Yeah originally I went with Bek, if it was going to be sung then when I wrote it thought I may as well spell it out. I'll take better than expectations.

So I couldn't get the recording to work, but I tried to make a parody of we didn't start the fire as I thought it would be really easy. It turns out it is not, and the words/syllables really need a bit of work to make the song sound right. But I promised a song, so here one is. I used all the names that people liked my status I might tag them below, or someone else can if they feel adventurous. The song has a lot of odd syllables to make it work like, usually the two-word phrases are 1 and 3 syllables whereas our team names are mostly longer place names with a short mascot. Maybe I will go back to this and make it more fleshed out but at the moment I think I need to use a different song. If anyone would like to perform it or add to it feel free. D.C. Hi all of the victory hockey league. Welcome to another Berocka suggests an idea that will help the VHL but it will be ignored for 6 months until someone else comes up with the idea and they get the recognition. Today I will be talking about an easier way for updaters and players in general. I don't know about you but the worst thing for me is when you get tagged in the claim thread for the VHL fantasy and there are so many lines and you need to find your name and what tpe it's worth. Then you submit that as an update and then an updater needs to find your name and then make sure you've claimed the right amount of tpe. Then after this long strenuous process you can finally apply your tpe. My proposal to the great blues and bogs of the league. An automatic update, youloser1337 already submits all the information into the forums I have a potential fix. Firstly I am going to assume this is how the tpe is calculated. As everything is submitted in a Google form I assume that this is then exported into a Google sheet (spreadsheet program) there are then an answer key added once the games have been played and then using formulas calculates everyone's tpe. This is then sorted I'm descending order and then alphabetical information then using that information is typed out into the forums. @youloser1337 if it is more manual than that let me know and I'll see if I can assist you. Here is my proposal surely there is a reasonable way that the amounts from the spreadsheet are able to be imported into the forums as an automatic update this removing the manual import of the youloser, the player and an updater. If this is not achievable I apologise for wasting everyone's time but surely there is a way to make this happen. Here are a few questions I have guessed people might ask. 1. What if I don't want to claim the tpe? A. firstly don't enter something if you don't want the tpe, secondly if it is actually a problem maybe we implement something like the trivia tpe where you have it pending and you click a button to claim it in the week you want and it'll expire after one week or something. 2. Wow what a great proposal do you have any other great ideas? A. Well this method could apply to the VHFL, I am unsure about who is running it at the moment but I know Spartan had the information on a spreadsheet and if there was some sort of improt function this could be used for VHFL as well. I also think that an export of players on the first game after the trade deadline could be then used to automatically apply experience after the cup is decided. This is because players can no longer change teams after the trade deadline so this should be the finalised rosters. So they would all be on the correct teams and you could assign the correct experience to each player. 3. What if there is a mistake or I type my username incorrectly? A. Well the way we have already been doing it could be used in the rare occurrence something goes wrong. So there you go. If anyone wants to become VHL famous save this article and bring it up in 6 months. Thank you all. @bog @commissioners

Callum Murray or as he is known around the team as Squid 4. They need to call off their bet of who can get the most PIMS 5. Beach is great if you're staying there I don't like a short swim at the beach as it's a lot of work. And sand gets everywhere. 6. 1-0 it means it was a tough fought game and we came out on top

1. I think I'll get 48 points on the season. 2. I think Calgary manage to snatch up NA but don't think they win the Cup I think EU will take the cup this season. 3. No unfortunately due to scheduling they will all just be watching at home. 4. I think we will finish with 35-32-5 as our final record just hope we turn this ship around. 5. So I am playing for LA with Callum Murray currently we sit in dead last in NA with a 5-9 record. This isn't looking good for LA as it will probably be another season they miss playoffs. Let's have a look at LA's roster and see where they might be lacking. On Defence they have: 1 X 1000+ TPE PLAYER 2 X 700-800 TPE PLAYERS 1 X 600-700 TPE PLAYERS This equals a $16 mil cap hit of the available $42 mil. On Defence they have their star player in Poppy Peepants as well as a solid depth behind him of Callum Murray, Brian Kowalski and Scoish Velociraptor Maloish. Sure this probably isn't the best defensive core in the league but with Maloish and Murray still on rookie contracts it isn't too bad if a line up. In Goals they have a underrated goalie of Art Vandelay. Currently on the last year of their rookie contract they sit pretty with tpe between 700-800. Much like Maloish and Murray he isn't the greatest in the comp but is a solid pick and will only grow from here. Up front on the forward line is where I think a lot of the issues for LA seem to sit. They have: 2 X 400-500 TPE PLAYERS 3 X 500-600 TPE PLAYERS 1 X 600-700 TPE PLAYER 1 X 1000+ TPE PLAYER You can see that LA have the star player of Sirdsvaldis Miglaskems at centre but don't even have enough depth to support him with two strong wingers. Currently running 2nd - 3rd liners on the top line. I think this is where LA need to step it up at trade deadline, maybe you bring in some loaners or maybe just try and shake up everything for some more star power. To add to what I have above is that LA don't really have any big name up and coming prospects either it's not like they are just biding time and going to be saved by some star rookies. They have a big reliance on clickers to make up the forward pack and with time they will just become more and more redundant. When looking at the team scoring it is Miglaskems, Murray, Maloish and Peepants who have scored 10 or more points in the opening 14 games. I think something needs to be added to the forward line to make la a serious threat to the VHL. With 7 forwards and $2.5mil in cap I think you should be able to sell off 2 forwards and some picks and prospects and pick up a star forward. But that is up to the smart GMs to make moves like that and not myself. I don't think it is all doom and gloom and with some puck luck and lines that click LA have the team to make playoffs they just need that luck to come sooner rather than later.
