Playoff Injury Revealed for Osborne
Helsinki, Finland - Almost a week after the Helsinki Titans lost in the Continental Cup Finals to the Quebec City Meute, reports have come out about players who were playing injured. One of the top names, Ethan Osborne has revealed he had sustained an injury in the second round which he had been playing with ever since game two against the Cologne Express. It appears that Ethan Osborne had a dislocated right shoulder after being checked by Kameron Taylor, a player he played with in Team Canada.
Although the injury would have been season ending, the Helsinki captain played through the pain. It's nothing new, as many hockey players endure this kind of pain come playoff time. It is especially impressive however considering the points Osborne put up in the post-season. Osborne scored 16 points in 12 games played, including a very memorable GWG in the Quebec City series.
Osborne has decided to not go through surgery, and instead is going to the less popular route of an Indian Healer. It is expected that Osborne will be fully recovered by the time of Super Cup, unless the team Indian Healer botches this procedure like he did the last. It is rumored his previous patient was Tuomas Tukio who went in for a hang nail and left with a phobia of rubber.
