Getting ready for the S78 Dispersal Draft!

I'm excited to announce that the Philadelphia Reapers are in need of a new AGM! I'd like to open this application to anyone who is willing to put in the time and effort to better the Reapers in every way. The goal is to make both the team and the locker room a great place for old and new players alike. If you think you'll be able to give me your all and help this great organization, then I highly encourage you to apply! I will be vetting through applications for the next week during the off-season and will reach out to those who I feel are qualified with additional interview questions. It is a proud organization that is highlighted by numerous greats, awards, and championships. When I came on as the AGM after the WJC, I began to see just what made the Reapers special. I have learned a lot and am honored to step forward into my new role with the team. As the leadership in the team changes, I want to keep that focus and push the Reapers into a new era defined by even more great players, awards, and championships. We have an exciting future ahead and I need my AGM to be ready to give me their all. This team needs heart. This team needs passion and drive. And I need an AGM that is ready to learn, ready to be active in discord and on the forums, ready to recruit, and ready to work hard for the Reapers. To all new players who want to get into the “ownership” side of teams, this is an excellent first step! I was one of those GMs that went right to an AGM position in the VHLM right after the tournament. I highly encourage those with GM aspirations to use the WJC as a great opportunity to showcase themselves.

PRESS CONFERENCE: Week of April 25th, 2021 (You don't have to answer every single one, just answer 6 for 2 TPE) 1). Our GM DMaximus is stepping down after this season. Any well wishes you want to extend to him in his last season with the Reapers? 2). We have 8 games left in the season. What is your goal for your player in these last 8 games? 3). Do you have a favorite book or a favorite movie? 4). We had a big trade at the deadline, in which we obtained future draft picks and @Kman. Have you welcomed him yet? (Now's a great time!) 5). Summer is around the corner! Do you have any vacations or trips planned? 6). On the bench, do you tend to drink more water or a sports drink (Gatorade, Poweraid, etc.)? 7). How is your NHL team doing? If you're not into the NHL, how's your favorite sports team doing? 8). What part about playing hockey is your favorite? 9). As we near the end of the season, it has been an absolute blast coming in to be your Assistant General Manager this season! Do you have any suggestions or topics of improvement for me during my tenure here?

This is absolutely great work! I love the added touch of individual picture for each player that feature a logo change. Seriously, I’m very impressed!!

You've been putting out some great work lately! I like the idea of having smoke around and behind your player as well as a simple but small detailed background to really make it pop. The text is easy to read and is clearly visible from the background. I do also like your logo swap and adding the VHLM logo to the crest of the jersey! If there was anything that I would critique, it would be the shadows on your player. In this image, it just seems to throw me off a little and kind of takes me out of viewing the graphic. Might want to not go so heavy on the shadows next time (but your sig for the Reapers is great in that aspect!). I do also see some rough lines around your player from cutting them out of their original image. If you don't already, I'd give the website https://www.remove.bg/upload a try! It's a great tool to quickly remove the background easily that provides a very clean result for free. Overall, I like the moves you're making in your graphics Moose! You're trending in the right direction and I'm excited to see what else you put out! Score: 7.5/10

I like the idea of a stats graphic! The information on your player's stats is clear and well defined, I have no questions there. You also included some Vancouver logos which is great! However, I feel that the plain black background may be a little lacking. While it is easy to read, maybe including an image of your goalie would help this graphic achieve a higher level of quality. It doesn't have to be too detailed or include a jersey swap, just a player in the background. Overall, I think it's a great graphic idea that you can expand upon in the future! Score: 6/10
