  2. 8.5/10 Wow great text, I really like to see your point of view on your draft and your expectations before and after it. Also, It is nice that you separated your text in paragraphs and not just write a big wall of text. In addition, I really like these type of article, because I like to see the opinions of others peoples about the drafts, because it reminds me of my drafts. I would have maybe add a little bit of colors. Keep up the good work!
  3. Welcome everyone, The VHLE draft was last week and Rome had six picks at the beginning, but the Gladiators decided to trade their 1st and their 4th to the Cologne Express in exchange of two differents players, Arthur Kimura @FBRand X Man @Xalen11. I wanted to personally welcome them in Rome. After that trade, Rome still had a 2nd, a 5th, a 6th and a 7th. The Gladiators selected DB III @wcatsin the second round, 13th overall, DB participated in the most recent WJHC with Canada and he did pretty good with a total of 11 points in 8 games. DB III is expected to join the Rome Gladiators at the beginning of the next season. Rome selected three more players, Jarno Lappi 37th overall @aksuko, Chikeli Cholo 45th overall @bobikeb, Freddy Freeze 53th overall @G_Rush. Lappi will maybe play with the Gladiators, but Cholo and Freeze will be long term prospect and will join the team in the following season. Thanks everyone and see you next week and let's go Gladiators!!!

  6. Welcome everyone, the season is over and the off-season is already started. Today, I will talk about a prospect that will join the Rome Gladiators next season, Alex TheGreat, @Alex Thegreat. Alex played with the Las Vegas Aces last season in the VHLM. He had an incredible season where he scored 46 goals and 92 assists for a total of 138 points in 72 games. In addition of having a 1,92 points per game pace, Alex had a differential of +73. M. TheGreat led the league in point and in assists by a lot and he was third for goals and second in the differential, just behind his teammates @Patty. Alex TheGreat wasn't only excellent during the regular season, because he did the exact same thing in the playoffs. Indeed, Alex helped his team reached the final of the playoffs to finally win the Founder's Cup for the first time since S64. I will finish by saying that the organization of the Rome Gladiators is really looking to have a player like Alex TheGreat in their team. Thanks everyone and see you next week and let's go Gladiators!!!

  13. 9/10 Wow great text, really nice to read about the experience of your player with Halifax and how he feels about the incoming draft. I like to see that where ever you will play next season, you will be happy and you will give everything for this franchise. Maybe add some colours, but other than that great text.
  14. Welcome everyone, the regular season AND the playoffs are over, so this is off-season time. The playoffs ended yesterday with the wins of the Stockholm Vikings over the Rome Gladiators. Rome started the playoffs against the best team in the VHLE, the Istanbul Red Wolves. After taking the lead 3-1 in the series, Rome lost the next two games to tie the series. It was 5-5 after four periods in the game 7 of the series between the Gladiators and the Red Wolves. Finally, Flynn Remy @jhatty8 scored his third of the game in second overtime to make it 6-5 and win the series 4-3 against the powerful Red Wolves. Rome was going to the final, but the series was not as long as the last one as they lost the series in four little games against the Vikings. For the second year in a row, Rome made the series, but they also made the final. Even though this was not the end they planned, Rome is proud of this season and they will still go for the Cup next year. A lot of players are going to leave the team to go play in the VHL next season, but a lot of players from the VHLM are going to join the team in the off-season. Thanks everyone and see you next week and let's go Gladiators!!!
  15. Press Conference #8 beginning of the off-season 1. What do you think about the team's playoff run? 2. What do you think about your player's playoff run? 3. What are your objectives for the off-season? 4. What advice can you give to the player that will arrive with Rome next season? 5. Name one thing that you would like the management to improve on the team during the off-season? 6. If it was your last season with Rome, did you like your passage with the team? and if you are staying with us, are you looking forward to the next season?
  16. Hello everyone, Welcome to the twenty-fifth chapter of Baby Bob's life story. In this life story we will talk about the life of Baby, when he was young, his thoughts and his impressions before the drafts, during the seasons and during the playoffs. Baby Bob will also respond to questions from the fans, from the GMs and from the leaders of the VHL and the VHLM. The regular season and the playoff are now over and it is now time for the off-season. In this chapter we will talk a little but about Baby Bob’s and Prague’s short playoff run, but we will mainly talk about the off-season. The Prague Phantoms finished third in the European Conference and they were meeting with the second place, the Moscow Menace, in the first round. Moscow finished the season with a record of 45 wins, 18 losses and 9 overtimes losses for a total of 99 points in 72 games to claim the third place in the entire league. Prague had very good opponents in the first round of the playoffs and in fact, they lost the series in 5 little games. Prague lost the first two games, but won the third one to finally loose the last two games in overtime. In total, Prague lost three games ou of four in overtime, so we can easily say that this series could have gone either way. The playoffs did not go as plan for Prague, but it surely was not better for Baby Bob. Indeed, Baby only got 1 goal and no assist in five games, in addition of a –4 differential. It was the first presence of Baby Bob in the playoffs and it was really not promising. We reached to Baby to get his comments : « I am very very very mad at myself, because of the way I played. I did not show up in the playoffs and I let my teammates down at the most important moment of the season. I am disappointed, but I need to learn about it and be better next year. I will continue to train all summer and be ready for the start of the next season ». The off-season will be another calm one for Baby Bob. His contract is coming to an end at the end of this current season, but Baby signed an extension of 5M/2 ans with Prague. Baby Bob is very happy with this contract and he is looking forward to play with the Phantoms to do better next season. Prague currently have a total of 6 drafts picks this season (one 1st, one 2nd, two 3rd and two 4th) and they want a big draft this year. Except John Baard, who had a good season in the VHLE with the Bratislava Watchmen, Prague does not have a lot of prospect who will make the team in the future. This draft will be very very important for the future of the team and the GM Acydburn knows it. Thanks for reading and see you next week for more of the life story of Baby Bob. @Acydburn@Birdman 517 words 3- 9 January
  17. 8/10 Good text, very nice to read and it is nice to see what your player did this season and what he expects for the incoming draft and season. It is fun that your text is written in paragraphs and not in a big wall of words. Maybe add some colours and a picture, but overall great text and continue like that.
  18. 9/10 wow really good text. I really like to see that you put colour on the text to difference who is talking. It is really interesting and it is nice to see how Scott and the team are preparating for the playoffs. Maybe add a little picture to make it better, but overall great text, keep up the good work and good luck in the playoffs
  19. Welcome everyone, the playoffs started yesterday and the season ended three days ago, so it is time to do a recap of Rome's season and what will happens next for them. One week before the end of the regular season, the Gladiators were fifth in the league and a couple of points short from a playoffs spot, but an incredible last week helped them reach a record of 43 wins, 23 losses and 6 overtime losses for a total of 92 points in 72 games and only one more point than the Bratislava Watchmen who did not make the playoff. At the end of the season, four players had a really really good season witht Rome. First we have Flynn Remy @jhatty8 who had 93 points in 72 games has a defencemen, second we have Noah Mashford @Mashy with 93 in 58 games, third we have Biggie Cheese @a_Ferk with 91 points in 72 games and a +47 differential and finally we have Milk Jugs @NerdyCowz with an impressive 88 points in 60 games. Thanks everyone and see you next week and let's go Gladiators!!! @InstantRockstar@tylerwest@Howie McMeeker@MetalToday@JCV@Rjdixon01@Gaudette@Tomat0@Lilmar
  20. Press conference #7 end of the season 1. Are you happy with how your player played during the season? 2. Are you happy with how the team played durimg the season? 3. What do you think about our first opponents, the Istanbul Red Wolves? 4 Who do you think will win the Cup in the VHLE? Why? 5. Who are you planning to play with next year? 6. Are you happy with the management this season?
  21. Thanks a lot and I also hope that Prague will have a long run in the playoffs
  22. Hello everyone and an happy new year, I wish you all the best possible year and welcome to the twenty-fourth chapter of Baby Bob's life story. In this life story we will talk about the life of Baby, when he was young, his thoughts and his impressions before the drafts, during the seasons and during the playoffs. Baby Bob will also respond to questions from the fans, from the GMs and from the leaders of the VHL and the VHLM. The S81 ended yesterday and it is time to do a recapitulation of what happened all around the VHL, with Prague and with Baby Bob. At the beginning of the season, the expectation were high for the Phantoms with the acquisiton of Asher Reinhart via trade, and with the acquisitions of JaredN Jr, Sven Reikkinen and Kid Frost via free agency. The team changed a lot with the arrival of the new GM Acydburn and the team needed to perform. The Czech team started very slowly as they had difficulties to win games, but the more the season progressed, the more the team started to become competitive. The season is now over and Prague finished the season with four very important wins of which two against the strong Seattle Bears and the powerful Malmo Nighthawks and their final record is 43 wins, 27 losses and 2 over time losses for a total of 88 points in 72 games. The team succeeded to finish third in their conference over the HC Davos Dynamo to earn their place in the playoffs for the sixth season in a row. The runs were not always very long, but I hope for them that this year will be different. For his part, Baby Bob had a very good rookie season am he should be proud of it. Baby finished the season with an impressive 33 goals and 59 assists for a total of 92 points in 72 games. The only rookie who did better than him in points this year is his former teammate with the Hounds and with the Gladiators, Otto Numminen. Indeed, he scored an incredible amount of 95 points in 72 games. Note that he belonged to the Prague Phantoms before they traded him to Toronto with Guy Lambert and picks in exchange of Asher Reinhart. After Numminen, Baby Bob finished second in points among the rookies tie with Zach Kisslinger II who had five points in his last two games. The first season is over and it is now time for the second and the most exciting season, the playoffs. I will finish this article by making my predictions of the series of the Continental Cup. In my opinion, for the second season in a row, the Vancouver Wolves will win the Cup in 6 games against the very surprising Prague Phantoms who made it to the final. The winner of the Daisuke Kanou trophy for the playoff MVP will be their young star Jerome Reinhart. Thanks for reading and see you next week for more of the life story of Baby Bob. 512 words 27 december – 2 january @rjfryman@jared @Devise@TownBizness@Otto Numminen@Spartakiller2 @Kisslinger@MexicanCow123
  23. 9/10 Great text, I always wanted to do something like that or read about something like that. We can see that you did a lot of work to find all this infirmation and this awesome. I would maybe had a little bit of colour of pictures, but other than that this is really good. Keep up the good work and I am looking forward to read the other part.
  24. 10/10 Wow great text. I really love to see how you did you research for each prospects and show us how you continue to follow them even though they are not playing with Toronto yet. I like that the name of the players and where they were drafted is different from the rest of the text.
