  1. howd you do that? that's cool
  2. Jesse Wilson is going into the postseason with his Helsinki Titans teammates on a personal high. No, Wilson has not been smoking the devil's lettuce, but he has been ripping up the league. In his third season he has set personal marks for points, assists and goals this past campaign. Wilson was the third defensemen on his team in most categories and is sure to help Sidney Crosby and Dan Montgomery's case for the collective three best defensemen trifecta. Those three defensemen also could be the top defensive core in the league. Helsinki took a flier on Jesse Wilson in the second round three seasons ago and it worked out perfectly for the player and the organization. Now Wilson has been in the postseason three straight seasons to start his career and has already been to the finals twice before. His experience will help the Titans and hopefully they can grab some hardware over their heads!
  3. 1. We are very deep and we will be rested fro the playoffs is what that says. 2. Maybe 3? I don't think that's our goal though, we want the cup. 3. Nope, we need to win them to stay hot and go in on a good note. 4. Special teams. It's the most important thing in the postseason. 5. All blue! It's the countries main colour afterall 6. It sure does. The energy is great and not as hostile for the home squad

  5. Woah! Thanks for the honour. I'll be happy to represent Helsinki this season
  6. Jesse Wilson had a scare this past week. He went to block a shot and came up on the wrong end of it with a bit of a limp. Wilson left the game for precautionary reasons and was seen post game with a walking boot on his foot to ensure it was protected. Wilson is a defender the Titans can ill afford to miss time with because he has aded some secondary scoring for the young Titans. Having a blast from the point is crucial for the Titans and Wilson has given 23 of those lamp lighters to the Titans balanced attack. If Wilson does end up losing time because of injury, it will be interesting to see what it looks like when he comes back. The roster shuffle would have to occur and his development would take a halt for sure. Wilson has yet to be injured in his young career so this would be the first one where he has to battle back from.
  7. oh damn I wanted one

  10. Since awakening the masses to Jesse Wilson's progression, it seems he has taken a couple steps back. Wilson had climbed into the top five defensemen in the league recently in regards to points. Since then he has now fallen outside the top ten and is at risk of having another poor season. He was on pace to double his point totals from his first two seasons but now he is on pace to surpass them only slightly. The Titans have also been falling to foes recently and maybe Wilson's success and the Helsinki recent record have a lot in common. We're not saying Wilson's play is the result of the Titans losing or that the Titans losing is because of Wilson, but it seems both took a dive at the same time. If Wilson hopes to turn this around once again, he will have to focus on the little things that got him drafted by the Titans in the second round three years ago. Time to flip the script and start producing for the young Canadian defensemen.
  11. 1. HSK G has been coming on strong but I will always back my buddy Pepper. 2.Im focused on finishing the season strong and competitive so that we don't go into the playoffs with ease and just thinking we can roll people. 3. They complement each other very well but even when they are on their own selves, they seem to be able to light the lamp. 4. Not worried if we stick to our script and focus on the things that got us to where we are now. 5. Defense, because I am biased. If you can't shut down the other team, you don't stand a chance. 6. Blues because the Bruins can suck a monkey's left testicle.

  13. It's been some time before we can say that Jesse Wilson is a legit threat in the offensive zone but we can finally say he has being doing a lot of work at the professional level. Wilson leads all defensemen in the league with 15 goals from the blue line. His big shot and ability to shoot in crowds has helped him chip in on the offensive side. His defensive side has also been very steady as he has blocked 63 shots thus far. He is one point away from tying his career high and that is with just under half a season to eclipse that mark. Wilson may not win any defensemen award this season but his gradual progression has been fun to watch as he tries to become one of the best defensemen in the league. Jesse will have a tough competition as his other fellow defensemen have been exploding lately. Dan Montgomery has been fun to watch and cool to see battle on the second line.
  14. *Wouldnt let me post this last week for some reason when I clicked submit reply 1. We need to be able to capitalize on cross ice passes. Too many chances where we are fanning on the puck. 2. I think I might have a chance at making it this year. Pepper should get the nod as well. 3. I like the thought of a black jersey with our teal accent to help us look very classic but also very sharp and modern 4. I think our chances are great. We've been to the finals for the past two seasons and our team is stacked for another season right now. 5. Usually I am out bike riding or adventuring in Helsinki. I like to take in the sights and art of the city 6. Sidney Crosby has been fun to play with and I always love playing alongside Pepper
  15. Hockey stats would make it kind of aesthetically busy though
  16. no my name has always been the same
