It's a weakness of many GM's. Devise never has draft picks so don't blame him. Even though the lottery hasn't been done, it would be beneficial to see who has what picks in what order, before the lottery. Look to the VHL Scouting Center by Kendrick for a possible mock draft in his next article. I also usually do a mock for the VHL Mag which would be in the next week or two as well.
