Junior Showcase Tournament

What’s up VHL! As you might have noticed already, there has been a huge recruitment drive recently which already started to bring in new members and will continue to do so for a few days, maybe weeks. While this is amazing news for us to see a lot of new guys showing up, there is a small issue and it is that the season just ended. Waiting during the off-season when you already played and know a few people is much different than when you just created. The hype is huge for them, they want to play as soon as possible and if we want to keep them around, we need to do something about it.

 

Well, don’t worry, I came up with a solution! I’ve been working on that project along with @16z, @Zetterberg, @bigAL and @MexicanCow123. I present you the Junior Showcase Tournament! This tournament will be made of 4 teams and also running on STHS. An announcement for the starting date should come soon.

 

The rules are as follow:

 

• There will be small draft on discord to select the S80/81 (VHLM undrafted) players.
• There will be a 100 TPE cap
• Players that are still in the playoffs will only join the tournament once their team is eliminated to not interfere with the playoffs.
• After that small draft, the GMs can acquire new players by sending pitch on the forum like the VHLM teams does during the regular season
