for. Staying consistent and constantly putting your name out there is key in people remembering who you are. Being active in the forums and Locker rooms is also very important. It’s only a matter of time before someone gets a chance and consistency is key. 5) How much hours a day do you have to work for the GM to be happy? That is an interesting question. I probably spend way to much time as it is on here. I don’t think time is necessarily what the GM cares about. The GM gives you certain tasks and if you get them done in 5 mins or 60 mins it doesn’t matter as long as you get the job done! 6) Are you planning on being the GM anyday soon? I just started as an Assistant GM so I would like to get a couple seasons under my belt before really considering that. It is definitely something I would love to do one day but for now my goal is to help MexicanCow build a team that’s going to win a championship,l and in the process I’m going to learn as much from him as I can so that one day I can be a GM too. I think he gave us a perfect point of view about how it is to be a AGM, I hope this helps you if you had any doubts

1)Getting into playoffs 2) I actuallydon't know, I would as that to them 3) Wichever pick's me I'm good with it, but for now I'm focused on winning with my team 4) I haven't been drafted yet 5) You are going to see a commited player, that gives his soul for his team and that is aiming to the top

1) I think it is a great idea as a game and there should be more games like this 2) The message system could be a bit faster 3) I think it can be very useful to lots of players (me included) 4) Get lots of TPE, get my stock to go up, and get into the playoffs 5) I would like the Yukon Rush to win, but I am also looking fowards to the ones who beated my team last year... The Wild 6a) I would like to make a good debut and play along w/ @Krice13

As you can see in my profile I was an ex-player, that is because I was in their team and I retired my player and created another, as you will see if you've looked into it...
-
That is right, my player was created as a centerman first and I accepted for them a long time ago, I just changed player as I wasn't happy about how it was
