Since everyone seems to be making threads about television shows, I'm actually curious if anyone else out there watches Royal Pains. It's currently in the last season, so if you haven't already started, hold off until we know whether they end it satisfactorily. I wouldn't want someone else to go and get into it only to have the rug pulled out like they did with Alphas back in the day (nope, not bitter about the Alphas ending at all...) but Royal Pains really is a good show so given that they know ahead of time it's the last season, I'd expect they'll do it justice.

Croatia have definitely been good. I honestly think Poland have been pretty decent as well, but of the "weak" half of the bracket, they're in the same quarter as Croatia. Whoever wins Poland/Croatia gets to the final, I think. Eventually one of those two will be able to stop Bale (and therefore Wales) unless someone else does it before then. Somehow Portugal never seem to wake up

True, but France waits after England. While Croatia have been playing better than England, I'd say Croatia then the Switzerland/Poland winner is a better setup than England then the France/Ireland winner (otherwise known as France).

Too bad head to head is the first tiebreaker here. If it was goal difference, it would be interesting to see if Italy would throw the last match, knowing 6 would be enough and hoping Belgium would overtake them, trying to finish 2nd to get into the other half of the bracket. As it's head to head, nothing Italy can do now except sit on it and wait for Spain. Still - a possible finals berth for a dark horse, could be Croatia or Poland or Wales (if Portugal continues to play like they typically do in major international events, which is to say, poorly and underwhelmingly).

Wondo should only ever be a sub, and even then only when you need a guy who's seen all situations and can use that. Never to start. I mean we don't really have a lot of options at true striker but even a false 9 has to be better than starting Wondo

Master of Google searches - being able to find the answer to anything, even if it's way too vague (for example: "the thing that always happens when you're trying to do stuff") or too wordy (for example: "what is the name of that song where the high pitched voice guy keeps saying Rule Brittania but you can't actually figure out the rest of the words to the song, but you know they're clearly words, but it's a slower song too and the guy has an accent") or something Google would have no way of knowing (for example: "what do you call that animal looking thing I thought of in a dream last Thursday") or tasks that are difficult even over a longer term (for example: "teach me Finnish") yet always have it know what I'm asking and bring back the answer.

I can't get to sleep. Now I know that's not that unusual for me, as I don't often sleep at what many would consider "normal" times - if I were to put a number on it to represent when I'm usually asleep, I would say 4 AM to Noon is pretty typical for me, sometimes an hour or two in either direction of that. It ends up being fine because it still usually averages out to about the 8 hours people are supposed to get even if it's not a more standard time. It also fits into my work schedule, which is usually 5 PM to 1:30 AM on the days I work, and if I don't have a ride and end up walking home I'll usually get here around 3. Today though, I got about 2 hours and then my foot started acting up and it woke me up. It's not bothering me as badly now but I can't get back to sleep and it's annoying. How is this VHL related? Well, given that I don't want to do anything with too much sound (my girlfriend is in the other room sleeping, like a normal person) and while I could easily get by with watching soccer on mute I don't think I actually want to watch Argentina-USA from the DVR considering what happened, this leaves me with this fine site. All I can really do right now is VHL. I wish more things had gone on here today, the 2 TPE grading cap doesn't particularly interest me, but I can read up on some articles and see what I can figure out about the shape of the league.

Having formerly been a manager, we usually don't know much more about it than you, other than how to get the machine to do whatever it is we want it to do, and the freedom to make a choice that commands at least a slight bit of respect from the customers, although even that's not usually much. I left being second in command at a Rite Aid for being low man at an ER, above only the floaters (the people who work a few weeks at one hospital before moving on, generally a temp spot before a full position opens up) and despite theoretically a decline in power, I'm making a lot more money and am a lot happier. Retail management is still retail and still sucks, in fact sometimes it sucks worse because you guys can pass the buck, we are the buck.

I hate to be this guy, I've always been one to let grade/review issues take its course, but my newer article got a review, and this one from the week before did not. It was hidden on the second page, so easy enough to miss

You're definitely deserving of getting in. Good points total (and highest proportion of goals out of the candidates). Decent plus minus on a slightly lesser team (still a good team, but one whose recent change in direction obviously puts them on a little different level). Highest shot blocks other than the guy on an actually shit team. The only thing you lack is hits, which is where I come in.
