I personally hope we lose this trade. I want nothing more than for @Riley_Coutureto come back and be fully active again. However I have active players who are chomping at the bit for ice time and with Calgary going into a developmental season moving Couture was the right thing to do for the current active players on our roster! 2. Is there anything that helps you to get into the routine of remembering to complete your VHL tasks each week?
- I'm trying to out earn my last player as a goal for this one, so early on that's been motivating me a lot to do more for sure.
3. Can you describe the way your player feels when they are on the ice during a match?
- Right now, not very good because he's just starting out. Hopefully it improves 😕
4. How would you describe the locker room environment of Halifax?
- It's cool and friendly, too bad we missed the playoffs but nice to have a bunch of people I know there already and even people I didn't know before seem cool!
5. What type of boat does your player travel on to get to and from the Ice Rink?
- Easy, canoe. Canoes are the best boat, good exercise and peaceful riding.
6. What does your player do to remain positive during a rough season?
- Know that if he keeps working hard he can hopefully be less bad for his actual rookie season!
8. Your player has to sponsor a brand of cereal, which brand do they choose?
- Raisin bran. It's simply the best cereal and I would feel guilty sponsoring any other cereal.

No. My hair is too beautiful to be colored in any way, shape, or form.

Not really, I just pay attention to the site.

Angry and wanting to punish people by hitting them

Not really in there much so can't say

British boat because British
6. What does your player do to remain positive during a rough season?
I mean, I was on a winning team to start the season, so I just remember the good times there and try to focus on good individual performance because maybe that carries us to a win
7. If the team were to appear as a cameo on a show, which show would it be and how would the scene go?
I guess it would be on some local Halifax show where we make hockey jokes
8. Your player has to sponsor a brand of cereal, which brand do they choose?
I'd choose Weetabix because British.

1.  I would dye my hair color blue color. 
2. I am just used to doing it every Monday now.
3. My player is just focused and relaxed.
4. Everything in the locker room has been good besides the smell of the hockey gear.
5.  I just use the fairy to get there.
6. All you can do is stay focused on the game plan. Eventually things will come together.

2. If you were forming a band with a handful of your team mates, what type of instrumment would you play?
I would play the accordion because it is a great instrument.
3. Is there a song that you listen to while you are training?
No, I prefer to focus while training.
4. What are you most excited for in your player's future?
Getting drafted to the VHL.
5. Does your player have a morning routine?
Not really besides waking up and going to practice.
6. Would you rather be good at figure skating or have more strength?
Stronger since that's what my game is based on.
7. What snacks does your player bring on a coach trip to share with the team?
Good ones or else I'd beat him or her up.

1: I think Micky mouse would be a great mascot he has high energy, that what we need.
2: I would play the kazoo because I think it would make the song more enjoyable
3: I would listen to Lumineers TBH
4: To get drafted and excel in to a great goal scorer and also be a playmaker.
5: My players usually takes a massive shit in the morning, then gets coffee and tapes his sticks.
6: I would be a figure skater because Figure skaters are usually great skaters and have great form.
7: He brings starbursts and sometimes if he feeling good he brings a full wedding cake, and if he really felling it he brings a whole buffet of food from chipotle.

1. Honestly I'm not sure, even after I looked this up and only could find something about a sea creature sighting. 
2. I would play guitar and sing.
3. I like to listen any Mayan Factor song while training.
4.I am excited for moving into the big leagues someday and trying to score as much as possible in hopes of winning a Cup.
5. I like to go for a morning run and have a quick bite to eat, then workout with some light weights.
6. I would rather be very strong cuz I already skate very well.

- Hmm, I'll say the Kraken cuz its the coolest ocean related mythological creature I can think of.

2. If you were forming a band with a handful of your team mates, what type of instrumment would you play?
- Easy. I played the sax in high school so pass it over to me baby.
 
3. Is there a song that you listen to while you are training?
- Stronger by Kanye West is my go-to song for getting myself hyped up for something.

4. What are you most excited for in your player's future?
- Seeing how far I can go and what kind of career I can carve out for myself!

5. Does your player have a morning routine?
- Always. A small breakfast, then a coffee then a shower. No need for anything besides the basics.

6. Would you rather be good at figure skating or have more strength?
- Honestly people make fun of figure skating but having that kind of elegance in skating would feel so awesome.

7. What snacks does your player bring on a coach trip to share with the team?
- Definitely some form of crackers, probably wheat thins, god I love wheat thins.

jurgis would play drums because he likes drums

starting in the VHL and making a name for myself by being really good at hockey

jurgis usually goes for a light jog and eats oats

more strength so jurgis can push people out of his crease

lots of oats, they are very good for you oats. tasty too.

1. Which team in the VHLM would you describe as our biggest rival and why?
Mexico City, because of Rory’s prior connections to the team before he took over Halifax, but that’s more of a friendly rivalry I think.
2. If your player could meet any player from the NHL, who would it be, and what tip would they ask for?
Patrik Laine, advice on shooting, good sniper who plays a similar game.
3. What is the first thing you do after you get home after a match?
Sleep for sure, playing high level hockey is absolutely exhausting.
5. What type of car does your player drive?
Nissan Qashqai, pretty popular in the Faroe Islands since it can handle the winter weather but is compact enough to make it through the narrow roads. Too used to it to change after moving to Halifax.
7. Would you player step up as a leader in an emergency, or prefer to take commands from others?
Willing to step up as a leader but also happy to let others take that role, can do either of them.
8. If your player was tasked to write an essay, what would the topic and title be?
Why the Faroe Islands is the next big hockey powerhouse nation, featuring a long list of Baldur Poulsen’s career accomplishments.

One of the things that Riley Couture likes to do during a match for her good luck ritual is to wear unmatching socks beneath her uniform, she has found that on days where she wears matching socks she doesn't play as well. For example, one time that her washing machine had broken, while she was waiting for it to be fixed she was lacking pairs of socks. She could only find a few stray socks at the back of her drawer so she grabbed out one green and one black sock. She put them on underneath her larger sports socks, something she does anyway to keep her feet warm on the ice and since she finds ordinary sock material to be softer than the scratchy socks she has to wear with her kit. And during that game, she managed to get double the amount of passes that lead to assists.

Riley Couture was starting to get a lot of burn out from playing so many games in a row and non-stop training, she could feel herself getting more lethargic and exhausted both mentally and physically. As much as she wanted to deny it, to keep training, keep playing, she couldn't. She had to accept it, it was time for a vacation. But where should she go to visit? She had a big decision to make with many many choices.
Riley got out her tourism booklet and looked through the pictures of where she could go. Maybe a tropical beach where she could relax and sunbathe? Maybe a huge city where she could go shopping and buy products that she wouldn't find in Calgary? Maybe she could visit the countryside and go camping? So many options.
In the end, after many hours of consideration, Riley decided that she wanted to visit  Paris as there are many attractions there that she would like to see. Riley booked her tickets, went to bed and then waited for the day of her holiday to come around. On the day of her flight, Riley packed her bags and left in a taxi to take her to the airport, where she got into business class on her flight to France. On the plane, she watched a bunch of shows on the screen in front of her and she was served a ravioli dish with lots of cheese. It was very delicious and perfect to eat before taking a nap.
Once Riley got to Paris she set her sights straight for the river seine cruise boats. She wanted to ride along the river get a good look at the sites. The tour guide gave lots of information over the speakers as Riley sat back and relaxed on the floaty boat. Of course, she would enjoy a boat journey as the AGM of the boat gang itself, Halifax 21st.The ride was very calming for Riley and when she got off she made her way over to the park where the Eiffel tower is.
Riley walked around the park, enjoying the large patches of grass, the tall bushes and pretty trees as she looked for a spot to sit down and eat a sandwich. She got sat near the hedge as she tucked into her picnic. Very nice and cheesy for her to enjoy. After lunch she got a better look at the tower, though she decided not to go up because it was very crowded, she liked seeing the incredible structure from the bottom.
Riley really enjoyed her vacation in Paris, whilst she was there she also visited the Louvre museum where she loved to see all of the fantastic and genius paintings. She also visited some restaurants and gift shops. From her trip as a souvenir, she picked up a simple 'I ❤️ Paris' shirt and a small keyring that looked in the shape of the Eiffel tower, she attached it to the zipper on her suit case before heading back home. She felt much more relaxed now and ready to do her training once again.

Review: Although I'm used to Timmies donuts and have only eaten Krispy Kreme once in my life, this is amazing. The bold and the tiny logos are a nice touch, and I really love the Legion, Americans, and the Wolves selected donuts. Great job!

grungy dirty smelly locker rooms are the whole reason why jurgis plays hockey (because he certainly isnt good at it)
