So not a two way affiliation
-
So a 6 point task there is worth 6 here just to confirm
-
Is this now a two way affiliation? They've been a great community and I have loved being in the league with it's relaxed earning style and live Sims with great commentary. It's been a breath of fresh air in the Sim league world for me.

Hi I am going to do a silly comparison between F1 teams and VHL teams. I will be basing it off the last three or so F1 seasons and the last 15 VHL seasons roughly cause that is where my knowledge lies. Redbull - Vancouver Wolves With all the issues and drama surrounding the metawolves period of the VHL I think that rebull fits in well here. You either love the success the team is having or you hate them for winning or how they managed to win. Mercedes - Moscow Menace They are usually battling with Vancouver in the championship and I think that there is no better comparison for Mercedes then Moscow as we have seen some tight battles between redbull and Mercedes we see the same back and forth between Vancouver and Moscow Ferrari - Seattle Bears The prestigious one, everyone still remembers the glory days and whilst they haven't won as much as they use to you aren't surprised when they are battling for those top spots with Vancouver and Moscow. Aston Martin - Calgary Wranglers They sort of came out of nowhere they haven't had any success of late and this season's was very much oh my goodness we have a chance. They brought it home so kudos to them. Alpine - Helsinki Titans Well if these two don't fit well together I don't know who does. Both teams haven't really had much success of late and aren't making any news headlines for their play. But when you talk about contract negotiations everyone has an opinion on what Helsinki should have done to stop great talent they had from walking away. McLaren - HC Davos Dynamo You remember the golden days McLaren has always had. They are also a team who is always around you always think they will do well. But unfortunately by the time it comes to the end of the season they are always around the middle of the pack and haven't achieved as much as they set out to do. Alpha Tauri - Chicago Phoenix Chicago even though being one of the newest teams it is still just known as that team with the one victory. Sure it's better than some of the others here but you'd never put your house on them to bring home the championship. Haas - LA Stars We will spend money and lots of it and try and get the best players and equipment we can. Always at preseason you sort of look at them and go hmm maybe we could do that then when all is said and done they were never as close as anyone gave them credit for. Williams - New York Americans If you speak to your grandfather he will tell you about the successes of the New York franchise that it use to be a pillar that the VHL was built upon but nowadays you couldn't imagine them even getting close. They promise to get back to their original glory but we will believe it when we see it. Alpha Romeo - Toronto Legion This one is a bit of a stretch and kind of breaks my rules but oh my goodness do you remember the early '50s that's right Toronto was on top of the world they were the team to beat. Nowadays hmm less so but come on guys surely you remember the early '50s. So that is my list let me know what you think and what you would change. Thanks for reading.

I am doing well mate thanks. How are you going? I am but there are people who are better writers than myself

1. Would probably be Bana I think he's one of the biggest names in the league and a great GM. 2. In my time here it surely has to be Bana he had the dynasty of the late 60s early 70s. Seem to have a pretty competitive team during the meta era without really going full in on the meta. 3. Cricket and Australian Rules Football. Q1. Do you think your player could play well at any other sport. Q2. Do you think there should be a golf Sim instead of a lotto tournament for players out of playoffs Q3. What athlete from another sport do you think would be a great vhler

The churn of the General Managers So I am going to preference this whole media spot that I am no longer anywhere near as active as I use to be. I don't know the actual stats behind anything but I feel like there is now a disconnect between GM's and their teams. Maybe this is just a way of you remembering a lot of the league from when you first joined. I'm my head Seattle = Bana and Bana = Seattle, but I feel like some teams change managers so often now when I see the GM I get surprised. Personally I think that the issue is that the extra amount of GMs now with the VHL Europe. That there are more GM's now than there people dedicated to the role. Or maybe due to me joining just before COVID maybe more people has plenty of spare time. Mainly I wanted to put this out there to see if there are others who agree with this mentality. Podcasting I just feel like that recently I've had nothing at all to talk about I cant think of jokes parodies or any interesting changes that I would make to the league. I have honestly felt flat this week and a little bit the week before. The main reason now that I am writing a media spot is so I can claim my affiliate tpe in other leagues because I know even less about that league. If anyone wants to hear anything specific from me let me know and I will most likely make a five minute podcast on it. Super coach So this season should bring in the first official go at VHL super coach. This means that anyone who is looking for some extra tpe at the end of the season should give this a go. Essentially you make the best top line you can using a cap. There will be a budget of a set amount and each player is worth a certain amount of money. You then need to decide if you want to go with a star player and some depth pieces or just go good players for your whole team. I will have a better write up of all the rules that I'll probably get someone good with English to check. At the end of the season the number one player will get the most tpe then it will be split up every 20th percentile. This has been in the making for probably about 5 seasons now so it is nice for it to see the light hopefully it gets some attention. Next week I don't know what my plan will be going forward maybe I'll go back and do those good old fashioned interview media spots so you really don't have to think of too much to write. Maybe I'll come back and do a massive podcast so I can go afk for multiple weeks cause that seems very beneficial to me. Thank you for reading all this nonsense have a great day.

Ice Hockey Conspiracy Theory. ART VANDELAY ROBOT? Some fans and experts believe that Art Vandelay is not actually a human being, but rather an advanced robotic goalie designed by a secret government agency to dominate the sport of ice hockey. The theory goes that the government saw the potential for advanced robotics to revolutionize sports, and they chose ice hockey as the testing ground for their new technology. According to this theory, Art Vandelay's seemingly superhuman reflexes and otherworldly abilities in the net are a result of his robotic enhancements. Some even claim that his "equipment malfunctions" during games are actually intentional, designed to test and refine the technology. Of course, there is no evidence to support this theory, and most people in the hockey community dismiss it as ridiculous. But for a select group of die-hard conspiracy theorists, the idea of a robotic Art Vandelay ruling the ice is too tantalizing to ignore. BLAKE CAMPBELL SECRET EXPOSED Some people believe that Blake Campbell has access to a secret formula that gives his teams an unfair advantage over their opponents. The formula is said to be a combination of cutting-edge statistical analysis, advanced scouting techniques, and esoteric knowledge of the game that only a select few have access to. According to this theory, the formula was developed by a shadowy cabal of hockey insiders who have been secretly manipulating the sport for years. They saw in Blake Campbell the potential to become a powerful ally in their quest for dominance, and so they shared the formula with him in secret. Some even claim that the formula has mystical powers, allowing Campbell to control the outcome of games through sheer force of will. They say that he can influence the referees and the opposing team, making it impossible for them to win. Of course, there is no evidence to support this theory, and most people in the hockey community dismiss it as absurd. But for a select group of conspiracy theorists, the idea of a powerful cabal controlling the fate of the sport is too intriguing to ignore. CALLUM MURRAY BEING HELD BACK Some fans and analysts speculate that Callum Murray's lack of success on the ice is not due to his own abilities or effort, but rather a result of a secret agreement between his team's management and the league's officials. According to this theory, Murray was promised a spot on the team's roster and a guaranteed playing time in exchange for his team's management agreeing to certain favors for the league. These alleged favors could range from scheduling favorable game times to making deals with key sponsors or broadcasters. In order to keep up the appearance of fair competition, the league has been manipulating games in which Murray is playing, preventing him from ever reaching his full potential. The officials on the ice are said to call unfair penalties, allowing the opposing team to gain an advantage, or simply ignoring blatant fouls committed against Murray by opposing players. The theory goes that Murray is aware of the conspiracy, but is powerless to do anything about it, as he is bound by the agreement he made with his team's management. Some even claim that he is being paid handsomely for his participation in this scheme. Of course, there is no evidence to support this theory, and most people in the hockey community dismiss it as baseless. However, for some fans who are frustrated with Murray's performance, the idea of a secret conspiracy behind his lack of success is a tantalizing possibility.

1) I think that we had an issue with depth we are a bit top heavy with regards to cap and need more defenders 2) I think I would love to be a vhlm GM again my issue is lack of time and access to a PC. 3) definitely relaxing I need to avoid burnout and just enjoy time off with the family 4) I think with our cap issues we will need to make some unfortunate moves 5) I didn't know that but not surprised as they are such weird characters 6) I would like to see Seattle win as the management have always been friendly to me and I look up to Berocka Sundqvist
