Why so close but nice to see @Mr.Baller getting to work

I like everything here but to make it past the commissioners your going to have to do it one step at a time. For example.
 
People start with 100 TPE instead of 30.
I know a lot of people don't like this idea as it screws with history. The thing is about history is it's just that it's good memories. Another question they will have is balance of the league/'s. I think it won't impact the game much since everyone will be more balenced. I like the changes but im not sure if such "radical" changes will be allowed.

change needs to happen to make the league fresh and active again.

Oh the increased VHLM cap. I like @Banackock idea better of making it strictly a no carryover league

That idea may or may not be implemented in a different capacity

@BluObieZ, I feel ya on the activity and board stuff. But at the same time, I've never felt like SUPER interested in any sim league. It's just a thing I like to do to pass some time every week. This is coming from the Head of PT Staff and VHL GM.
 
What were some of these suggestions? Also, it's not as if nobody cares. There's stuff in the BoG that gets brought up all the time, especially VHLM stuff. It's just not the easiest thing to go ahead and execute it all at once.

My opinions were weak but I think that's about the only thing I can agree to be fair. If i didn't talk about a subject I don't totally understand, I wouldn't be talking about anything at all tbh because there is no way in confidence I can say i totally understand everything (or anyone else can for that matter) on all their speaking matters.

I forgot to mention, STHS Updated October 17, 2017.

Vaclav Hrdina is officially back in the VHLM. For a young player with documented motivation issues, signing with a team in a big party city such as Las Vegas might not have been the wisest idea, but Hrdina has made it work for him so far. In 4 games, he has 2 goals and 5 assists - not fantastic stats once adjusted for the high offensive output of the VHLM, but not poor either. His 7 points are good for 4th on the team, behind Lavar Ball, Colton Rayne, and Mikka Toivonen. He also gets the second highest ice time on the team behind Ball. Not a bad performance for his first 4 games back to competitive hockey after several seasons of not playing. Hrdina's main goal at this point is to stay focused on the season ahead, and not get distracted by the excesses of Las Vegas - not an easy task when his teammate, Ber D2, has been going out every night and pestering the entire team to join him. However, it has shown in Ber D2's performances over the season, as he has no points, 6 PIM, and a -5 rating. Hrdina can see firsthand how letting the occasion get to him can cause problems, and the team might need to stage an intervention before it costs Ber D2 his job. The occasional night of fun is fine, but everything in moderation, and Ber D2 doesn't seem to understand that. Hrdina does, and that's why he's been so much more successful. Let's see if that keeps up for him.

That's a pretty strong case for a resim for those games that's a game breaking forward that's not sapposed to be there.....
