  18. Judocus With Yukon Judocus Dermaux has been having a horrid outing so far for the Yukon Rush. He hasn't been able to really contribute on the offensive side of the puck. His shots blocked and his hit numbers are very solid but passing and scoring are a travesty. So far the team has been going on solid but when he came in, it seems like he has been a liability to the team. During the 16 games that he was with the team, he put up a measly two goals and four assists tallying six points. He also added 38 hits and 18 blocked shots. The regular season was dismal at best for him but he is hoping that during this playoffs run will help him become better. So far during the playoffs he has managed one goal and three assists which is four points. That has been enough to help the team get onto the second round. Also he has added 17 hits and 16 shots blocked. He has been practicing harder and harder each week in hopes that he can be better than he was the week before. His improvement has been steady but his stats are slowly starting to improve and he couldn't be any happier. It also seems like he has been trying not to get penalized a lot as he only has logged two penalty minutes during eight games. So far he has been more disciplined during these games than he has been all season with the Rush. Let's hope that can kind of carry over til next season. He has to try and stay on the ice as much as he possibly can to help his team out. During his second season Judocus is hoping that he can add some offense to his game. He is aiming towards passing because we all know everyone in the league wants to be a scorer. Not many people are willing to help set up their teammates so Judocus has agreed to be that guy. This should help his draft stock as GM's will be looking for players who fit certain types for their team. Lets just hope his defense paired with his passing game will be enough for someone to be interested in drafting him. Stats next year should be way better than they were this year because it will be a 70 game season instead of 16. Of course the stats will be obsolete because that means nothing when you head into the pro's. The Yukon Rush are currently in the second round of the playoffs facing the Brampton Blades. As of hearing this right here, the Yukon Rush are down 2-1 and hoping to not be eliminated. If the team can get their act together, they can pull this off. The Blades are loaded with talent but hopefully the talent on the Rush will be enough to overcome the Blades. This playoff series has been one that is very eventful. The play has been nothing short of spectacular as the teams have won by no more than two points on each side.
