I agree and disagree. It should make the worst teams have a better shot, not the best shot. The reason I say that is that we want to create parity for sure, but we also don't want to reward teams who may have also chosen to go through a rebuild at the same time. I don't think there is a 100% success rate on any rule we've discussed surrounding it to be honest. But this one is better than previous ones

Well Duchene is somewhat of a cancerous player I think, given his latest shit. Turris was a better all-round center and Method made Karlsson the defensive player he was.

It's relatively the same roster in Ottawa, but without Turris and Methot they cant defend.

Uhh thats not at all what he said. Hedgehog said he hates the fact he got the garbage 7th and 10th picks in the draft, as in he hated what cards he was dealt in regards to the randomizer. Not that the 7th and 10th selections themselves were garbage. He didn't insult Eagles player, he was pissed of his draft position.
