If you did nothing wrong, then you would say that you reacted. Overreacting implies that your reaction was not right for the situation; also known as wrong.

Overreacting is when one (normally) out of emotion urges out a reaction. No one should apologize for emotion (unless they did something god awful). It’s like punching a bully do you punch people? No, but it’s ok under the circumstances (and not I’m not calling anyone a bully just comparing the situations.

Thinking that you aren't responsible for being an asshole because you were emotional is exactly why you belong on a clown list.

Clearly something is wrong with your brain, because I said you don’t have to apologize for your emotions UNLESS THEYRE GOD AWFUL. What me saying I want to be taken off the list is being an asshole you snowflake.
