  1. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls of all ages. I would like to introduce you to the first episode of a brand-new show here exclusive to the VHSC called A Sit with Tit. That’s right folks, the show where Kamenov made his debut on ESPN.mx that went untitled has been picked up and re-branded to A Sit with Tit with me your host BigTittySmitty. So, what is the point of this new show here and not on the VSN. Well, when league ownership came to me, they loved what the production crew at ESPN.mx were able to pull off with Kamenov to the point you will notice that interview will slowly be released in back end channels on the old EPSN.mx site. With a new show, and no new guests on today what is the plan for this week? Well today it is all about explaining what the show is about. Typically, the show will be a piece where I have goals of conversing with about 3-4 prospects who are playing in the VHLM right now it is just a matter if and when their agents will get back to us about getting on the show. So far, we have two guests so far confirmed for the show and I will be looking for more to join us. If you would like to join me on the show please reach out to me on discord at BigTittySmitty#7242 or here on the forums through DM. So, with no guests today is going to be me just opening on my thoughts in general about the future players of the league and where they might land. So, without further ado, let’s get started. Rank Tit Movement Player Position The Tit Factor 1 Marshall James Frostbeard Left Wing Big, tall, hits you, is an amazing player. So far this forward is dedicated to the Malmo Nighthawks. They are adding another great forward to go with their future core. May slide down the draft rankings when we start discovering the season standings 2 Tyler Walker Defence Tyler comes into his second season tied for 3rd in the VHLM in points. Standing 6 foot 2 inches. He is someone you want quarterbacking your powerplay shooting clappers from the point. 3 Micah Adrienne Defence Just like Tyler sadly Micah falls second in the draft in my opinion as even though same production as Walker right now as Adrienne just hasn't fully excelled in certain aspects of his game where Walker has. Keep an eye on Adrienne as if he works more to excell in certain aspects of his game before the draft we could maybe see him jump to first because he has something you simply cannot teach Walker and that's height. 4 Viktor Mjers Defence I keep having to repeat myself but I honestly feel this is the year of the defencemen. Seeing three come off the board and so early in the season and the talent level so close. It's almost a matter of asking which name do you feel like attempting to pronounce on draft day at the podium. Could this be a steal of a pick? 5 Jeffrey Pines Left Wing Pines shocks the league and lands fourth overall in the draft. He is rocking the VHLM playing for Mexico City alongside returnee Chris Hylands. Is Pines benefitting more because of Hylands or is Pines finally finding his game? The Titty Factor on Pines is someone you do not want to snooze on. He may be the shortest player taken but he is a responsible player playing a two-way game able to move the puck. Do not exclude Pines from surpassing the trio of defencemen. We have seen some crazy things 6 Dan Baillie Jr Right Wing Big, Tall, is not the most amazing at one thing but give him time. With only a partial season played last season if he shows the drive we have seen so far right now its so close its anyones game 7 Jacob Tonn Goalie The top goalie in the draft. So far he is good but not great. If Tonn wanted to play in any other position than goalie he would be rated higher. Just because he stops the puck it makes more sense with the talent already still on the board to make Tonn slide 8 Grekkark Gyrfalcon Goalie Standing 6' 8" does this man need to move in the net and actually try to stop the puck or will shooters have such a hard time finding holes. Not sure what will be worse trying to pronounce that name or the height 9 Shawn Glade lll Defence Contraversial and short player however hopefully there is a bright spot for him as he could be a big player in a small frame for whomever gets him. Needs work in many areas to be dynamic. Solid option but unless things change.. 10 Andre LeBastard Center The 6 foot 3 centermen gets picked early as a team has a need of a centermen and with such minimal action so far on the draft board. Someone may shock the system and draft him early just to secure that center talent. There are many ways this could go 11 Bobbie Cheechoo Right Wing Cheechoo is one prospect the league needs to keep an eye on. He may not have the greatest seaon this season but I see a huge piece to a future organization. Playing in Miami will show some faults in his game but we all need to not freakout at his stats.. well because you know 12 Fongs Son Right Wing Bigger player which has a history of contrversey shortly after filing his papers with the league. Will the league forgive him as there is a lot of promise if he can get his game out of the clouds? Being on Halifax could make or break the player 13 The Terrible Trivium Right Wing Minimal Exposure to the player so in all honesty it is quite hard to get a gauge on them right now. Good depth option at this point? 14 Florent Vericel Left Wing Very promising so I am going to give the benefit of the doubt and skyrocket this youngsters stock. I am liking what I am seeing on the scoresheet even though he is shorter than normal 15 Jean Pierre Camus Goalie Tall as can be but questionable work ethic… Could he become the best backup option for a team? Nothing wrong with that to be honest. Every team needs a back. 16 Groovy Dood Left Wing I am honestly impressed that this player with so little time on the ice making big gains as no matter what he will always smoke his first season production. Hopefully he gets an opportunity to shine 17 Dakota Lamb Center I am enjoying watching this youngster develop his game. Already putting in work and the results already showing for him. Is he a reach at this stage of the game or will he 18 Cal Conway Goalie Short, and the numbers aren't on his side. At this point so far we have seen such minimal results to truly gauge his talents. Will he show up when we need to see it most? 19 Kosmo Kramerev Defence So little action we saw last season with 5 playoff games putting up 5 apples and a new team and season to see if he can put up better numbers to improve draft stock. Kramerov joined the draft when many people are looking to retire. The Titty Man questions his ability to survive another few more seasons 20 Mikeal Keef Defence Keef is someone I want to keep a pin in and see what happens. Like the others he is adequate in somethings but not great at anything. Lots to learn 21 Kirishima Wakaro Defence The best thing from Japan since I honestly do not know when. He has already clipped his point totals from last season. With the right management team I can see Wakaro being a very solid depth piece for an organization. Nothing to sneeze at where we are in the draft 22 Wolf Stansson Defence He can play defence but unlike the others he is trying to slowly work on the rest of his game. Sleeper pick maybe? 23 Han Jae Kuk Defence At least he is 6 feet tall? He can skate and play good defence. Right now there is not enough video on this player to see what they want to do for their career. Risk/Reward could be huge here 24 Rick Osman Defence He is tall and can play defence very well. A career locked to Halifax can sadly kill his stock. Hopefully he is willing to at least be nice to us if we call on him for an interview. Could that help him if people like Osman? 25 Peekay Soupcan Left Wing So far just looking at a decent depth piece. Hopefully after we watch some more footage of his game he could get better. Lots to learn. Could be a decent depth project for a team that is very patient 26 Jeremy Lin Right Wing He won a championship with the Toronto Raptors being a late bench player with minimal action. Does he take the same ability from the court to the rink? 27 James Boxman Right Wing Is it disappointing that when reviewing the footage I felt boxed in? At the moment I am seeing a depth piece unless something shocking happens in his game 28 Ajay Krishna Goalie Stupidly tall with very average to below average numbers. The 16 year old has lots of promise, will we be worshipping the play of this kid or will we be wishing on the gods in the future if we take him 29 Calvin Harvey Goalie A goalie with so many other better options? A real youngster so at this step I can see big risk/reward if someone willing to take the gamble 30 Oh Sens Right Wing Under 6 feet tall where it seems the most dominant outside of Pines is over 6 feet tall. He's playing some decent hockey so far in Miami. Let's see what happens 31 Keno Wolf Right Wing Tall and small, but can play defence. At this point he projects as a solid third liner 32 Gary Rush Right Wing Right now with a lot of players with so little footage we need more time. I cannot make any assessments yet on this one 33 Jack Ogilvey Defence A big killer defencemen who may be over performing or it’s a sign of things to come. 34 Matty Socks Defence So far the jury is not out on this one. He's doing quite well in a sheltered role. Could be a huge surprise 35 Rocket Left Wing A small winger who with a name like Rocket you would expect to be a speedster. So far not really seeing that speed. No speed, not enough points 36 Teriyaki Chicken Defence So far, we know he is tall at 6 feet with not enough information. Will he be as tasty as his name sake? 37 Fat palloon Defence Bigger player that is somehow putting up points. Is this an issue with a lack of a roster or is he as good as he is showing us? 38 Secel Keller Right Wing If he wasn't 6 foot 3 it would seem a lot of this play is too much of a secret. Being on such a good team could not give him a spotlight to showcase his talent. I honestly feel for them 39 Eton Beaton Center We need more of these and being 6 foot 5 without a team. Someone should scope him up 40 Ben Mills Defence A small defencemen that somehow put up some apples. Not sure how he is doing it but at least he is performing 41 Casey Scott Right Wing Very good production on a team with next to no one on it. Is he benefitting on the scoresheet as no one else to pass to? 42 ClaudeLappy Left Wing No points, but trying with 5 shots on net, at least he is hitting people. The potential 43 Jack Mount Center A 6 foot center that has put up 1 goal and 3 points. Centers will be something to watch for here 44 Blake Cornviel Right Wing Lots of potential for this youngster. It's just a matter if he can keep it up. Lots of small okay things he can do so is production over pacing? 45 Michael Bennett Left Wing MB… Benefitting being on Yukon where the talent is not all there. Points are slowly gaining. Will he keep it up? 46 Joey Fields Right Wing Massive right winger that can do many things but not one thing amazing. Could be a sleeper for a team looking for someone 47 Vlad Imir Right Wing Not sure what to think as the scouts need more from Vlad 48 Mikkel Kjotthaug Goalie Young, norwegian, and big and goalie… no team yet so kind of scary 49 Drew Bridges Left Wing Big left wing that can put up points on a contender. Unless he shows up more will this be a swing and a miss or will Bridges live up the the family namesake afterall? 50 Dylan Calvert Center We need centers so will get picked up. 51 Steamy Steve Left Wing Jury needs more data as limited action 52 Jikim Connelly Defence At least he is not a complete liability this season? 53 Connor Federko Left Wing No team somehow but scouts see is is okay at many small things but not good at one thing. A great project? 54 Jack Smith Right Wing Small, tiny, but puts up points. Career minor leaguer? 55 Bean Bagel Defence Big Defencemen that was sadly traded from a contending team to another team. Points are there as he has 4 points in 8 games. Did he play games in Mexico or not? Not sure what to expect moving forward 56 Frank Apples Right Wing No team yet but he can skate. If you do not have the puck. You gotta chase it right 57 Jack King Left Wing No team yet but scouting believes he can dish the puck. Get him someone that can put it in and be beneficial 58 Jacob Jackson Goalie No team yet but not sure if he can find one with how many goalies are in the league. Could no action really hurt a player? 59 Nicolas Takacs Left Wing No team yet but at least he can somewhat skate 60 Edvard Sokolovskis Center He's a center but that's it 61 Oscar Gustavsson Goalie Smaller in size and no team. Just means like some of these other prospects they gotta work twice as hard to be noticed 62 Tim Kamashev Defence Smaller in size defencemen looking for first time on ice. This could be interesting. At least he can skate away from the hits 63 Asher Quick Left Wing At least 6 feet 64 Ilya Sorokin Goalie Over 6 feet tall with no work. Cannot really judge 65 Mitchie Ross Right Wing So far the scouts need to see more. Good thing we will be doing a midseason report later on 66 Cash Wheeler Right Wing Putting up some points and almost halved what he has done in about the same amount of time as last season. Not sure what to think here 67 Jack Rozon Center Small center, could be used for minor league depth cannon fodder 68 Jackson Busta Goalie No stats, at least taller than 6 feet 69 James Davies Right Wing Just because you are big I am not sure its worth the gamble. Could be a career minor leaguer at this rate 70 Swiss cheese Goalie Hopefully he plays better than swiss cheese 71 Tigran Bogdanov Goalie Small, skinny, could we have someone who is actually swiss cheese? 72 Akito Helsing Goalie No data 73 Denali Hussey Defence Tiny, extremely skinny defencemen. Please eat 74 Emery Goalie Wow… these tiny goalies. Not sure what to think 75 Joshua page Left Wing Small, skinny, not sure as somehow he could hit someone 76 Kyle Kurtovic Goalie A tall goalie.. Other than that nothing 77 Ruslan Sorokin Right Wing Tall, no team, nothing 78 Albert Zednik Right Wing Not sure what to think about Zednik as he was picked up as a depth piece In the draft. Eight GP 0s all across the board 79 Braylon Selle Center Big center with no team 80 Jeff Hope Center He's tall and no points for Mexico. Ouch 81 Jordan Wampole Goalie Short and tiny, with no team 82 Nicholas Wilson Left Wing Just under 6 feet, not sure with no data 83 Zach Ryan Right Wing Picked up in the draft as a hopeful but nothing after that. Release by original organization
  2. So since I want to release this bad boy as soon as possible.. I will be breaking it down into smaller chunks. Sadly Putin was cut out moving forward as these are just quick snippets of the interview to tease everyone as ESPN.mx will just be posting snippets of the interview when they can because.. lazy production staff ESPN.mx - Well, it seems we had some technical difficulties during our broadcast broadcasting our interview but since we are live wanted to continue the interview and just record it and then air it once the team could fix the technical difficulties. With that said I wanted to ask you about Malmo as you grew up in Canada did you have any issues finding Malmo on the map? Kamenov - Oh no, this is not like when we had a chat with BigTittySmitty about way back when his client could not figure out where Bratislava was on the map. We googled flights to Malmo and wanted to book a flight to check out the beautiful city but with the Victory Hockey League Minor's Draft on Monday it did not seem logical to book a flight out then another flight to where ever I may get drafted. I got to save my money where I can as I will need to find housing as I do not know if it will be as nice as the place, I was able to secure here in Mexico. Especially not knowing where I will be going in the draft. Imagine if I kept my place here in Mexico and I got drafted to the Yukon. That would be terrible as sure I am used to cold. But then I would be in a massive rush to sell my place.
  3. Why wasn't this included in the voting process? Can I vote for this instead?
  4. F - Owen Nolan @Seabass
  5. D - Cinnamon Block @solas
  6. 18 hours have past... skipping @Quik
  7. Oh shit... brain fart.. my bad. Just gimme summers.. fail for me
  8. D - Erik Summers @Seabass
  9. For me I voted 3 1 - too bright for me - I prefer dark mode so that would blind me 2 - something felt missing.. idk what it is but felt needed something 3 - since I am a selfish bastard I voted for this one as darker for me
  10. Was Russian trying to mock something up while needing to leave in a minute. I'm not perfect
  11. Ambrose Stark @solas
  12. I know it may be a small tweak but I think it is one that would make thing a little cleaner for all when looking at player pages. I understand why the player name is in the upper left hand corner for data tables. But adding it above the other details of the player would be a nice cosmetic change for the better.
  13. 1. Welcome to the kings (or welcome back for some of you). We are throwing a pitch in party, what are you bringing? Booze, and lots of tacos 2. For those of you who were drafted, are you surprised at your draft position. For those not drafted how do you feel about Chris Hylands @Hylands33 going first overall? Not at all to both of them. He is a beauty so he deserves it. 3. What is your main goal this season? Bring a championship to Mexico 4. What do you think the Kings chances are this season? I honestly like our chances to be honest. We have some amazing people backstopped by one hell of a goalie. If we all head to the gym as much as we can then we can even be that much better. 5. The kings are looking for a new mascot, what do you think it should be? We gonna steal the guy who does the BK Commercials... what ultimate king can there be? 6. Who are you picking as your training partner on the team this year? Sorry but I gotta go with Hylands. We trained together all last season. Gotta keep the tradition alive
  14. Honoured to be renamed assistant/alternate captain of this beautiful team. My captain Hylands and fellow alternate Pines. Let's go get us a championship!
  15. ESPN.mx - Hello and good afternoon everyone. Last week, we thought our good and controversial friend of the network Mr. Kamenov thought he was saying good bye to the City of Mexico and the great citizens of this town. However, since he fell in love with us so much he wanted to rejoin us this week for another interview with his interpreter Vladimir Putin, thank you for coming today we are going to talk about the recent Victory Hockey League Draft and the upcoming Victory Hockey League/m Drafts as it is draft weekend. *Putin translates the statement for Kamenov* - Всем привет и добрый день. Putin - Thank you for having me on the show, first when I mentioned last week I thought I would not be back. I thought it was because I would have already been long gone from the country as was going to visit some of my family in Russia. However, this damn virus kept us contained and restricted our travel. I thought having the President of Russia as my interpreter would allow me some leniency with the Mexican Government to allow me safe passage out of Mexico so I could hold a physical and a comfortable place for me to sit down and talkto any Victory Hockey League and Victory Hockey League/m Managers. Since, I couldn't leave the beautiful country of Mexico I decided to hold virtual discord physicals and interviews with them. The physicals were conducted by properly protected Victory Hockey League medical experts and also with assistance from the Mexico City Kings chief medical officer as well to make sure all my records are up to date. But, I am Russian, I am strong bull, no need be worried. I always try when I am allowed to make time for my favorite network. ESPN.mx - Thank you for that Viktor, last week you made some very interesting remarks about the Victory Hockey League and Victory Hockey League/m draft process about how you wanted to be addressed and how teams addressed you. Now that you have had a week to process those thoughts, went through the Victory Hockey League Draft is there anything you would have done differently now that you had this time? Putin - No, I would not have changed a thing I did last week. It is true about identity and who I am and now I am pleased the league was able to process my legal name change and allow me to share my Russian roots to the world. I applaud the Victory Hockey League Administrative staff for processing my paperwork in probably the fastest I have seen any paper work processed. Remember, I grew up in Canada so paperwork there was so slow to process. Normally weeks to a month for something stupid and small. Thank you Victory Hockey League Administrative Staff for helping us with the paperwork and processing it. When it came to what people are calling "The Kamenov Rant", I would not change it at all. That rant got me exposure for being who I am and it allowed those pathetic General Managers who did not take the time to sit down with us to ask me intelligent questions about who I am, what makes me tick, the works. That rant either made some teams shy away from me or potentially made them think. My god, the man is passionate we want him. That rant somehow helped me out of the blue and what many of the so called media experts around the Victory Hockey League on the day of the draft launched a media piece saying I would be a second round Victory Hockey Leaue talent. The gall, of me thinking I could be a first round talent is crazy as hell. ESPN.mx - So, what was your reaction when the Malmo Nighthawks drafted you 8th overall in what is believed to be one amazing top heavy draft class? Putin - At first I will be humble and say I was shocked to Washington DC (hell) where that crazy lady lives. You know the one. They say she is annoying as hell. So, yes I was shocked as hell to be honest. I thought my rant secured me a second round spot with all the more established players who had more access to the gym would have gone ahead of me. You know it's crazy when even the so-called professionals of the VSN laughed and were shocked when Malmo walked up to the podium and made the announcement. No one could have predicted it, I was on a discord call with my former Mexico City Kings team mates while we were watching the draft and I think we all just blinked and looked at each other with that one look all team mates who bond over a season learn to recognize. What .. the.. fuck... happened... is.. this.. a .. joke? Seriously, I went 8th overall behind some much better performing players in the draft and I honestly expected to be drafted my fellow team mate Chris Hylands. We laughed and then still perplexed about it. ESPN.mx - So were there any hard feelings between you and Hylands about you getting drafted before he did? Putin - Fuck no. Lucky enough by the time I was invited to join the Malmo Nighthawks Draft Viewing Party as the newest member of the organization. I had three questions on my mind. Why they took me before my buddy Hylands; what were they smoking that they picked me so high and finally... just in general why. Those were the big ones as I wanted to ask them to draft Hylands but I kept my mouth shut as I am brand new to the team. ESPN.mx - So, when you finally joined the viewing party what was the reaction? *Putin translates the question for Kamenov* - Итак, когда вы наконец присоединились к зрителям, какова была реакция? Putin - It was great as you know Putin is my translator but our mutual friend Dave Smith of the BigTittySmitty Agency is my agent who negotiates my contracts for many successful players over many sports leagues. After you have a Hall of Fame Career the next thing for Smitty was to become a player agent. So, he has been an agent of many great players starting with big money making scoring phenom Asbjorn Alexandersen, David Woodward, JJ Windsor, and the Tikkanen's. Smitty knows how to get money for sure for all of us when he wants to get the coin. But I made it clear to Smitty to just have us sign our contract but have Hylands sign his deal first. I got drafted first, let him sign first. it's only fair in my opinion. EPSN.mx - So, did Frosty tell you why he drafted you so high? *Putin translates the question for Kamenov* - Итак, Морозный сказал тебе, почему он призвал тебя так высоко? Putin - Yes he did, the day of the draft we had probably my absolute favorite discord conference call and we actually had a conversation unlike some of the other conversations were all one sided and no input or thoughts going into it. As I mentioned, when it comes to cookie cutter question with no response and no dialogue going back and forth I give every basic answers and I will not further explain myself to them. Frosty took the time and explained he heard some good things about me from mysterious sources and honestly felt if he did not grab me then I would have been off the board by the time the next pick was available, I think a rumor was that even agent dylanjj37 was one of those people but when I asked my interpreter to use some of his resources to confirm if this was in fact true, they were unable to confirm it. But getting back to Hylands, I honestly thought if using that logic why not take Hylands and then wait for me in the second round or trade back and load up some more picks for even more amazing talent. But, I am not in charge and thank God I am not. ESPN.mx - So, how excited are you about being drafted to the Malmo Nighthawks? *Putin translates the question for Kamenov* - Итак, как вы взволнованы тем, что вас привлекли в «Мальмё ночные ястребы? Putin - Honestly, I am very excited that they drafted me. Once we had that sit down interview on draft day I thought they may have taken me with their second round pick but to shock the system and take me before other players that had more access to the gym than I. My goodness. When I started looking to the draft I kept an open mind on the condition that I will buy into the system my potential future General Manager will give me but I do not take bullshit or give it. I tell it like it is. If you do not like it that is your choice and I will respect you for that. Malmo so far has been great to me and they even like my terrible dry Russian humor of me jokingly telling Frosty I it is just a matter of time before I reject his contract offer. See, I make joke and we all laugh. It all big fun for everyone. I wonder if the player agent gorlab will be shocked to see this sit down interview and then do a double take on labeling me a bust because they took me so high in the draft? ESPN.mx - So Viktor, new team, new people well outside of Hylands what's it like sharing conference time with the folks in Malmo? Victory Hockey League. Putin - Honestly, the folks there are amazing so encouraging and fun to be around offering to help me every step of the way get acclimated to their culture and I look forward to joining them on the ice. As you know my agent BigTittySmitty is a legend in other leagues as an agent so he introduced me to a long time friend of his and one of the people he loved the most when he first became a player agent and that is OrbitingDeath. OrbitingDeath and BigTittySmitty go way back many years to be honest. They both represented players that played for the Vancouver Whalers where they both were actually captains of their teams in their respective minor league seasons. OrbitingDeath's player moved onto the big leagues so the two of them kept touch in their private captains Whalers calls they had where OrbitingDeath would help mentor the player agent BigTittySmitty navigate the streets of Vancouver and dealing with the Whalers management team and how to conduct myself as a professional. If it was not for him I do not think the BigTittySmitty agency and Dave Smith would not be where we are today representing me here in the Victory Hockey League. ESPN.mx - It seems there is a growing friendly competition going on between Hylands, Frostbeard who is eligible for your upcoming minor league draft and yourself how is that going? Putin - Well to be honest, its a friendly competition right now to see who can hit the gym the hardest and most often. Hylands is kicking ass spending the most amount of time in the gym compared to the rest of us which is why he is such a beauty. Frostbeard while new to me, and even younger than myself and Hylands is dab smacked in the middle of us in time spent going to the gym and using the training facilities. I'm trailing a little bit behind Frostbeard myself and waiting on the league administrators to acknowledge I have spent a little extra time in the gym than what shows on paper. Medical teams are so important here and to make sure we do not hurt ourselves over doing it. This competition will keep us moving forward and it will only serve one goal. To help Malmo when when we are ready to compete. It's what made me so interested in coming back sitting down with you on my computer because I wanted to tell the world more about myself and how things are going in a manner that does not involved me going off on you. I honestly am sincerely sorry about that. It just was a trigger moment for me. ESPN.mx - It's honestly amazing your story and we at ESPN.mx are so glad you have decided to share your story exclusively with us during these hard times. The fans of ESPN.mx have been calling our call centers begging for new content and most definately asking for you to come back to do another interview with us. So I wanted to thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to do so. I must say the production crew is always having an amazing time when you join us on the show. **WHILE PUTIN is in the middle of translating the final sentence the studio at ESPN.mx a black box with white writing stating we are having technical difficulties and are unsure when we will be able to broadcast the interview. We will keep recording as it is live and air the second half of the interview when the producers allow us time to do so** Word Count: 2103 - Claiming for the weeks of: May 18 - 24; May 25 - May 31 ; June 1 - 7 ; June 8 - 14 *Don't worry - there is a Part 2 that I am already working on but however due to league rules and circumstances of time of posting said media piece I had to break it up this week* As well, anytime I show who is talking and the actions of Putin translating for Kamenov. I also did not include the Russian translation. It just helps with how I am telling the story. Yes, I did include the final piece as we went off the air as it is part of the story and sets the stage for Part 2
  16. PBE PT --> vhl.com article +2
  17. But, I retired in SHL. I am in PBE as a player still with in 3rd season of regression over 1100 TPE. Now that VHL isn't what it was back in the day. I can see myself sticking around. Edit: I retired and left the SHL quite some time ago.. haha
  18. Yes it's good now.. I got points applied, then post and then another points applied after
  19. Is it bad I don't see the new points? As I should then have a bank of 5 points but nothing new.
  20. Very great read and getting a bit more hyped for the draft thank you
  21. Sounds good, the pay wasn't a cross I would die on tbh. be anything on my radar as I've done the co-GM in other leagues, was invited to be a co-GM in another and even had someone say if it wasn't for me as an advisor/mentor for a new GM in different league. They would have left. I just remember where I co-GM'd it was mostly in title than anything with a few odds and ends like scouting. But nothing to help me over the hump to be the main GM.
  22. Fair and valid point. Would recognizing the role and then limiting what can/cannot be done over x amount of weeks of the season by the AGM be considered. It's why I came up with the once a month idea as once every four weeks would seem like a fair way to start doing stuff getting ready and refreshing that training
  23. I just mean them doing more GM tasks. That go right into the route of How to GM 101. How to work the back end system of how to upload a file for lines, strategies, etc. The big thing I am looking at is the meat and potatoes of GM'ing
  24. That's good. I only mentioned the pay aspect as the current rules GM's get paid TPE so, figure for then if the AGM did everything once a week every month they earn that. Nothing drastic as working within the confines of everything. I am just curious if other's are giving more of a responsibility to their AGMs. It's always a nice luxury to have someone to help and teach the ropes if you can. I know in other leagues people don't want GM jobs due to other needs and a big one is fear of what the job actually entails. Which is why I would ask about the more practical side of things. I remember in another league I accidentally helped mentor my GM there as I did not want the job due to time commitments (and other reasons I won't get into) but I was more a 3rd sounding board as that league has a GM, co-GM but get paid in cash for league rules.
  25. Stupid question. When the league had AGMs did they do anything outside of update Press Conference for the GMs? Was there actually any mentorship/internship work happening? I think the league needs to adapt the idea as an internship where they can do some tasks. If the goal is to prepare the future GMs of tomorrow would it not be better that they had a hands on approach on how to do the job? Then they won't need to take the following courses How to GM in VHL 101 and hopefully one day complete with honours Winning a Championship in VHL 404. That for me would be great for AGM that maybe once a month with approval of the GM they do weekly tasks. Which then that week the GM can give their pay to the AGM?
