We had a pretty strong list of applicants which made the decision tougher than we expected, so a big thank you to all those that applied. Don't feel disheartened if you didn't get the position this go around, and I encourage you to apply for future positions as well. If anyone would like feedback on their candidacy, feel free to reach out to me.
