1. How do you think the second round will turn out?

I don't know enough about the league, but apparently it will be a tough fight that will likely go 6-7 games

2. We had a 1st round sweep were you expecting that why or why not?

Yes and no because we were really good in the regular season but ultimately I did not expect a sweep

3. What has been your favourite thing about your time in Miami?

I would say the team success so far this season has been the best part.

4. What team do you think is the worst in the nhl this season?

Looking at the literal standings, the Sharks are 0-5 so they are the worst team technically speaking

5. Who from our team do you think will win playoff awards? 

I have no clue because I don't know the awards nor the playoff stats.

6. Is there any players you would wish too play with next season? 

I have generally liked the entire team's atmosphere so I don't really have a specific answer.

1.What is your favourite thing about vhl so far?

That it is very easy to be a casual earner.

2.How do you feel about our lines? 

I don't know them that well but I feel confident in them regardless.

3.If you had too change your position what would you change too?

Probably goalie although that would end poorly for the team.

4.Who is your favourite nhl player and why?

Roman Josi for no other reason than that I like the Predators

5.What kind of build are you aiming to make ur player into?

A pure defensive player with some athleticism.

6.How do you plan on earning tpe?

By casual, activity check type earning.

1. What are your thoughts on miamis most recent trade? 

We have no defence, but now, critically... WE HAVE KEITA KOUROU. The future is brighter.

 

2. Are you happy with your players performance so far?

Keita has proven really good at getting traded, and being better on each new team. So, sure.

 

3. If you could change somthing about your player what would it be?

I would only want Keita to be wanted. Clearly something about him is repugnant to GMs.

 

4. Is there any rules in the vhlm you think should be changed?

Once a player plays a game for a team, that team should not be allowed to trade them without their consent for a full week.

 

5. Are you happy with team chemistry why or why not?

Tough to tell, only just got here. But Keita is a scorer, and his line-mates seem to pass him the puck. So far, so good.

 

6. Do you think Miami will get a playoff spot?

Yes. Miami must get to the playoffs for Keita's playoff revenge against Ottawa.

I think we have a real good shot at making the playoffs even if it is the 8th seed 

2. Is there any players you would like to play with next season?

 

I would definitely love to play with Swinsola next season I think with his point contribution it really pushes me to compete for the first line spot

 

3. How was your vhlm season what would you change if you could?

 

it was really good I wouldn’t change it for the world 

 

4. If we make the playoffs do you think we will do well if so what round do you think we’ll make it too?

 

I reckon we can go all the way, looking at the history of the team they have managed to win it all from the 8th seed and history does have a habit of repeating itself 

 

5. Do you think anyone will win awards from Miami if so who?

 

I think we might get one or two individual awards and it’ll either be Swinsola or Darius Minimoto II

hell yeah he will and I can’t wait for him to do it

Since I am from the future, I can tell you with a great deal of certainty that Miami will in fact make the playoffs. And we don't even have to play the Lynx! We do have to play the Reapers, which isn't much better, but still!

 

2. Is there any players you would like to play with next season 

Perhaps some of my fellow S88 players, @STZ would be pretty cool. I've always wanted to play with FISTED ANALLY BY A CIRCUS MONKEY Analfist. Though I'm hoping to go directly to the VHLE, and I'm not sure if he is, SO WHO KNOWS.

 

3. How was your vhlm season what would you change if you could?

It was quite excellent, I didn't play a single game. Which is never what I intended, but it ended up working out since I originally tried to join Halifax to maybe give them a snowball's chance in hell in sneaking to playoffs. But my inactivity paid off so I'm here instead with the power of hindsight at my side!

 

4. If we make the playoffs do you think we will do well if so what round do you think we’ll make it too?

Realistically we should lose out to Philly in the first round, but honestly the match-up really isn't that bad, especially if @diamond_ace actually updates. I think we're allowed to play skaters out of position now, so put BjornaBjorkson on defence and Miami could find themselves with a cozy semi-final exit!

 

5. Do you think anyone will win awards from Miami if so who?

@Ninjadude will certainly be nominated for best defensive defenceman, but Juan Ceson's stats are too good to realistically beat him out for the award.

 

6. Do you the Alex ovechkin will beat Wayne Gretzky’s point record?

Points record? Absolutely not, he's not even close and I don't know if anyone ever will be. Goals record on the other hand? I don't follow the NHL much anymore, but he very well could. He either needs two very good/phenomenal seasons after this one, or he needs three more decent seasons. He's stayed pretty damn healthy and consistent over his whole career so it honestly seems pretty likely if he can stay fit!

1. I think we are looking pretty good. A strong defensive prospect team that will develop as the season goes along. An offensive core that will peak right when we need them too. A pair of goaltenders that will command respect in the league. Lets rock and roll.

2. Seeing all the new members of the league.

3. Miami is going to be a top 3 team this season and I hope we can beat Mexico City in the semis and SDM in the finals. As for my player I want to see him finish his career off strong.

4. I am all ears here very excited to hear new ideas.

5. Vegas Golden Knights lived in Vegas for 10 years and call it home to this day.

6. I am always happy to be a Marauder! Let's get the party started!

  We are a good team and we get better. We will be a playoff team.

  I am no longer the young kid! I learn English, but I teach hockey!

  I try to be better in English in pressers. I also want to score score score. Also - I want coach happy.

  More players please! We need three lines. More players, more chat. Also better parties.

  There is no NHL for me. Only VHLM. Miami is my favourite.

  I am happy to play hockey for a team that wants me to play hockey. San Diego and Ottawa are evil. They treat players like sheep to sell.

1. I think the team looks good, a pretty solid season last year and we acquired some new players of course in the draft, I believe we can go far this year

2. That I can develop my player while also competing with equally talented players, along with meshing with my new teammates

3. I'm hoping for a good season which we are totally capable of, I expect my player to be good defensively while also chipping in on offense

4. Really anything we all have a interest in can spark a conversation, such as maybe a video game or other sports possibly, the NFL playoffs are going on right now in the end

5.  The Vegas Golden Knights, I started getting into and playing hockey around the time they came into the league

6. I'm totally happy to be here, the management is helpful and kind and the players in the locker room make this a well rounded and welcoming community

1. I’m excited to play with everyone, there’s a lot of talent owing through the team and I can’t wait to see some of the young guys progress

1. I'm enjoying being on the same team as Owen Lazaro I think he's a good teammate and we blend well together
2. My favourite part has been how well the GM has treated us. It's been a privilege to be here

5. I think the role should be to make the team better as well as improve us as players. Giving us advice and helping us become great players
