also since there are themes i and we are enterting the 76 season i say the a legacy theme of eiither the theme of champions from the 1st season to the current that or the legacy either has pictures if teams threw the years from and how it began or go super legacy and theme is every historic event for vhl

seems like alot but the most one i want is the weekly or end of year tpe bonus and contract signing bonus if added

 

dont know much about theme week but from i read about it in season 72 of the vhl im guessing it has stuff to do with the rookies and stuff and other stuff to suggest well in my personal thing is to have the notifcations in the portal so that way we just dont have to go to the forums to see our notifcations we can see ouyr notifcation right from the vhlportal.com another idea i had is of people first joining the league like me  thier should be either a 1. a tour of how to get around the site in video so that or just a quick access so with the quick access addtion you can jump to your team to view your teammates/playersand other stuff also alot further is probley the 2 least likey to be updated is end of season vhl/vhlm seaspn tpe so like at the end of the season award winners get some extra tpe with mvp getting the most and for the championship winners players getting some more tpe this is my suggestion to my other idea for tpe is tpe contracts you can still do the cash but on the side you can have a signing bonus of tpe or you can do it with the cash for signing bonus but you can also get paid in tpe depending on the contract say like i sign my 1.2 million contract but i either get a signing bonus of 500k or 3 tpe signing bonus or contract can go like this i sign the 1.2 million but i also get paid in tpe everyweek so i would get the 1.5 mil and says the contracts says 3 tpe per pay i would also get the 3 tpe every week to speed up devolpment of players a bit with also the practice the make would be the same at 12 so if you have 12 tpe your pay for it will be declined till you spend it also if your really valuable to your team they can offer the max tpe of 5-12 with the rookies making either 1-4 tpe a week the the tpe contracts work for everyone to develop a little faster and to keep members to comeback to the website and play the game

my thoughts on this is that this is good to get young talent even though I'm part of this seasons draft and i think this is a try out contract for me to see how i will do in the beginning  i do hope im one of these teams picks if no expansion comes along that is

2. Looking at how your player has been doing, what are you thinking?

new to the vhl still learning some of the tpe stuff but like press confrences and stuff dont have a mic yet to do stuff to earn 6 point tpe so at the moment im doing both practices and welfare for the moment.

3. The goal of the VHLM is to develop new players. Do you think this is happening for you? If not, why?

i think it will if i can figure out how the pay works like do i get it in tpe or the cash and spend the cash every week to earn tpe and can i spend it on the same thing once a week

4. If you could pick the VHL team that you would play for later on, what team would it be?:

if my post still stays hot in the suggestions im hoping it will be pittsburgh that gets a team and me either being the gm or agm as it is my suggestion or it will be nice to be playing for that vhl team but if not i don't really care where i get drafted to i just hope i can help the team in any way possible

7. What do you think about the hiring of our new AGM @Spence King?

dont know much about him as im new but if the gm trust him i do to 

one rule is the vhl hockey player must be biased to all teams and not help his team only he must support all players on every team like you can still be on your team and help them out in other ways but when it comes to trying to get rules in thier favor of thier team for their own team benfit the job is pretty much explainable if you watch news or atleast the basics of what all these sports have the same thing nhl has nhlpa nba has nbapa and nfl has nflpa basically its the job of the head of the pa to look out for the players on all the teams the reason i say hockey player to be the head of the nhlpa is cause if i could edit the pa's in real life i would make them a player cause besides the gms does a player know other players 

 

but i dont know how hard that would be i just thinking of having a vhlpa and vhlsm would be alot more realstic for this and for thouse wondering what vhlsm stands for for me i was thinking vhl staff meetings

this why i said in my other suggestion that we should have a vhlpa and a vhlsm one for players one for staff and gms

but if some way we get these 4 teams to be added to aquire a expansion that would be nice but thats up to the staff unless they do the vhlpa and vhlsm where both sides are nedded to vote or just do like the nba games do and have the gms vote for yay or nay on extension why if you read my other post will tell you the vhlpa head will try to talk to others and i actually think the if we do get a vhlpa then if we do get a player to be the vhlpa head he would need to convince the vhlsm to agree that players a certain amount of votes count to a certain number of votes say like for the expansion team and about 60% of players say yes to expansion team and 40% say no then the 60% wins the majority and gets the yes vote for the 4 expansion teams

1. cause to me number 1 means more than just saying one player is great number 1 to me means that you will put everything on the line for your team to show how dedicated you are and will do anything for the team to help them

so my idea is to expand the teams for vhl. with the 1st being the pittsburgh steelhawks and the 2nd being the cleveland bulldogs. so that way the divisions still have the same amount of teams and give players a chance to become gms. even though im a rookie and this is probley a low possible chance but i would like to try and take the job as gm of pittsburgh steelhawks.
