Hey all, it's Ledge with another vhl.com. I have to speedrun this because of a bet with some crackhead in proam. So imma write about last night, when I made my first ever draft selections of my GM career. So it's the end of the fourth round, and I'm sitting at my desk typing up possible selections in the Riga LR. That's when it happened. Hedge, who lives in Riga, where it was deep in the A.M., tasked me with taking over the drafting responsibilities for the fourth round, where we somehow had three picks. So RedSus, the VSN scouting legend, and I went on a scouting rage, pulling up player pages of almost every remaining player available and checking their updates log for any sign of activity, since there was almost nothing. That's when I stumbled upon Ron Gorgonzola, the twitch draft stream proclaimed steal of the draft. Not only does he have a cool name, but he does more than welfare and practice facility, which is such a rarity this late in the draft that I immediately selected him. I was super surprised he had fallen through the cracks of the teams before us, and I believe he might be the my best pick to date!

Hai guys, Ledge here. So recently, as I so obnoxiously put on the front page of the VHL with a status update, I conducted a poll involving YOU to determine what the name of my next create will be. Frankly, I only used the poll for one bit of information, and as I mentioned at the top of the thread, it was between two names the entire time, which I'll bet you could quickly guess which. Mattias Zetterstrom and Smolder Bravestone are the two names I'm considering for my next player, which I know won't be for a while but hey, I want to be prepared. So I put out the poll, with Zetterstrom and Bravestone at the top and then filling it out with two names I made up, Daxon Marcel and Gildon Kempton, but was not too fond of, and Geoffrey Pynes Jr, essentially the option for 'other'. However much I would love to use my precious recreate name to mock @rory, it's really a name that carries too many memories of disappointment and lottery tournaments (lol). So yeah, between the first two names. Mattias Zetterstrom is a name to carry on the Zetterstrom name, the Swedish surname I made up using my Swedish name formula that I am so, so proud of. Mattias is named after Mattias Ekholm, one of my favourite NHL players and one of my favourite names. Nevertheless, he will use Simon Edvinsson has his render, because I don't like the idea of an 18 year old kid sporting a full beard. The other one, Smolder Bravestone, is the main character in Jumanji, one of the GOAT movies (at least the second one, welcome to the jungle). He is played by The Rock, and he's lit (and cake is not one of his weaknesses). I thought it was an awesome name, and it was shortly after I named Linus that I realized I could have named him Smolder. Ehhhh, it looks like I may end up naming Linus' successor that anyway, based on the results. The survey results reckoned that while Pynes Jr is a fantastic meme name, Bravestone was more popular than Zetterstrom and should therefore become my next name. However, I will take this survey into almost no consideration while making the decision, so it was just a publicity stunt. LMFAO

I support this, I think it's a worthwhile thing to put into profiles, I for one would fill it out and send it through my discord LR for my team
