Dynamo still yet to get going
Coach Reilly cites 'missed opportunities'
DAVOS, SWITZERLAND -- The Dynamo hockey club has gotten off to an interesting start to say the least in S42, with early wins over the Continental Cup favorites New York Americans, the next best team in North America in Quebec, and rival Stockholm. However, the Dynamo are still on the outside looking in early in the season, with three losses to the Seattle Bears.
HC Davos is about to enter a pivotal eight-game stretch where they play against Calgary three times, Riga twice, and Stockholm three times. They should expect to win the majority of these games and find themselves in hopefully good position early on in the season.
"Early on in the season, we had some issues with getting work visas for specific players, and it really cost us a couple of games," Coach Jack Reilly said, "We've got everyone up and rolling now, but we would obviously have liked to taken a game or two against Seattle. We're confident with the team we have now, and I think we'll start to shoot up the standings."
