  1. Hax man give me that W back.
  2. Not As Stone As You Thought This season for Stone Wolski marked his first as a starting goaltender. With all the accolades that JB Rift had over his career, and performing so well for the DC Dragons, Stone Wolski definitely had some shoes....err, skates to fill. While going into the season, Wolski looks better at season's start than JB Rift did at last season's start, but things have been shaky so far. In DC's first 8 games, Wolski has 3 wins. This is a team that many expect to be a contender this season, so Wolski starting off this rocky is not ideal. His most notable wins thus far are a 29 save shutout against the Toronto Legion, and a big 7-2 win against the Vancouver Wolves where he saved 34 of 36. The third win was in a 6-4 victory against the New York Americans, where he saved 27 of 31. So basically, Wolski's 3 wins have come in 3 different fashions. A shutout, a great performance, and a win where his team bailed him out with 6 goals. All 3 of those wins actually came in a row, and their 2 most recent games today were losses. If Wolski wants to make a name for himself in the VHL and if his team wants to be at the top this season, he will need to be much better.
  3. 1. Definitely. I think Eno knows what he's doing draft-wise. 2. Me? Adding TPE to my goalie. Goalies are pretty important in the VHL, so I have to make sure I keep on earning. 3. Waiting for the season and the chance to be #1 in net. 4. Jet Jaguar! Always love Gorlab's players. 5. The teams that my players have played for. Most recent would be Houston, although they're not doing great this season. Rebuild mode. 6. Honestly, I don't choose. I put both pretty regularly. Reese's pieces sandwich, basically. Although....if I HAD to choose...it would be PB.
  4. F- Guy Lesieur Not only was I supposed to pick after you....you're also running the draft!
  5. @VinCal Seems like less effort like than your usual work, to be honest. Maybe try adding some effects in the background in the future or some blending, etc. I'll approve this one though.
  6. Is this Bruno Wolf's son?
  7. Honestly I don't know how this guy survives in the water with all that hockey equipment on.
  8. I knew I would win some day. I just needed 6 goal support from my team.
  9. G- Rayz Funk @McWolf
  10. F- Henrik Zoiderberg @.sniffuM Can we make it a rule in the future that we have to type what position they are as well? F/D/G? Just easier to organize.
  11. D- Micheal Gary Scott @McWolf
  12. I don't think we need to really change the whole league. I mean, Dooms got destroyed because his team was all 40s. Maybe just make sure everyone's team is updated, then restart it. Or continue as it is with teams updated.
  13. D- Condor Adrienne @.sniffuM
  14. F- Julius Freeman @McWolf
  15. 1. Digiannatonio's name is long so that's basically it for me. Liam Flaten is now my fav though because we drafted him. 2. I would say Wolski, because goaltending is super important. Other than that, guys that are older like Aaltonen need to stay on their A game, while the rest of the team still gets better. 3. DC has been improving every season, so I think it's us. Our goaltending is better at the start of this season than last season, so there's that as well. 4. It will be hard to match Rift's play probably in Wolski's first season as starter, but we'll see. Rift is a legend. 5. Aaltonen's been a monster in the VHL, so probably him. 6. Ice cream cake.
  16. What the FUCK
  17. I've been in the BoG for the majority of the time I've been here, and I've never once tried to make changes there to benefit myself. I don't recall it really ever being that way. I mean, shit, a lot of guys in the BoG wanted to take away GM pay, some of them VHL GMs themselves.
  18. @Viperxhawks19 You've done a lot better work than this. The picture that you used is very poor, not to mention it's just text on top.
  19. You did it, but I told Victor to just give your points to me.
  20. 1. It definitely sucked, especially now seeing how far Seattle has gone. Seems to be a trend where we lose to a team that goes on to the finals. 2. Me? Played better as a back-up, I suppose. 3. Just keep improving my game and getting ready to be a starter next season. 4. I'll say Seattle, because I'd rather lose to the team that won the cup. 5. Everyone on our team seems to go hard in the practice facilities. I'll say Aaltonen. I really look to him when I'm losing motivation in the gym. 6. Probably defense, but many of our games could have went either way...to be honest.
