I really couldn’t be more excited coming into this season. What an amazing offseason I’ve had, enjoying hanging out with the Wranglers, my little Marlins, the Brigade, Team Europe (WJC), Team USA (WC), the Arctic Ground Squirrels, and the other VHLM leaders. Landon didn’t see too much personal success this offseason other than the Brigade win (hype) but saw a lot of success out of those around him, which is honestly all the better. Teams were clambering over each other to pick members of the Brigade and the Marlins at this past VHLM draft, and although I am sad that they couldn’t all play for me again, I think they will all do amazing things at their new clubs and I’m excited to see their success over the season. I did manage to bring back a few of my top targets in Lachlan Summers and Vincent Laroche-Gagnier, making a return to the Marlins, and JST standout Adam Rage. Also excited to see what Tristen Gorlim can do after joining very recently. Landon Wolanin should be crossing 800 TPE this week and might actually climb up a spot on the S83 TPE rankings, so it really needs to be a sophomore bump this season. The Wranglers will need their young core to step in and fill the shoes of the aging pieces leaving the team if they have any chance of beating out the other talents in the NA Conference.
