Sad part is that's really all it took. I had Yale, Ark-LR, Wich St, NIU, even SFA... but when Mich St is the champion and goes out in the first round, all the perfect upsets in the world don't matter. The season wasn't, but the league was. Keep the kids out of the FA cup, fair enough, but throw em in for league matches since it was a non starter. Traore might be the new Drogba if we'd ever give him games at striker - seriously, we have nothing at all to play for this season (an outside shot at 7th maybe, but surely that's not a prize worth benching the youth for). The VHL allows its members to write 150 word articles, called VHL.com articles (formerly called Fan 590s) for a single TPE, once per week. It has come to my attention that I have not written one of these this week (not to mention that I have not written one of these in several other weeks as well) so I've decided to go meta with this article and write one about writing one. It really is that simple. At the moment, I am typing out what will become such an article, using the keyboard on my laptop because it's certainly a lot better than trying to do so on my phone. I honestly don't know much of what's going on with the league, so it'd be hard to write about specific league things, so instead I write about a thing the league offers, which is still an aspect of the league which therefore makes this article league related. (158 words :p)
