No processing time this week! Didn’t have a lot of questions but did what I could with what @der meister and @eaglesfan036 asked. Hoping to record a large one for the “historic” episode 10 next week so go leave me some questions!

Yeah, I use an Elgato Game Capture HD to record my PS4 and a Blue Yeti for the commentary. I was mostly trying to avoid seeing things from NMS but kinda figured that spoilers can't really exist in a game like that so Injust watched a Let's Play. Looks really fun. Yeah, no idea why exactly that happens. Eventually with Beketov I just accepted it and started working on passing. I guess I don't speak Fong haha. I knew something seemed up with that question.

As usual, processing time, yada yada yada. We answer some questions, we have a good time. Unfortunately I fucked up the settings so there is no game audio ( @Shaka might approve) but you can still hear me and that’s what counts. Enjoy!

I'll see what I can do as far as getting it recorded. I do actually have a ROM of Pokemon Snap that appears to work fine.

So Kohler, Unassisted and Velvet can come to the Bears and we'll have the top 4 picks from S48. Seems like a pretty good idea to me

So, I decided to do a thing. With Pokemon Go being all people seem interested in right now, I decided that I wanted to play the old Pokemon Games...so I did. Calling the series Noob Play and I’ll be playing a bunch of older games that I either never played or never played a lot. As usual give it some processing time. Probably not my best episode but it’s like 30 degrees in my apartment and I think the heat was starting to make me kinda delirious. Either way, I answered some questions and played some BO3; suffering for your enjoyment.

Needs a new banner for sure. Is a little bland. I kinda like the idea of it being really clean but even some minor stuff would help it along like maybe some subtle diagonal lines or something in the headers. The user links along the top (messages, account, etc) seem positioned a bit weird but maybe a banner would help with those. A minor note as well, the colour on tags is hideous.

That might be something I have to adjust tbh. You probably prefer it with no game audio because you don't watch as much as you do listen but if you are watching it and hear nothing when things are happening it's a little off-putting. Ideally I'd like a roughly 80-20 Split with the 80% being mic and 20% being gameplay audio.

Solid use of B&W. I really like how sharp the face is combined with a good use of blur to create a nice look. The lighting could be a little bit better contrast wise which would help out a lot. You have to remember that lighting is especially important when you don’t have colour to work with. I also like the idea behind the stat sheet effect but maybe clean it up a little so that it isn’t all over the place as much.

Contrast feels very off on this piece, some exposure and curves layers could help balance things out. Text is pretty bad as well, mostly the effects on it I believe. IU like the idea of darkening the edges to create more focus on the centre but it doesn’t work amazingly here as it just messes with the contrast further.

I really like the BG and the render effects. Also, the splashes of colour work quite well. What’s holding this back for me is the text. Something about it feels very LQ and the contrast on it is off a bitt bit. I think the overall style is okay, just the execution of it feels off slightly.
