1. ProAM I am doing... fine. Had some technical difficulties so should be getting better. JST is in process of restarting due to goofiness, but we should be in a much better position this time around. 2. I'm not sure, it's weird to be thinking about another season after the one we just had. 3. I wasn't surprised as I was present for the conversations, but I think Bouchard winning as many awards as they did wasn't traditional but certainly correct. 4. Just staying healthy, coming into the season ready to start scoring from the beginning. 5. They made the playoffs? So likely very bad. 6. Washing dishes, or taking out the compost. Food waste is one of the things that makes me immediately nauseous.

I do think it is very important to outline the context to everyone as to why this happened, beyond just a banned member returning without appeal. Those who hadn't done the research to put together the 3+ different aliases this person has put together in even the last year, would not have a) known Dack was ever Achilles, b) known the long and widespread issues that this person has been causing elsewhere (as their nose had been very clean here under this persona, and c) that these issues persisted after our last experience with them, as recently as this calendar year. AJ, while a little dummy in this situation, has brought together such a community in Houston, and provides tremendous value for the VHLM and Houston specifically. While a noted dummy, he has earned some faith here that while a dummy, had good intentions, and was simply trying to help someone rebuild their identity and enjoy the thing we love together. Was that his right to give? No, of course not and hence the punishment. Was Dack honestly a great member for the period of time he was here? Honestly, yes. I truly hope that he can continue to learn, grow, show some maturity and return to sim leagues with kindness and love for all. I will always stand against ___-phobia, which Achilles has always seemed to have weighing him down. But I do always have hope in my heart that people can learn and grow, and I believe the root of ___-phobia is ignorance and lack of critical thinking, which is something that can be learned. The Moderators and VHLM Commissioners had all the details, and came to their decisions according to their domains. The rules were enforced, and faith was shown in one of our best members. I can't imagine there is more to discuss than that.

One thing I did always hate about the "stripping draft picks" idea was, sure it's punishing the GM who wants to run a good team, but it also punishes the players who are on the team with not getting more players. Glad you went this route, as AJ has been a stellar GM and built a great community in Houston, he's just a dummy.

1OA is all I'm hearing

It has been nearly a week now since I officially took over as GM of the London United. The team looks very different than it did last season, and with more time for GMs to ogle my players I’m sure it will continue to change a bit more before the season starts. I had a few priorities coming in, and for the most part I think I’ve checked them off my list. First, I wanted to establish an environment where my players, prospects, alumni and friends could just come and chat about anything. Pairing that with wanting to bring in some big names that fit within our championship window, Dom and Cole bring lots of activity, expertise and good vibes, alongside their dangerous players. Next, I wanted to establish a strong drive to earn and grow. The core of our team is among the top earners, and content producers in the league. It is time for London to be at the forefront of people’s minds, and for positive reasons instead of being mid. Having Triller full-time now immediately changes the branding of the team, with access to world-class graphics. Finally, I want to make London a destination that new players aspire to join. My work with the Marlins, and the JST have begun that process, but I hope to continue to be an ambassador for our lovely newcomers and ingrain our vision in their heads from the start. Just a reminder for everyone, and you’ll hear this a lot, but… United Forever!
