The S94 winner of the Orion D H Chiester IX Trophy is Roger Eagles @Greg_Di ! After deciding to skip the VHLM and going straight to the VHLE, Eagles decided to sign with the Rome Gladiators. With the Italian team, he recorded 32 wins, 20 losses and 7 losses in overtime in 60 games. He also successfully maintained a save percentage of 0.932% and a goal against average of 2.5 while recording 2 shutouts. Congratulations to him and good luck in the VHL! ALDWIN CRAIG TROPHY The Aldwin Craig Trophy is awarded to the player deemed the best two-way forward in the VHLE. The S94 winner of the Adwin Craig trophy is Nico Belique @Syzygy ! After winning the Aldwin Craig Trophy last season with the Stockholm Vikings, Nico Belique wins it again this season with the Rome Gladiators. This season, Belique recorded 14 goals and 32 assists for a total of 46 points in 72 games. He also maintained a differential of +12 with 258 hits and 6 shots blocked. RENAISSANCE CUP @Triller The Renaissance Cup is awarded to the playoff champions of the VHLE. The S94 winners of the Renaissance Cup are the Cologne Express! @Sjin Last season was the first time since S88 that the Cologne Express were not in the final of the Renaissance Cup and the Express were not going to let that happen again. Indeed, the Cologne Express defeated the Vasteras Iron Eagles in five little games after winning the first two games and the last two games of the series. In the final, Cologne faced the Bratislava Watchmen, who returned to the final after winning the Renaissance Cup in S92. This series was the complete opposite of the last one. Indeed, after four games, the series was tied 2-2. After that, the Cologne Express won game 5, the Bratislava won game 6 to force a game 7 and the Cologne Express won game 7 at home with a score of 1-0. Congratulations!

Welcome everyone, it is finally time, let's get this award ceremony started!! KING'S CUP The King's Cup is awarded to the VHLE's team with the best regular season record. The S94 winners of the King's Cup are the Cologne Express! @Sjin The Cologne Express completly dominated the regular season, finishing with 14 points more than the Rome Gladiators who finished second in the standings. Indeed, the Express finished the regular season with a record of 46 wins, 19 losses and 7 losses in overtime for a total of 99 points in 72 games. Congratulations to them!

1- I am a little late, because we already swept the Vancouver Wolves, but if you want an honest answer to your question, I think that no one was really a treat for us in this series. 2- He kept practicing and playing hockey. The season is not over and in fact, the real season is just starting, so we have to be ready to play against the best teams in the league. 3- Well... I had the biggest season of my career and I finished first in points among defenseman, so I would say that this is what makes me happy about my player. 4- tough question, but I think Adam Sandler. 5- I think it just shows how healthy and nice our locker room is. Hi everyone, I am just here to say that after 13 seasons in the organization of the Rome Gladiators and 12 as the GM, I believe it is time for me to call it a day. I met a lot of great persons along the way and I lived some pretty cool adventure. First, I would like to thank @InstantRockstar for giving me my first managing job in S82, when he hired me as his AGM. I would also like to thank all the GMs I had trade talks with and all the comissioners of the VHLE who helped me when I had questions. But don't cry, I am not going away, I will continue to be active with my player. I am also not quitting GMing for ever. Indeed, I will continue to apply for a job as a GM in the VHL as long as I don't get one lol and I will also apply to get a job in the VHLM in the meantime. Welcome everyone, After a really exciting regular season and an end of the season full of twists and turns, we are now ready for an epic playoffs. The once again dominant Cologne Express are going to face the surprise of the season the Vasteras Iron Eagles who made the playoffs instead of the Stockholm Vikings who were only 5 points behind the Iron Eagles. And the Rome Gladiators are going to play against the Bratislava Watchmen. Semi-final #1 – Cologne Express (1) vs Vasteras Iron Eagles (4) Regular season series: COL wins regular season series 9-4-1. This series is the only series I think I can predict who will win pretty much without a doubt. Indeed, once again the Cologne Express are extremely good and just secured another King’s Cup with a total of 99 points. They finished the regular season with 14 points more than the second in the standings, the Rome Gladiators, and with 19 more points than their opponents in the first round, the Vasteras Iron Eagles. The Cologne Express can count on forwards like Maverick Goncalves @leandrofg, Alexandros Mograine @sliceruser and BjorkaBjorn BjornaBjorkson @JardyB10 and experienced defensemen like Joseph Dubois @Dubois and Scrungle Bungle @Novanod. On the other hand, if the Vasteras Iron Eagles wants to have any chance at winning this series, players like Swinsola @Swinsola Matthew Highmore @NineIQ v2 and Eugene Ryanheart @jesse115 will have to step up big time. Jorgen Lovstrom @Pifferfish will also have to bring his game to another level and be really strong in the cage to help Vasteras, I can see him steal one or two games. VSN Prediction: Cologne wins in 5 games. Semi-final #2 – Rome Gladiators (2) vs Bratislava Watchmen (3) Regular season series: BRA wins regular season series 8-6-0. Contrary to the other series, this one should be really tight and probably the toughest one to predict, indeed the Watchmen won the regulation season series but only 8 wins to 6 wins and one of Bratislava's win was in overtime, so we can not really make a prediction based on this. On the other end, the Rome Gladiators had a really strong end to the season by winning 18 of their last 23 games. In addition, only 2 points were separating the two teams in the standings at the end of the season. For the Rome Gladiators, Pombo @samx Nathan Ecker @Nathan_8 and Vanuza Kolesinska @chikn will take care of scoring goals as they had 31, 30 and 27 goals in the regular season. However, the real force of the Gladiators is at the blue line as both Jillian Woods @jacobcarson877 (90) and Erik Thorvaldsson @Tetricide (72) finished the season with at least a point per game. Finally, in the net they can count on a really young goalie who is improving really fast and can already be considered one of the best goalie in the league in Rodger Eagles @Greg_Di. Now, for the Bratislava Watchmen, Pierre Marc Bouchard @Gaikoku-hito and Steve French @Seabass will take charge of the offense of the team and Andrew Skilton @ace_five_ and Bollos de Trueno @Thunder will have to stop the opponents from scoring goals if they want to win this series. VSN Prediction: Rome wins in 7 games. Final – Cologne Express (1) vs Rome Gladiators (2) Regular season series: COL wins regular season series 9-5-1. Once again this series will be really exciting to watch and I believe that we will have a close finals (I hope at least). Indeed, the Cologne Express won the regular season series 9 games to 6, but like I said earlier, Rome had a really strong finish and won their last three games against Cologne. So I think that everything can be possible and both team could very well win the Renaissance Cup. However, we have to look at the history and the regular season and I believe that Cologne will come out on top of this battle. They can count on good leaders like BjorkaBjorn BjornaBjorkson, Alexandros Mograine and Joseph Dubois who have a lot of experience in the series and can lead this young team to the promised land. If the Rome Gladiators want to win the Renaissance Cup, they will also have to count on their leaders Nathan Ecker, Jillian Woods, Erik Thorvaldsson and Wally Lose @youloser1337 as they have a really really young team with not a lot of experience. Welcome everyone, Another start to the season means another VSN Presents: VHLE season preview! When you look closely at all the rosters you can easily separate the team in two groups. The first one is composed of the three best teams in the league, that will without a doubt finish at the top of the standings, the Cologne Express, the Rome Gladiators and the Stockholm Vikings. The other one, is composed of three teams that are currently in a rebuilding stage, the Bratislava Watchmen, the Oslo Storm and the Vasteras Iron Eagles. #1 Cologne Express Offense rank: 1st Defense rank: 3rd Goalie rank: 2nd Once again and with no real surprise, the Cologne Express are going to finish the season at the top of the standing. Cologne is a really good team all around and does not seem to have any real weakness. Indeed, the Express has a really good mix of veterans, composed of Alexandros Mograine @sliceruser, BjorkaBjorn BjornaBjorkson @JardyB10 and Joseph Dubois @Dubois, and of rookies, composed of Maverick Goncalves @leandrofg, Maple Dogwood @dogwoodmaple and the goalie Soju @Frank. The Cologne Express are going to be really dangerous this season. #2 Rome Gladiators Offense rank: 2nd Defense rank: 2nd Goalie rank: 4th After two pretty tough season where Rome finished 4th and 5th in the league, the Italian team is now ready to compete and try to finish at the top of the standings. With forwards like Nathan Ecker @Nathan_8, Pombo @samx, Trey Daniels @Tdan04 and Vanuza Kolesinka @chikn, the Gladiators are going to be really dangerous offensively this season. The only weakness I can find on Rome’s roster is in the net, since they don’t currently have a real number 1 goaltender. However, I can see Roger Eagles @Greg_Di becoming that goalie if he continues to improve like he currently is. In addition, the Gladiators can count on defensemen like Jillian Woods @jacobcarson877 and Erik Thorvaldsson @Tetricide to help their young goalie. #3 Stockholm Vikings Offense rank: 3rd Defense rank: 1st Goalie rank: 3rd Even if I believe that the Stockholm Vikings are a little bit behind the Cologne Express and the Rome Gladiators, I can also see them causing a surprise and finish in the top 2. With the best defense in the league led by Felicia Hardy @JCarson and Lazlo Holmes @Gustav and their returning goalie Aleksanteri Kaskiniemi-Kekkonen @Snussu, Stockholm is going to be tough to score against. However, their difficulty will probably be to score goals, so Dan jr @Danzo, Jacob Smith Jr @jacobaa19 and Wayne Shotzky @Kenamatic will have to step up and lead the forward core. #4 Bratislava Watchmen Offense rank: 4th Defense rank: 4th Goalie rank: 6th After winning the Renaissance Cup in S92, the Bratislava Watchmen entered a rebuild the following season and are still in this process. This season is going to be another one of learning for the Watchmen, but I can still see them causing some surprises here and there. Indeed, Pierre Marc Bouchard @Gaikoku-hito is definitely going to be an incredible player this season and Aeschylus Jigglejawns CXXXVII II @.sniffuM is another forward that will help the team offensively. Defensively, Bollos de Trueno @Thunder and Andrew Skilton @ace_five_ will have to be incredible at the blue line for Bratislava if they want to compete each match. #5 Oslo Storm Offense rank: 5th Defense rank: 5th Goalie rank: 5th The Oslo Storm won the Renaissance Cup last season and lost a lot of players that got called up in the VHL, so just like the Bratislava Watchmen, this season is going to be one of learning for Oslo. Chris Reynolds Jr @Crstats23 and Ivan Ivanov @KmaddFPS are going to lead the offensive core this season in Oslo. At the blue line, kodie Curran @Battlepopcorn is going to be the general of the Norwegian team. #6 Vasteras Iron Eagles Offense rank: 6th Defense rank: 6th Goalie rank: 1st Just like the Bratislava Watchmen and the Oslo Storm, Vasteras is now in a rebuilding stage after a couple of seasons of being good. The season is going to be tough in Vasteras, but there are still players like Matthew Highmore @NineIQ v2 and Swinsola @Swinsola that can make a difference on the ice each night. In addition, the Iron Eagles have the best goalie tandem of the league, composed of Jorgen Lovstrom @Pifferfish and Ondrej Vencko @Mutti, and we can count on them to steal some games this season. A - Jillian Woods @jacobcarson877 The most recent first round pick of the Rome Gladiators is going to be the general of the team at the blue line this season and he is already a leader in the locker room! A - Wally Lose @youloser1337 Drafted in the third round by the Rome Gladiators In S93, Wally is already a really important player in the locker room! A - Erik Thorvaldsson @Tetricide As soon as he joined the locker room, Erik was immediately respected by his teammates and the staff members as a leader of the Rome Gladiators! THADIUS SALES TROPHY The Thadius Sales Trophy is awarded to the general manager deemed to be the best in the VHLE. The S93 winner of the Thadius Sales Trophy is @dlamb! When dlamb took the team over in S92, Oslo just had finished last of the league in the last two seasons and the future was not looking bright there. However, after really good trades and above all really good decisions in the draft, dlamb led his team to a championship in the VHLE. Congratu;ations to him! FLORIDA MAN TROPHY The Florida Man Trophy is awarded to the player deemed to be the most valuable player in the playoffs. The S93 winner of the Florida Man Trophy is David Slezak @ShawnGlade! After two frustating seasons with the Oslo Storm in S91 and S92, Slezak and the Storm finally made the playoffs and David did not disappoint. Indeed, he finished the playoffs with a record of 8 wins and 2 losses in 10 games. He also had an incredible save percentage of 0.941% and a 2.14 goals against average. With these stats, Slezak is clearly the biggest reason in the playoffs why the Oslo Storm won the Cup this season. RONAN LAVELLE TROPHY The Ronan Lavelle Trophy is awarded to the player deemed to be the most valuable player during the regular season. The S93 winner of the Ronan Lavelle trophy is Wayne Gretzky @MubbleFubbles! Wayne Greztky just had a really good season in the VHLE where he led the league offensively in goals (43) and in points (89).Wayne also led the league in game winning goals with 15. He obviously played a big part in the success of the Oslo Strom in the regular season. Indeed, Gretzky dominated offfensively, but he was also pretty good defensively as he recorded 106 hits and 30 shots blocked. JAKE THUNDER TROPHY The Jake Thunder Trophy is awarded to the player deemed to be the top overall defenseman in the VHLE. The S93 winner of the Jake Thunder trophy is Marty Byrd @Marty B! After two quiet seasons in Cologne in S90 and S91, Marty Byrd came back in the VHLE in S93 with the Stockholm Vikings where he just had the best season of his career. Indeed, Byrd scored 30 goals and 51 assists for 81 points in 72 games. The american defenseman led the defensemen offensively in goals and in points.
