Hey everyone and thanks I've been poking around the site and watched a few videos. I will probably create my player a bit later this evening when I get some time.

Yeah I have a weekly game I play in. It took some work, going to local gaming stores for a year or so to get connections with people playing the 5th edition adventures league modules that wanted a home game not based off modules, meshing personalities, play styles, availability and whatnot. I tried online before and found it a little too difficult to keep groups together.

I also DM for friends and family about twice a year or so. The rarity of the sessions allows them to be epic. I've crafted potion bottles and puzzles and stuff like that. The next one is coming up soon and everyone decided to come in costume which should be fun.

    Oh really?? I completely disagree.
The Wild were completely given 2 games for free with Mexi-G in goal.
It is not only "not interesting" it is over.
Hopefully, safeguards will be put into place so that clear mistakes such as this can be caught before auto sim.
So glad to contribute 20 dollars to the cause like many of my teammates.
Don't worry though I will continue to be a sucker and donate funds.

Don't lol, it doesn't matter I'm a first time GM. I've been a GM this whole season, and an AGM. It's my fault for not sending lines lol. I'm not going around blaming the simmer for my mistake, and I've told my players not to do so.

    Hashtag Winning
    Scott Stokes

Portland, Oregon – This past week has brought an interesting prospect into the ranks of the VHLM. Hashtag Jeffership is the descendant of a well-known and respected pioneer whom managed to traverse the grand Oregon Trail westward and guaranteed the survival of the part with his take no prisoners style of decision making that allowed four members of the party to make it. Without this successful journey some very important members of the VHL would have never been born and the league may have never formed.

Today we have Mr. Jeffership in studio for an interview and we hope he can answer the hard hitting questions and find out what exactly he hopes to bring to the VHL in the near future.

Scott Stokes: Thank you for joining us tonight Hashtag on such short notice.

Hashtag Jeffership: Not a problem at all Scott!

The famed Oregon Trail. Many have tried to traverse it and most have failed

SS: First thing I have to ask, and I’m sure you get this a lot, but where did you pick up such a unique name?

HJ: Way back in 1848 my great grandfather led an expedition from Missouri along the Oregon Trail in hopes of finding great success in the West. His name was Jeffidiah and he led the expedition with an iron fist. Many members didn’t agree with the way he ran the expedition and labelled it as a ‘Jeffership’. In the end only one person died on the journey in what was an unprecedented success. The family adopted the last name Jeffership. As for Hashtag I am fairly certain my dad was big into something called Twitter when I was born. This I have never understood.

An actual photo of Jeffidiah sniping a buffalo much like Hashtag hopes to snipe corners in the VHL

SS: You have arrived in the VHL to some fanfare from the likes of Victor and Jardy. Do you think you will be able to live up to the hype of your family past? Will this past help you in any way?

HJ: Victor and Jardy are long-time family friends of mine and it is nice to get a warm welcome coming into a foreign place. Their relatives were actually members of the party that made the westward trip with my great grandfather and our families have kept in contact ever since. I’ve grown up and lived in Oregon my entire life so it will be nice to know that no matter where I travel to play hockey I’ll have friends around.

SS: What type of player is Hashtag Jeffership? What can you offer to a team that will help them win a coveted championship?

HJ: Much like my great grandfather I am a leader that won’t put up with bullshit from my teammates. I will do anything it takes to lead my team to the final destination even if that means making someone who ate our food rations eat their own feces as punishment. On the actual hockey side of play I will bring a high paced scoring style of play. I don’t mind getting dirty in the corners but I definitely like playing in the middle of the ice far more. I’d expect to see my name leading the VHL in goal scoring within a couple of seasons at most.

SS: That is an interesting way of phrasing your leadership skills. Do you have any preferences when it comes to which team will draft you in the next VHL draft?

HJ: I’ll do my best to help any team that decides to pick me up. My agent Jeff Downey was actually the general manager of the Helsinki Titans back in the first two seasons of the Victory Hockey League so I may like to start my career there. All in all I will not be picky about where I go as long as it is a fun atmosphere with a group of players who are committed to winning it all.

Hashtag Jeffership’s rights belong to the recently defeated Bern Royals of the VHLM

SS: You were picked up by the Bern Royals in the VHLM through the waiver selection process. You picked up one assist in five games played as the Royals were eliminated from the playoffs. What do you see going forward for Bern?

HJ: I am expecting to compete next year for the VHLM championship. We have a good group of active guys here that should make great improvements going forward. Our general manager is constantly trying to make improvements. I expect big things in Bern next year.

SS: One final question, something we ask all new prospects that come on our show. What will be your first big purchase when that first VHL pay cheque comes in the mail?

HJ: I’ll be buying a kick ass covered wagon, 8 oxen, 45 pounds of meat and 12 boxes of ammunition.

SS: Well Hashtag it has been a pleasure meeting you and we hope to have you on again soon! That’s it for tonight’s edition of Stokes Corner! Next week we cover the rising prevalence of steroid use in the VHL upper management ranks. Tune in next time!
