Harumpf accepts this contract for the S46 season.

1). Positive Influence - Sean and his agent, the elmo of fresco (also Bannister), has been mentored and brought up with quality and mature players.  Understands when to joke around and when to be professional.  Sean may not be a leader on his future team(s), but he brings no 'negative baggage', so to speak.
2). Was in before DT - just once
3) Training - Acknowledges what he needs to work on and how hard it will take to make it at the professional level.  Will build on the pros, but focus on his cons. If his VHLM statistics are any indication of his future, it will be a good one.  
4). Intangibles - Blacker realizes that most players are the same.  99 shooting, 99 passing, etc...  Sean believe that doing the 'little things' will equate to more titles than merely scoring (but that does help).  Face-offs, defense, who knows, maybe even throw in some leadership there?
5). Cost-Friendly - Let's be honest, Sean won't reach 1400 TPE (cough), so it's safe to say that when every other player wants to get out of dodge because he/she wants to get that max deal, Blacker won't even have that opportunity.  Make the most of this soon-to-be average center.

Since the first week of the season, I've watched LeAndre St. Pierre grow and improve as a player. He started out as a short little fuck stick who couldn't even sniff the jock strap of some of the other players on the Red Wolves. Being 18 and in a new country was really scary for LeAndre. He doesn't know how to speak Russian, only French and a little bit of English from his time in the United States. There was no way this guy was supposed to play a big role on one of the best teams in the VHLM. Well, here he is now on the second line and playing nearly 20 minutes per game, contributing over a dozen goals and even more assists. He has somewhat gained the respect of his teammates, outside of them occasionally still trying to shove their hockey sticks up his ass in the showers. Hell, LeAndre might even get to play in the VHL next year and move to a different country and have to get sticks shoved up his ass by even better players. There are definitely more improvements to come for Mr. St. Pierre.

THOUGHTS ON THE UPGRADE

Although it took awhile (30 minutes) to get used to, I am now a fervent believer in the message board upgrade.  The layout is a lot more sleek looking, and chat has returned.  I actually like the new chat as well as the old one assuming some of the kinks are ironed out.  The concept of having one single chat room is awesome in my opinion.  As I would typically have a few VHL windows open, any time I sent or receive a chat message, I would get the 'member xxx has sent you a message...' at the top of the window and that would annoy the shit out of me.  Also, the old chat system frequently  had issues with sending/receiving messages. 
Additionally, we haven't even seen the last of the upgrades I don't believe.  Shitty Draper went through and made this skin, which looks nice.  Just wait and see what based photoshop god boubabi will do with the skin.
