Which team should we look at next?

If you haven't seen it, I made a media spot about a week ago highlighting the Prague Phantom's struggles this season. It ended up blowing up and having 60+ replies and a great discussion.

 

This time around, I'd like to look at a team that hasn't made the playoffs in a bit and highlight why this team hasn't and potentially what they're looking like for the future. The options will be:

 

Los Angeles Stars (6 seasons and counting)

D.C. Dragons (5 seasons and counting)

London United (3 seasons and potentially counting)

Warsaw Predators (2 seasons and counting)

 

If you don't like any of these options, you can comment "OTHER" and post what team you'd like to be talked about. The highest team voted will get a media spot and a deep dive into by yours truly.

Warsaw gets ripped on too much. Maybe some of it is deserved but I think it would be easy for that to turn into piling on. 
 

Personally I’d love to see something investigating the best way out of LA’s situation—obviously, we know that everyone retired with no tank phase to give the team assets, and thin classes haven’t helped them be mobile. I don’t need to read a media spot to find out why it happened, but how should they climb back up? I wrote one of these about Chicago a while ago and it was a lot of fun, plus they ended up exceeding my expectations afterward.

No clue, but I'm doing it just to larp with my next player. I don't really care if my player is good or not, I already know it's going to be subpar and I'll probably end up getting bounced around to multiple teams.

LA (and by extension, the GM) deserves to be ripped to shreds, not just for being a generally sucky team, but for the complement and utter mismanagement and incompetence showcased over the last few seasons. One example is the fact that I, with no affiliation with that team whatsoever, had to send the LR link to a player they traded for and just kind of ignored for a full week. Genuinely ridiculous.

Y'all should be deep diving Moscow or Seattle and figuring out why you keep losing to them.  Also why GMs keep trading picks to Spartan.  Actually figure out how to stay on top rather than just ripping on those on the bottom.

I'm fine looking at Seattle + Moscow as how they're so successful. I kind of already know, but TLDR: They are extremely smart and actually aren't afraid to move people/assets to get what they want. Great culture, great GMs and they know how to win.
