  3. Welcome everyone, The S88 VHL entry draft and the S88 VHLE entry draft are scheduled for the mars 27th and the mars 31st respectively and Bobby Bob is eligible for both of them. In this sixth episode of « The Bobs legacy, the sequel », we are going to look at all the teams that Bobby Bob has a chance to be picked by. If we start with the VHL, Bobby Bob was contacted by five teams. As of now, Bobby Bob is third for the number of TPE with 366 and he will logically be drafted in the top 5. The Calgary Wranglers have the 13th and the 16th pick overall and Bobby will most likely not be available, but they still contacted Bob to wish him luck in good draft. The Malmo Nighthawks also messaged him to wish him luck in the draft and for the rest of his career despite them only having the 6th overall pick. Then, the Toronto Legion that currently has the 3rd overall pick contacted Bobby Bob very early in the off-season and they showed a lot of interest in the Canadian defensemen and even if the final decision will be in Toronto’s hand, there are a lot of chances to see Bobby Bob play with them in a near future. Finally, the New York Americans asked a couple of questions to Bobby Bob about his goals in the future and his interest in playing with them. New York has the 4th overall pick and if Bob is still available, he could very well be an Americans after the draft. Where ever he lands Bobby Bob will do anything to win a Cup with this team and be the best player in the league. Now with VHLE, there are fewer options, because there are only eight teams in the league and only five teams have a first round pick, the Rome Gladiators with the 1st and 6th pick, the Istanbul Red Wolves with the 2nd and 3rd pick, the Vasteras Iron Eagles with the 4th pick, the Yukon Rush with the 5th and 8th and the Oslo Storm with the 7th pick. The Rome Gladiators have the first overall pick for the first time in their history and since the GM is Bobby Bob’s dad, Baby Boomer, we could think that the GM would be interested in drafting his son, but we asked him about it and he said that he would not comment about it before the draft. Next, we have the Istanbul Red Wolves and even if the team did not contact Bobby, the team could very well select him with their two first picks. For the remaining teams, none of them contacted Bobby Bob, so we have literally no idea what their plans are, and we can only wait to see what they will do and who they will pick. The draft in the VHLE is a little bit different than the VHL’s one since the best players available are going to play only one season in the VHLE before going to the VHL. This is the reason why Bobby Bob is not guaranteed to be drafted to in the top 5. However, I see Bobby Bob getting drafted pretty soon in the VHLE entry draft next Friday.
  4. That makes more sense!
  5. Very interesting, but I disagree, Bobby Bob is not dropping that low. I believe in him and I am sure he will be one of the best defensemen in the league in a couple of seasons. lol
  6. Welcome everyone, In approximately two weeks the S88 VHLE Entry Draft will take place and as of now, no one knows who will be the first overall pick of this draft. In this episode, we will look at all the possible the first pick. We will start by talking about two prospect who confirmed that they were going to play in the VHL next season, Jacop Stone @scoop and FISTED ANALLY BY A CIRCUS MONKEY Analfist @STZ. I am sure they are both going to have very successful career in the VHL. My sources are telling me that the first overall pick is going to be between four players, the defesemen of the Halifax 21st Mark Calaway @Beketov, the forward of the Cologne express BjorkaBjorn BjornaBjorkson @JardyB10, the forward of the San Diego Marlins Jasper Davis @Josh and another defensemen of the Halifax 21st Moritz Stauffer @GoodLeftUndone. The GM of the Rome Gladiators did not say anything about who he likes the most, so the only thing we can do is wait until the draft to see who will be the new player of the Gladiators. Thanks everyone, see you next week and let's go Gladiators!!!
  7. Welcome everyone, Bobby Bob just completed his first and last full season of his short career in the VHLM. He completely dominated the league and his team, the Houston Bulls, also had a really good season. In this fifth episode of « The Bobs legacy, the sequel », we will look at the regular season and the playoffs of Bobby Bob and the Houston Bulls. The Houston Bulls had a good start of the season in S87, but not a great one. Indeed, for more than half the season, Houston was third in their conference and between the seventh and the fifth place in the league. At the trade deadline, the Bulls GM (@AJW) and his AGM (@Triller) decided to make a trade that they thought would improve the team for the remainder of the season. They traded Nick Sansoe @Tipskid97 and Shadow Thompson @Kelsey to the Miami Marauders for the goaltender Merome Dilson @MexicanCow123. After this trade, the Houston Bulls were never the same again and they started to play like a top four team in the league and they succeeded to win 45 games, lose the other 27 games including 6 in overtime for a total of 96 points in 72 games. The Bulls finished second in their conference and fourth in the league just before the Mississauga Hounds who also finished with 96 points. Just like his team, Bobby Bob had a great season, and he even earned his place in the record book of the Houston Bulls. Bob finished the season with 30 goals and 82 assists for a total of 112 points in 72 games and a differential of +12. With those stats, Bob finished seventh in the league for the number of points, first among defensemen, first in assist in the league and first for the number of power-play goals with 19. Bobby dominated the league, and this incredible season gave him the honour to have a place in the record book of the Houston Bulls for the fourth most assists in a single season (82). In the playoffs, the Houston Bulls faced the Mississauga Hounds in the first round of the Founder’s Cup and easily won the series in five little games to make it to the second round. The Mexico City Kings were the next opponents of the Bulls and this series was very different than the previous one. Indeed, the series went to game 7 before the Kings won the last game and the semi-final 3-2. After this game, Houston’s season was over, but they can be proud of what they have done, because they were only 2 goals away from the final. In the final, the Ottawa Lynx beat the Mexico City Lynx in five games to win the Founder’s Cup. In these playoffs, Bobby Bob scored 2 goals and added 14 assists for a total of 16 points in 12 games and a differential of +2. Despite having five fewer games played than the other players, Bob is second in points among defenseman and ninth in the league. Bobby Bob’s season was extraordinary, but now it is time for the drafts and the off-season. Where do you think Bobby Bob will end up?
  8. Congrats to both of you!!
  9. Welcome everyone, This episode will be the last part of the mini-series of me telling you how good the Rome Gladiator's prospects are. It is now time to talk about the last prospect, Mclean Hoover II @McLean Hoover. Hoover II just completed his first season in the VHLM with the Mississauga Hounds after being drafted by them 23rd overall in the last dispersal VHLM draft. Mclean scored 18 goals and added 43 assists for a total of 61 points in 72 games. It was a really good season for a first one and if we are looking at his number of TPE, Mclean Hoover II is most likely to play another season in the VHLM before jumping in the VHLE with the Rome Gladiators. He is expected to have a really good season in the M next year with Mississauga and the Rome Gladiators are really excited to have him on the team in two seasons. In the last couple of episodes, we talked about the prospects Rome had in their roster, but we should not forget about all the draft picks Rome has in the two next draft. Thanks everyone, see you next week and let's go Gladiators!!!
  10. A lot of really good candidates, but if it was up to me Frostbeard would definitly have a job in the VHL soon. I know I am not the one making the decisions, but he really derserves it.
  11. Welcome everyone, In this fourth part of the mini-series, where I talk about the prospects of the Rome Gladiators, I will present you antonio marchand @Tapirman. marchand played 10 games with the Ottawa Lynx in S84 and recorded 2 goals and 11 points. He was then drafted 49th overall by the Houston Bulls in the S85 dispersal draft and played for them for the next three seasons. In 216 games over the three seasons, he scored 96 goals and added 136 assists for a total of 232 points. antonio marchand finished his career in the VHLM and is expected to play in the E with the Rome Gladiators next season. With those stats, antonio is now leading the Bulls for the number of goals in his career with the team, he is also second in points and third in assists. He had a really good career in the VHLM and we really hope that he will continue like that in the VHLE. Thanks everyone, see you next week and let's go Gladiators!!!
  12. Welcome everyone, The playoffs in the VHLM are well underway and the first round is already almost over. The Rome Gladiators are facing the Mississauga Hounds in the first round. In this episode, we will look at the first games of this matchup. GAME 1 – HOU 9-1 MIS (1-0) This game was just a domination by the Houston Bulls in every single aspect of the game. Houston scored six goals in the first 13 minutes of the first period and Mississauga immediately changed their goalie. For Houston, Merome Dilson stopped 22 of the 23 shots he faced and finished the game with a save percentage of 0,957%. At the end of the game, the shots were 42-23 for the Bulls, Mac Dre and Braeden Panarella had 8 each. On the side of the special units, Houston scored 6 goals on 7 occasions (85.71%) and stopped the 3 powerplay of the Hounds. Legacy Gaming finished the game with 7 points (4g, 3a), Bobby Bob with 5 points (5a) and Panarella with also 5 points (2g, 3a). GAME 2 – HOU 5-4 (OT) MIS (2-0) This second game of the series was totally different from the first one. Indeed, it was a really tight game and Houston needed an overtime to make the series 2-0. Both teams had 27 shots and the goalies Merome Dilson and Jonny Elgar saved 23 and 22 shots respectively. For the Hounds, Hannibal Barca scored 1 goal and added 3 assists for a total of 4 points and earned the first star of the game. Mississauga’s defensemen, Big B, finished the game with 3 assists and the third star. Bobby Bob had no point and one shot in this game. GAME 3 - HOU 1-3 MIS (2-1) This game was really important for the Mississauga Hounds, if they wanted to stay in the series. With the first star of the game, Mississauga’s goalie, Jonny Elgar, saved 28 of the 29 shots and helped the team win 3-1. Jarkko Laakkonen was the only player to record more than one point in this game and he had 1 goal and 1 assist and earned the second star. Bobby Bob had 1 assist and finished the game with a differential of +1. He added 3 shots and blocked 2 shots. GAME 4 - HOU 4-3 MIS (3-1) A third win for the Houston Bulls and they now only need one more to pass the first round. Mac Dre finished the game for the Houston Bulls with 1 goal and 2 assists and the first star. For its part, Bobby Bob scored a goal and added 7 shots. GAME 5 – HOU 4-3 MIS (4-1) LET’S GOOO! The Houston Bulls won the first round 4-1 to the Mississauga Hounds and are heading to the semi-final. Bobby recorded 2 assists and is now at 1 goal and 8 assists for a total of 9 points in 5 games. Bob is tied in fifth place for the number of points in the league and tied in first place for the number of assists in the league.

  15. Welcome everyone, Rome needs an AGM and here are the things you need to do to be a good AGM: -Be active in the locker room -Do the press conference every weeks (monday if possible) -Help me with the team management (trade, signing, lines, etc.) -Rome has a lot of draft picks in the upcoming draft and I will need help to scout all the players available -And everything else you think may help the team Good luck everyone and maybe see you soon!
  16. What about the points by a defensemen in one season?
  17. Welcome everyone, After presenting you Matthew McCagg and Hannibal Barca in the last two episodes, this week I will talk about Mac Dre @MacDre. Mac was drafted 22nd overall in the third round of the S87 VHLE entry draft ny the Houston Bulls. In 96 games in his VHLM career with the Ottawa Lynx (29) and the Houston Bulls (69), he scored 40 goals and added 42 assists for a total of 82 points and a +35 differential. Last season, with Ottawa, Dre lost in the final of the Founder's Cup to the San Diego Marlins 5 points in 18 games. Since the beginning of the season, Mac Dre has shown a lot of interesting things and that he can be a really important asset to a team. Houston is going to make the playoffs and he is defenitly going to help them go far and maybe even win the Cup. The american winger is expected to play in the VHLE next season with the Rome Gladiators. Thanks everyone, see you next week and let's go Gladiators!!!
  18. Welcome everyone, We are back for the second episode of me telling you all how good the Rome Gladiator's propects pool is. This week I will present you Hannibal Barca @DreMin15. Hannibal was drafted 6th overall last season by the Rome Gladiators and before the start of the season, him and the team decided that it was best for him to play one more year in the VHLM before joining the VHLE. In his two season in the M, Barca has 79 goals and 104 assists for a total of 183 points in 130 games. He also cumulates a differential of +21. Hannibal Barca will definitivly be a really good player for the Rome Gladiators and help the team have a great season. Rome's prospect was drafted by the Warsaw Predators 12th overall during the S87 VHL entry draft and he will play for them in two or three seasons, depending the length of his stay with the Rome Gladiators. Thanks everyone, see you next week and let's go Gladiators!!!
  19. Game recap #254 A battle at the top between the first team in the league, the Mexico City Kings, and the third one, the Ottawa Lynx, ended by the underdog winning the game 4-3. Both FISTED ANALLY BY A CIRCUS MONKEY Analfist (2G, 1A) and Gregger McKeggegger (3A) finished the game with 3 points for Ottawa and with the first and second star of the game respectively. Fun fact, the Ottawa Lynk scored their 4 goals in power play and they finished the game with 57,14% (4/7) efficiency. This is the reason why even if they won, zero player of the Ottawa Lynx finished the game with a better differential than 0
  20. Welcome everyone, This week is THEME WEEK, and the theme is rivalries. I read a lot of media spot and there are some really good ones, but (maybe I missed it) I did not see anyone talking about a rivalry in a whole draft class. Almost everyone can agree that S88 is and will be a really really good draft class. Indeed, there a lot of good players and the S88 VHL entry draft will be interesting to watch. In this media spot, I will not do a mock draft, but I will present you all the best players of this cohort in term of TPE. Jacob Stone – D @scoop With already 335 TPE, Jacob Stone is by far the player with the most TPE. Before the S87 VHLM dispersal draft announced that he was going to skip the M and play immediately in the VHLE. With the number of TPE he currently has, I would not be surprised if plays in the VHL next season. Stone has 19 goals and 37 assists for 56 points in 51 games with the Stockholm Vikings. He is sixth among all the defenseman in the league in for the number of points (56) and for the number of shots blocked (122). Jacob is earning at the very fast pace, and he will logically get drafted first in the upcoming VHL entry draft. FISTED ANALLY BY A CIRCUS MONKEY Analfist – RW @STZ FISTED ANALLY BY A CIRCUS MONKEY Analfist currently has 297 TPE and they will probably be the second player to hit the 300 TPE among this draft class. Even if Analfist could have easily skipped the M too, they decided to stay in the VHLM for one last season and the Ottawa Lynx decided to draft them 1st overall. If they continue to earn like that, FISTED ANALLY BY A CIRCUS MONKEY will also probably play in the VHL next season. With the Lynx, they currently have 33 goals and 38 assists for a total of 71 points in 50 games. They also have a differential of +33 which places them seventh in the league in this category. BjorkaBjorn BjornaBjorkson – RW @JardyB10 Bjorka is the second and last player to have made the jump in the VHLE this season. They currently have 282 TPE and they play with the stacked Cologne Express. The Express are currently first in the VHLE, and they have a really good forwards group, so Bjorka does not have the ice time they would have had in the VHLM. This is why they only have 10 goals and 9 assists for a total of 19 points in 53 games. This is a difficult season for them and maybe they will drop some spot in the next draft. However, I am sure they are going to have a brilliant career. Bobby Bob – D @Baby Boomer Bobby Bob (my personal favourite) was drafted 5th overall by the Houston Bulls and he probably is one of the biggest steal of the S87 VHLM dispersal draft (lol). Bob currently has 274 TPE with 17 goals and 62 assists for a total of 79 points in 51 games. Bobby is first in assists in the league in points among the defenseman and even in the top 10 in the league for the number of points. He also has 11 power play goals which places him 3rd in the league in this category. Just like all the other players above him, if Bobby Bob continues to earn TPE at this pace, he will probably play immediately in the VHL next season. Merome Dilson – G @MexicanCow123 There are a lot of really good goalies in the VHL at the moment and Merome Dilson is the going to have to work hard if he wants to be a starter in the VHL one day. For now, Dilson just got traded to the Houston Bulls and with Bobby Bob the Bulls have only one goal: the Cup. In 62 games in the VHLM, Merome has 41 wins and 15 losses and 6 losses in overtime with a save percentage of 0.904% and an average of goals against of 2.77. Since he is a goalie, Merome will probably play one season in the VHLE before making the jump in the VHL. Mark Calaway – D @Beketov Mark Calaway is already the third defenseman of this draft class, but I am really worried about him. Indeed, drafted 2nd overall by the Halifax 21st,Calaway has 21 goals and 35 assists for a total of 56 points in 50 games. He is also 4th in points among the defenseman and 3rd in power play goal in the league with 11. Mark will probably play one more season in the VHLE, but he could make an early start and play as soon as next season in the VHL. If I had to choose one player that is going be a comparison of Bobby Bob, it would be him. It will be really interesting to follow both careers. Jasper Davis – C @Josh Finally, we have Jasper Davis, the 8th overall picks of the San Diego Marlins. He currently has 28 goals and 23 assists for a total of 51 games in 51 games. Davis is the only center of the draft class that will be drafted in the top 10, so he will probably move up a couple spot if a team really needs a center. Jasper has “only” 248 TPE, so he will almost certainly play in the VHLE next season, before playing in the big league in two seasons. I would like to finish this media spot with some honorable mentions. First, to Moritz Stauffer @GoodLeftUndone who currently has 238 TPE and plays with the Halifax 21st. Second, to Gregger Mckeggegger @TheNeonShaman (218 TPE) that plays with the Ottawa Lynx. Finally, to Francesco Mancini @GioSivo, a first gen, who has 195 TPE and plays with the San Diego Marlins. This draft class is a really good one and we can all agree with that, but what might be more difficult to guess is when and where these guys are going to get drafted. So, who do you think is going to get drafted in the top 3?
  21. Welcome everyone, A couple of episodes ago, I talked about the big prospects pool the Rome Gladiators have and in the next couple of episodes, I will talk about every single one of them. In this first part of this mini series, I will explore the young career of the goalie, Matthew McCagg @Jack kidd. Matthew is currently playing in the VHLM with the Ottawa Lynx. He got drafted in the seventh round 63rd overall by the Lynx and he never left the team since. McCagg was the back up goaile in S85 and he only played 19 games, winning 12 of them, losing 6 and losing 1 in overtime. In S86, he played all the 72 games and won 50 of them. The Ottawa Lynx made the playoffs this season, but lost in the final to the San Diego Marlins 4-1. McCagg won 9 of the 16 games he played. Finally, in S87, he currently has 26 wins in 38 games. During his three seasons he played with Ottawa, Matthew McCagg has a save percentage of 0,911% and an average of goals against of 2,40. We are really excited to have him in the net next season. Thanks everyone, see you next week and let's go Gladiators!!!
  22. Welcome everyone, The regular season is already well underway in the VHLM, and we can already see which teams are going for the Cup and which ones are going to finish at the bottom of the league. In this third episode of « The Bobs legacy, the sequel », we are going to talk about the first 34 games of Bobby Bob and the Houston Bulls. We are also going to look at which teams the Bulls have the hardest and the easiest time playing against. Bobby Bob had a really hard time to start the season, but he is now doing much better. Indeed, Bob has 9 goals, 41 assists for 50 points in 34 games this season. He also has a differential of +12, 50 hits and 54 shots block. With these incredible stats, Bobby Bob is first in assists in the league in front of captain nugget @Captain nugget of the Mexico City Kings and first in the league for the number of points as a defenseman in front of Colton Heffelfinger @heffcolton also from Mexico City. The Houston Bulls has a 21.32% and Bobby Bob is no stranger to it. Indeed, he is first in assists in power play with 15 and second in power play points with 19 behind Mark Calaway @Beketovof the Halifax 21st. The start of the season was difficult for the Houston Bulls, but things are going way better now. Even if they are only sixth in the league and third in their conference, the Bulls are only 10 points away from the first place in the league and 8 points away from the first place in their conference. Houston has 19 wins, 13 losses and 2 losses in overtime for a total of 40 points in 34 games. There are certain teams that the Houston Bulls really doesn’t like to face. Indeed, two teams in the league are worst than the others. Against the Mexico City Kings, the Bulls are 2 wins and 3 losses and 1 lost in overtime with a differential of -3 and the team that give them the hardest time is definitely the San Diego Marlins. The Houston Bulls only won 2 of the 7 games the two teams played against each other. Even if the record against those two teams is really not good, the Houston Bulls has a positive record against 5 of the 9 teams in the league. The best record is against the Saskatoon Wild, where they have 4 wins in 4 games and against the Las Vegas Aces with 4 wins, 1 lost and 1 lost in overtime in 6 games. The Houston Bulls has 2 wins and 1 lost against the Ottawa Lynx and the Philadelphia Reapers and 2 wins in 2 games when playing the Mississauga Hounds. The Bulls are better when playing against the team in the other conference. Indeed, they only have a record of 12 wins, 9 losses and 1 overtime lost when playing against teams in their conference.
  23. Welcome everyone, It is a must, each team every few years enters into reconstruction and this season is Rome's season. Indeed, the team only won one game in the 28 first games of the season and the end of the season is not going to be better than it is right now. However, even if the team is going to be dead last at the end of the season, the future is very bright in Rome. The team has 14 picks in the next two seasons and 4 of them are first round picks. In addition, they also have at least three players and a goalie that will play with them next season. There is antonio marchand @Tapirman, Hannibal Barca @DreMin15 and Mac Dre @MacDre on the offense and Matthew McCagg who is dominating the VHLM this season with the Ottawa Lynx in the net. With the really good prospect pool and the good amount of drafts picks the team have, I am really optimistic that in one or two seasons, the Rome Gladiators are going to be feared around the VHLE. Thanks everyone, see you next week and let's go Gladiators!!!
  24. Welcome everyone, A couple of days ago, the VHLM season started and the Houston Bulls needed a leadership group. Houston's GM, @AJW, and his AGM, @Triller, decided to name the captain and his assitants by themselves. They chose to name Bobby Bob to lead the team to the promise land and to wear the "C" on his jersey. To help him, Legacy Gaming @Gaming Ringleader and Liv Slater @Subject056 are both going to wear the "A" on their jersey. The team had a really slow start and the team management made a quick change and released their starting goalie to sign a new one right away. A new forward, Jeremia Barbalsov @Je Barbaslov, also joined the team and he is supposed to play his first two games tomorrow. The Houston Bulls have a lot of active players and is now set and ready to win the cup. I wanted to congratulate the three players that will wear a letter on their jersey and to wish them the best of luck for this season.
